Abstract

Motivation is a very important thing to be considered by the company if you want every employee to contribute positively to the achievement of company goals, because with the motivation of an employee will have a high enthusiasm in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Tax revenue is a source of funds to improve progress and prosperity in society, including providing opportunities for poor people to improve their standard of living. From these uses it can be seen that the tax contains elements of equity and justice . The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a motivational effect on the discipline of the community in paying land and building tax (PBB) in Dawuhan Village, Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency. The research method uses quantitative research, with a survey approach that is research that takes samples from the population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool . The results of the analysis conducted by researchers found that the t-test value of 8.753> 1.984 table. Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that the significance value of 0,000 is below 0.05 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a motivational effect on the discipline of the community in paying land and building tax (PBB) in Dawuhan Sub-District, Situbondo, Situbondo Regency .

Abstract

Dimulai dari proses permohonan surat keterangan dari Rukun Tetangga (RT). Setelah itu baru diproses di kantor desa Juglangan yang menjadi masalah dan menjadi keluhan masyarakat yaitu proses pelayanan yang rumit. Proses layanan yang kompleks ini juga memperlambat waktu layanan, terutama dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini. Dari segi akademik diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan di pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk mengecek keabsahan data. Dari hasil penelitian ini, good governance menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelayanan kepada masyarakat didasarkan pada good governance di desa Juglangan, dilihat dari supremasi hukum, akuntabilitas, transparansi, atau keterbukaan, profesionalisme, dan partisipasi. Untuk desa Juglangan, peraturan yang menjadi pedoman belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal, seperti aturan jam kerja bagi aparat desa yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada. Good governance juga berkaitan dengan akuntabilitas dimana perangkat desa harus memiliki kemampuan dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas dalam pemerintahan desa untuk memperoleh kinerja perangkat desa yang baik. Tata pemerintahan yang baik telah dilaksanakan secara efektif, terbukti dengan tindakan melaksanakan tugas dengan amanah, meskipun sedikit banyak masih membutuhkan alat untuk mempermudah pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Sudah terlaksana dengan baik jika dikaitkan dengan penyampaian informasi di desa Juglangan. Mudah diterima masyarakat dengan penyampaian informasi melalui kelompok informasi masyarakat (KIM) dan spanduk. Dalam mewujudkan profesionalisme di Desa Juglangan, dukungan kemampuan aparatur desa secara personal, pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, aparatur desa tidak boleh membeda-bedakan siapapun yang mengajukan pelayanan. Sebaliknya, sebagian aparat Desa Juglangan belum memahami teknologi dan dampak waktu dalam penyelesaiannya. Tugas. Sehingga untuk terwujudnya partisipasi di desa Juglangan, ada kesinambungan dan kerjasama antara pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat untuk memberikan nilai-nilai positif. Abstract

This study raises the issue of Accountability for Management of Village Fund Allocation in Alasmalang Village, Panarukan Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency in 2019; Based on Law Number 32 Year 2004 article 1 point 5, Regional Autonomy is the right, authority, and obligation of autonomous regions to regulate and manage their own government affairs and the interests of the local community in accordance with the laws and regulations. In this case the government provides rights, authority and obligations to each region to be able to manage what is owned by the area to achieve public welfare. The government then issued Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2014 concerning Implementation Regulation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 concerning villages. Local governments have broader authority in managing their regions. One form of government concern for rural area development is that the government allocates Village Funds in the state budget for income and expenditure every year for villages that are transferred through the district / city regional income and expenditure budget for rural area development, namely in the form of Village Fund Allocation ( ADD). In this study, conducted in Situbondo Regency, Panarukan Subdistrict, Alasmalang Village, was based on the lack of potential natural resources, low levels of education, knowledge and skills, limited facilities and infrastructure which could disrupt social and economic development activities. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal on employee work performance in the Social Service of Situbondo Regency. The design of the research carried out in this study is quantitative design. A sample of 45 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Partially the Performance Assessment variable has a significant and positive effect on the variable Employee Work Performance (Y) on employees at the Social Service of Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

This study focuses on service activities in the outpatient section of the Puskesmas Kendit. Based on observations, problems were found in the service. Therefore the authors are interested in examining how the quality of health services for participants in the JAMKESMAS outpatient section at the Puskesmas Kendit Kabupaten Situbondo. The author uses descriptive research type with quantitative data during February-March 2018. Data collection techniques with interview, observation and questionnaire techniques. In analyzing data, the author uses the ServQual model which is intended to measure the gap between expectations and customer perceptions. The results of the study get the results of calculations using the ServQual formula of -12.5 with an average score of 81.8 and the average level of perception level of 69.2 which can be said that the health services of participants in the outpatient at Puskesmas Kendit is not good because respondents' expectations are higher than perceived perceptions. Thus, the level of quality of health services for participants of the outpatient health care program at Puskesmas Kendit to customers can be said to be unsatisfactory and efforts are needed to improve service quality in all dimensions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 02 of 2022 Article 14 Paragraph 1 concerning the protection and empowerment of farmers. The type of research used in this research is Field Research. Providing BK 01 and BK 02 Situbondo Agritan Rice Seeds in Mimbaan Village, Panji District, Situbondo Regency regarding the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers. BK Situbondo 01 and BK-02 are new superior variety seeds (VUB) which are capable of producing rice in larger quantities with a shorter planting period, problems arise, for example farmers' doubts about the quality of the seeds, unknown technology to increase production, handling pests arising from new seeds, adaptation to unpredictable weather and lack of land for making natural fertilizer to ferment, and the research results are going well. and the conclusion is that the seeds provided are good, according to the seeds that farmers want, which are resistant to pests, short planting periods and high grain yields. The government also provides assistance until harvest, apart from providing technology for making organic fertilizer and making its own pesticides.
