Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine employee performance of PT. XYZ branch head office. This problem can be seen from the level of turnover and absenteeism has increase from year to year. This study aims to analyze how the influence of job satisfaction factors and work motivation to employee performance and analyze the dominant factor affecting employee performance. This study examine job satisfaction factors (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) towards employee performance (Y).The population in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ branch head office. 80 respondents were taken as sample using Google Form and this data in tought with SPSS program version 23. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis.Where all independent variance have positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square value is equal to 0,89. 89% showed that employee performance variables described by job satisvaction factors and work motivation. The remaining 11% of employee performance is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Company X is a company engaged in the textile industry and produces a product called pp woven bag. Although it was only established in 2016. This research was conducted to provide input to Company X to be able to strengthen its market share and also look for opportunities regarding geotextile products and segments. The research method used in the writing of this thesis is SWOT analysis and five competitive forces to identify strengths, weaknesses, as well as opportunities, threats and competition in the industry. Then Develop strategies and tactics for company X using segmenting, targeting, positioning (STP) and marketing mix. The results of this study are the highest segments in the construction of highways and toll roads because they have the highest needs, and need to make Geotextile products of type 300 and 350 GSM to be able to strengthen its market share and create new products such as jumbo bags that require machines and similar raw materials for the production process so that they do not have dependency in infrastructure. Then need to create a marketing place in big cities to be able to strengthen relationships with consumers and provide information to potential customers about the product, product quality, and price. Another thing that can be done is to create a strategy in the form of a loyalty program to make it easier for consumers to make purchases because of the high cost and product needs that make some companies have difficulty buying Geotextile products. Perusahaan X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri tekstil dan menghasilkan produk yang bernama pp woven bag. Meskipun baru berdiri pada Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan masukan kepada Perusahaan X untuk dapat memperkuat market sharenya dan juga mencari peluang mengenai produk geotextile dan segmen. Adapun metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan karya akhir ini adalah SWOT analisis dan five competitive forces untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta peluang, ancaman dan persaingan di industri tersebut. Kemudian Menyusun strategi dan taktik untuk perusahaan X menggunakan segmenting, targeting, positioning (STP) dan marketing mix. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah segmen yang paling tinggi berada pada pembangunan jalan raya dan jalan tol dikarenakan memiliki kebutuhan yang paling tinggi, serta perlu membuat produk Geotextile jenis 300 dan 350 GSM untuk dapat memperkuat market sharenya dan menciptakan produk baru seperti jumbo bag yang memerlukan mesin dan bahan baku yang serupa untuk proses produksinya sehingga tidak memiliki ketergantungan dibidang infrastruktur. Kemudian perlu membuat tempat pemasaran di kota – kota besar untuk dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen dan memberikan informasi kepada calon konsumen tentang produk, kualitas produk, dan harga. Hal lain yang dapat dilakukan adalah menciptakan strategi berupa program loyalty untuk dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian dikarenakan biaya dan kebutuhan produk yang tinggi menjadikan beberapa Perusahaan kesulitan dalam membeli produk Geotextile.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the external and internal conditions of the Hospital that can help Puri Mandiri Kedoya Hospital in preparing its strategy plan to face BPJS Health and can provide an overview in developing a comprehensive strategy for Puri Mandiri Kedoya Hospital in making adjustments to the system BPJS Health. The method of writing this work includes the discussion of supporting theories as well as taking necessary data through complementary books, text book or other sources related to this scientific paper. The authors includes data sources from BPJS health book pocket and all related data which has been published, thus the data used is accurate and issue by the government. The results of this study were taken from the analysis of this study were taken from the analysis of both the internal analysis and external analysis of hospitals, by combining the strengths and threats of independent self-sufficiency Puri Mandiri Kedoya Hospital by selecting efficient suppliers for inventory, collaborating with management and medical staff on the use of medicines and health care tools, time-efficient services with the use of integrated medical documentation with computerized systems. Establish partial referral cooperation between surrounding hospitals. Efficiency of Hospital tariff system in preparing cross-subsidy counting to prevent net loss by joining independent Puri mandiri Kedoya Hospital with government program through BPJS Health to be able to survive in service process.

Abstract

This study aims to explain green marketing tools that influence purchase intention and purchase behavior in Jakarta to purchase Ades. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire distributed to 522 millennials in Jakarta. Data collected was analyzed using SmartPLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of ecolabel, ecobrand, environmental advertisement on purchase intention. In addition, there is an influence on purchase intention and purchase behavior. Furthermore, the results of the study indicate that purchase intention mediates the relationship between ecobrand and environmental advertisement towards purchase behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan green marketing tools yang purchase intention dan purchase behaviour di Jakarta pada pembelian Ades. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 522 milenial di Jakarta. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh eco-label, eco-brand, dan environment advertisement terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh purchase intention dan purchase behaviour. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa purchase intention memediasi hubungan antara eco-brand dan environmental advertisement terhadap purchase behaviour.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi instruktur yoga, motivasi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan Studio Yoga di Jakarta. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi instruktur, motivasi dan lokasi. Sedangkan variabel tidak bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.Metode penelitian iniadalah deskriptif kausalitas yang dirancang dengan pengujian hipotesis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pelanggan (member) Studio Yoga di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 74 Responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Strutural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS version 3.2 for student. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa kompetensi instruktur berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara bersama-sama Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja dan keinginan berpindah karyawan dan apakah variabel kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel intervening antara variabel budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan dengan variabel keinginan berpindah karyawan studi kasus pada PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia di Jakarta. Sampel peneltian sebanyak 105. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif analisis dan riset kausal dengan pendekatan statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan. Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak signifikan menjadi variabel intervening antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan keinginan berpindah karyawan.

Abstract

Pada tanggal 13 Mei 2015, dikeluarkan Peraturan Gubernur No. 169 Tahun 2015 tentang penanganan prasarana dan sarana umum tingkat kelurahan, dalam rangka mengoptimalkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, human capital management, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pekerja terhadap PPSU Kelurahan Papanggo Jakarta.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan, maka dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya organisasi (X1), Human Capital Management (X2), Kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y1) PPSU di Kelurahan Papanggo

Abstract

The topic of women's quotas can be a good entry point to explore what limits and enhances substantive representation of women. Additionally, women's quotas are closely related to the debate on descriptive and substantive representation when associating quota policies, representation, and the effects of these quota policies. Women's representation in election organizers is crucial to ensure fair, equitable, and inclusive elections. Moreover, this is related to the issue of affirmative action. Affirmative action is a policy that provides special treatment to disadvantaged or marginalized groups, such as women, in order to enhance their representation in election organizers. This policy can take the form of quotas, reservations, or other affirmative programs. This research aims to analyze the Implementation and Factors affecting the fulfillment of the 30% Women's Representation quota in General Elections organizers in Indonesia based on Law No. 7 of 2017 regarding General Elections Research.

Abstract

The mudharabah contract is one of the main pillars in Islamic banking products that functions as a partnership-based financing model. However, the implementation of this contract often faces challenges related to financial stability, such as the risk of disproportionate profit sharing and potential moral hazards. This article aims to analyze the implications of mudharabah contracts on the stability of Islamic banking products in Indonesia. The research method uses a library research approach by examining classical and contemporary literature related to mudharabah contracts, Islamic banking regulations, and relevant case studies. The results of the study show that the stability of mudharabah-based products is greatly influenced by sharia compliance, contract transparency, and effective risk management. In conclusion, optimizing the implementation of mudharabah contracts requires strengthening regulations and education to banks and customers.
