Abstract

This study aims to identify and map the key factors that enhance employee productivity at PT NEIA Services in Tangerang City, focusing on three critical determinants: teamwork, work motivation, and compensation. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative strategy. Data were collected through saturated sampling of all 80 employees using structured questionnaires based on a Likert scale distributed via Google Form. The data analysis employed multiple linear regression, partial coefficient of determination, and t-test hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The findings provide a clear map of productivity drivers, demonstrating that all three factors significantly enhance employee productivity. Both teamwork and compensation show statistically significant positive effects, while work motivation exhibits a substantial positive influence on productivity outcomes. This research offers valuable insights for organizational management by highlighting strategic areas for intervention. The results suggest that optimized teamwork structures, enhanced motivation systems, and competitive compensation schemes serve as powerful levers for boosting workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Vocational high school (SMK) students, as part of the younger generation with strong physical and mental potential, must be equipped with productive knowledge to become independent and not a burden to their families or the government. This community engagement activity focused on developing an entrepreneurial mindset by presenting successful and failed business case studies and strategies to build and sustain a business. The activity used interactive methods: lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions. These approaches created an engaging learning environment, encouraging students to ask questions and explore business topics more deeply. Lecturers from STIE Indonesia delivered contemporary business case studies, making the sessions relevant and intellectually engaging. Held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at SMK Tunas Markatin, Jakarta, the program resulted in high student enthusiasm and understanding of entrepreneurship. Students showed interest in generating creative business ideas and recognized the importance of business planning connected to their school subjects in economics and entrepreneurship. Success indicators included active participation during discussions, students’ ability to create basic business plans, and the school’s commitment to guiding students in continuing entrepreneurship development.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a strategic alternative for improving the economic independence of high school graduates in facing limited employment opportunities and the high cost of higher education. This community service activity aimed to increase entrepreneurial literacy and motivation among students of SMA Al-Ghurabaa, East Jakarta. The program was implemented through interactive methods including lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, supported by real case studies of successful and unsuccessful business practices. The activity was conducted on November 14, 2025, at the SMA Al-Ghurabaa hall and involved active participation from students. The results showed a significant increase in students’ understanding of basic entrepreneurial concepts, business opportunities, and risk awareness. Students also demonstrated higher motivation, creativity, and interest in developing business ideas. This program indicates that structured entrepreneurial counseling can effectively foster students’ readiness to engage in entrepreneurial activities. It is expected that with continuous guidance from teachers and schools, students will be able to develop simple business plans and apply entrepreneurial skills in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Border areas possess significant economic potential through the development of local products based on natural resources and local wisdom. Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, particularly Tahuna, is a border region with substantial opportunities to strengthen MSMEs in fisheries, agriculture, and distinctive local food products. However, the utilization of this potential remains constrained by limited market access, technology adoption, and human resource capacity. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to identify opportunities and challenges in strengthening regional economic development through local products in border areas, using a participatory online approach. The methods employed include socialization sessions, workshops, group discussions, needs assessments of MSME actors, and question-and-answer sessions, all of which serve as indicators of participants’ level of understanding. The results indicate that local products have strong growth potential through the use of digital technology and marketing networks. Nevertheless, MSMEs continue to face challenges related to product quality, business legality, digital literacy, and limited access to financing. This program is expected to serve as a foundation for formulating sustainable MSME strengthening strategies in border areas through technological optimization and improved financial support mechanisms.
