Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang Peran Kepala Desa Dalam Penyelesaian Konflik Obyek wisata Pantai Botutonuo Kecamatan Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango dengan mengunakan fokus Komunikasi, Fasilitator, Inovator dan Pengawasan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ditinjau dari sisi komunikasi bahwa kepala desa di dalam menyelesaiakan konflik belum maksimal, hal ini disebabkan kepala desa jarang menghadiri musyawarah atau rapat, sehingga upaya penyelesaian konflik tidak berjalan baik dan tidak membuahkan hasil yang sesuai harapan; ditinjau dari sisi fasilitator, kurangnya peran kepala desa sebagai fasilitator dalam memediasi penyelesaian konflik. Oleh sebab itu konflik terus berlangsung; ditinjau dari sisi inovator bahwa kepala desa minim ide-ide atau gagasan yang kreatif di dalam menyelesaiakan konflik; ditinjau dari sisi pengawasan bahwa kepala desa belum maksimal dalam mengawasi benih-benih konflik karena tidak langsung tetapi hanya mengandalkan petugas keamanan desa, sehingga membuat konflik tidak terselesaikan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan. Disarankan bahwa perlunya kerja sama antara kepala desa dan aparat desa didalam menyelesaiakan konflik dan komunikasi yang baik antara kepala desa dan masyarakat sekalipun di dalam pengelolaan hasil dari obyek wisata kepala desa tidak dilibatkan, agar supaya terjalin hubungan yang baik antara kepala desa dan masyarakat. kepala desa seharusnya berusaha meluangkan waktunya untuk masyarakat terutama di dalam menghadiri setiap pertemuan atau musyawarah, sehingga kepala desa dapat mengetahui permasalahan yang ada di masyarakatnya. Penyelesaian konflik dan pengelolaan obyek wisata perlu melibatkan pemerintah dalam hal ini yaitu kepala desa. Kata Kunci: Kepala Desa Dan Penyelesaian Konflik

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research, that Aims to determine the effectiveness of the Mobile Service Program at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is descriptive, data collection techniques use instruments in the form of observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the service time for the mobile program is according to a set schedule and is very effective, but not optimal, in terms of the distance from the population service place from the Population and Civil Registry Office to other villages, so it is very far so it is difficult to pass because the road damaged and very far away in remote areas, the supporting infrastructure for mobile service program activities is still limited and sufficient, and the number of employees who go to the field in villages is still a lack of employees who provide population management services resulting in long queues and slowing down the service process It is recommended to pay attention to service time, distance and place of service, facilities and infrastructure, and number of employees so that the implementation of the mobile service program can be maximized.

Abstract

The obligation to pay taxes is one that must be carried out by citizens who own and control land and buildings in an area, without compensation or reciprocity and are coercive. Taxes are levies in the form of fees charged by the government to citizens. Because taxes are one of the state revenues, the awareness of citizens to pay off their tax debts must continue. The purpose of this Community Service activity (PkM) is to provide an understanding that the government is based on applicable laws and regulations, specifically Mayor Regulation Number 17 of 2019 concerning the Provision of Rural and Urban PBB Stimulus in Gorontalo City for residents who can't afford it by making an application. The method used in this activity is counseling or outreach regarding land and building tax deductions for residents who can't afford it. The location for the implementation of the PkM activities took place at the Liluwo Village Office, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City, which was carried out for one day attended by 45 residents who have had difficulty paying PBB because the tax burden continues to increase, while taxpayers do not have a steady income. With this socialization or counseling activity, it is hoped that residents will be obliged to understand and be aware of paying PBB after receiving a stimulus or reduction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan gambaran yang obyektif tentang Peran Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana Dalam Pencegahan Stunting Di Desa Lembah Hijau Kecamatan Bonepantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Dengan fokus penelitian yaitu koordinasi, sosialisasi, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: Teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan pencatatan data sekunder. Sesuai dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan, maka teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Peran Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana Dalam Pencegahan Stunting di Desa Lembah Hijau Kecamatan Bonepantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango belum efektif dilakukan. Hal ini terlihat dari koordinasi masih kurang, sosialisasi belum optimal, serta motivasi masih rendah. Adapun hal disarankan dalam penelitian ini adalah perlunya pemerintah daerah, dalam hal ini BKKBN Kabupaten Bone Bolango memperhatikan dan melakukan upaya yang komperhenship dalam memaksimakan pelaksanaan program pencegahan stunting melalui keterlibatan atau peran serta penyuluh KB dengan melakukan koordinasi yang intensif, sosialisasi yang kontinyu, serta motivasi atau semangat yang tinggi menjalankan program stunting, sehingga tercapai sasaran program yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of restaurant tax payment compliance in Gorontalo City. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. A purposive sampling strategy was used to select 92 respondents as a sample for this study. The type of data used is primary data, which is the result of sending questionnaires to Gorontalo City restaurant tax payers. In this study, linear regression analysis was used with a partial test (t-test) to analyze the data. These findings indicate that compliance with restaurant tax payments is positively and significantly influenced by the level of service. The coefficient of determination of the study is 24.2%, which means that the service quality variable can take into account the restaurant tax payment compliance variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Behavior of State Civil Apparatus on the Administrative Proposal for Promotion at the Education and Culture Office of Bone Bolango Regency. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have met the predetermined sample standards so that the data in this study are primary data. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Then data analysis using simple regression (because only 1 independent variable). The analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results showed that the behavior of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) had a positive and significant effect on the administration proposal for promotion at the Education and Culture Office of Bone Bolango Regency with a variability value of 68.7%. While the remaining 31.3% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as self-awareness, leadership motivation, work spirit, changes in education level and employee career expectations. The meaning of the positive coefficient indicates that the better the behavior of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) gives a good impact in proposing administrative promotions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how LPMD coordinates in the implementation of development in Butu Village, Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The method used in the implementation of this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and documentation studies. The research focus used in this study consisted of Vertical Coordination, Horizontal Coordination and Functional Coordination. The results of the study indicate that the vertical coordination in Butu Village has not been maximized, this can be seen by the absence of togetherness between all parties in the institution, so that the problems that arise cannot be overcome together. Horizontal coordination between institutions in the village can be said to have not gone well, this can be seen from the lack of cooperation between the LPMD management and other institutions, so that planning and decision making related to village development does not involve LPMD. LPMD is a partner of the Village government, it should know the duties and functions of each administrator, so that functional coordination can run well. Every important decision making related to development in an area can be well coordinated between the village government and other institutions. The coordination carried out by the LPMD can assist the village government in implementing village development programs, but this has not gone well because the LPM in Butu Village has very little active role in the activities carried out by Butu Village. It is necessary to improve the coordination carried out by LPMD. There is still a need for openness in coordination relationships that further support development in Butu Village. Provide reinforcement to institutional administrators within the village government. In the formation of the board, professionalism must be prioritized, and must be responsible for the tasks given so that the goals expected by all parties can be achieved properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the officer services in the distribution of clean water used a qualitative method with seven informants consisting of four men and three women. Based on the results of the research, the focus of reliability is going well. from the accuracy of officers in resolving customer complaints at PDAM Gorontalo City that officers have done well. Unfortunately, PDAM Gorontalo City still lacks tools for distributing water to Tanjung Kramat sub-district. The focus of responsiveness is not working optimally. the filing complaints customers must come directly to the PDAM Gorontalo City office. Then the tangible focus is that the physical appearance of the office building is relatively small, but PDAM Gorontalo City has provided efforts to provide a place that is comfortable and can accommodate services.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of increasing tax compliance through E-Filing technology as a digital transformation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach as the main research design. Case studies allow researchers to conduct in-depth analysis of the implementation of E-Filing in terms of increasing tax compliance in a country. The population of this study consists of taxpayers who are involved in the E-Filing process, both individuals and business entities. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method which takes into account variations covering various economic sectors, company size, and level of participation in electronic filing. This article discusses case studies regarding the implementation of E-Filing in an effort to increase tax compliance in a country. The implementation of E-Filing has proven effective in increasing tax compliance. Therefore, continuous efforts need to be made to increase the effectiveness of E-Filing in order to optimize tax revenues and support national development.

Abstract

In its second term, the Jokowi government paid great attention to improving small and medium enterprises (UKM). SMEs are a business sector that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, both in terms of contribution to National GDP and in terms of employment. SMEs are required to make improvements and changes in order to increase their competitiveness. At the end of 2019 until now, all countries in the world were shocked by the emergence of the corona virus or Covid-19. The current Covid-19 pandemic inevitably has an impact on various sectors. One type of UKM in Gorontalo that still exists and plays a very important role in promoting typical Gorontalo musical instruments (Polo Palo) and carrying out simple processing of waste (used goods), handicraft piggy banks; calligraphy frames and wall clocks made from used goods, in the form of souvenirs or handicrafts and absorbing local workers who are creative and innovative regarding traditional art ideas and concepts.
