Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan tergantung bagaimana pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dimana guru harus memperhatikan siswanya, dan harus memberikan sesuatu yang sifatnya membuka pikiran siswa. Hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar siswa dapat mengembangkan pemahamannya, menyimpulkan serta dapat memperluas ilmu pengetahuan tersebut kelak. Adapun komponen yang membentuk kegiatan pembelajaran adalah: a). Siswa yang bertindak sebagai mencari, penerima dan menyimpulan isi pelajaran, b.) guru bertindak sebagai pengelola dalam rangka pembelajaran yang efektif, c). Metode atau cara yang teratur dan efektif dalam penyampaian informasi materi pelajaran kepada siswa, dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan, d.) Tujuan, adanya suatu perubahan pada siswa, setelah proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan, e). Isi pelajaran segala informasi harus berupa fakta dan konsep yang jelas, f). Metode dan bahan serta peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk membantu pencapaian tujuan, g.) Evaluasi adalah alat untuk melihat hasil dari perkembangan pembelajaran mulai dari sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa. Rumusan masalah ”Apakah upaya guru melalui penggunaan metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII E di SMPN-1 Kahayan Hilir Kabupaten Pulang Pisau” ?. Proses penelitian dilaksanakan melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dari Hopkins dalam Aqib, (2007:31), sifat penelitian adalah pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang, kepala sekolah dan rekan sejawat, 1 orang guru sebagai peneliti sekaligus melakukan proses pengajaran yang berlangsung di dalam kelas. Pelaksanaan penelitian terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, dimana pada tahap I disebut sebagai pre-test (tes awal), tahap II Siklus I proses penerapan tindakan observasi, dan Refleksi, serta evaluasi, tahap III Siklus II proses penerapan tindakan observasi, dan Refleksi serta evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai rata-rata pre-test data awal 5,65 (65%) tidak tuntas, pelaksanaan Siklus I nilai rata-rata 6 dengan ketuntasan belajar 85% yang tidak tuntas 15%, pelaksanaan Siklus II nilai rata-rata 8 yang tuntas dalam belajarnya 100% yang tidak tuntas 0%. Kesimpulan penelitian dengan menerapkan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) melalui penggunaan metode diskusi mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII E di SMPN-1 Kahayan Hilir Kabupaten Pulang Pisau.

Abstract

In the city of Palangka Raya with a population of 266,000 people, waste is a problem, among others, due to the limited facilities and infrastructure to support waste transportation. The average amount of waste transported by the Palangka Raya City Garbage Transport Team only reached 48.94% of the total waste that must be transported every month which reached 27,628.2 m³. Thus, the rate of waste production is still faster than efforts to overcome it. The purpose of this research is to study the performance of waste management in Palangka Raya City from the generation of waste, support for financing, and regulation, as well as to study the priority aspects as supporting the performance of waste management so that waste management can improve and the aspects that are the main causes and can affect the management performance of waste, as well as how the planning and commitment of the Palangka Raya City government towards improving the performance of waste management. The research method is quantitative descriptive, analysis of waste management performance data and priority setting is carried out with a Likert Scale modification. The number of respondents as many as 30 people who are all waste management supervisors in Pahandut and Jekan Raya Subdistricts which are the research locations. The results show that the value response in the form of a percentage that is considered appropriate requires priority handling, namely waste facilities (81%) as the first priority, financial support (70%) as the second priority, waste generation (69%) the third priority, regulation (65%) , and waste infrastructure (53%). In general, the performance of solid waste management in the City of Palangka Raya needs to be improved, especially in the waste facilities because the amount of waste generated in the City of Palangka Raya has not been balanced with the performance of waste management.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosialdan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikanekonomi Angkatan 2018 universitas palangka raya. Dalam penelitian dipake metodekuantitatif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis datab danmengajukan angket/kuisioner kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UniversitasPalangka Raya.Sample diambil dengan probability sampling dan jenis pengambilan sampelmenggunakan simple random sampling sehingga mahasiswa Program StudiPendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Palangka Raya Angkatan 2018 yang menjadi samplepenelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket,observasi dandokumentasi. Kemudian data di analisis dengan bantuan program spss 24.0 penulisakhirnya mengambil kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut.Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan media sosial mempunyaipengaruh terhadap minata berwirausaha mahasiswa 0,6117 terhadap minatberwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan ekonomi,sedangkan besar tingkat pengaruhpembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa 0,161pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswadan pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan pembelajran kewirausahaan secarasimultan atau Bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapminata berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan ekonomi universitas palangka raya.Dibuktikan pada hasil analisi data pada table uji koefisiensi determinan (R2) Terlihatbahwa R Square adalah 0,746 artinya bahwa variasi perubahan minat berwirausahamahasiswa (Y) Dipengaruhi oleh pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dan penggunaan mediasosial.

Abstract

The existence of the modern market has received great attention and welcome from the public, especially the middle to upper economic community due to several things, for example the location is in a strategic place, air conditioned, comfortable, and the promotion of goods offered is cheaper than the price of goods in the market. traditional market. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the Management of Management Information Systems at Indomaret Supermarkets on Jalan Rajawali Palangkaraya City? 2) What is the role of the management information system at the Indomaret supermarket on Jalan Rajawali, Palangka Raya? 3) What is the role of management information system technology at Indomaret Supermarkets on Jalan Rajawali, Palangka Raya City?. The purpose of this study to identify and describe, namely: 1) Management of the management information system at Indomaret Supermarkets on Jalan Rajawali, Palangka Raya City. 2) The role of management information systems at Indomaret Supermarkets on Jalan Rajawali, Palangka Raya City. 3) The role of management information system technology at Indomaret Supermarkets on Jalan Rajawali, Palangka Raya City. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, an approach that is carried out on all research objects so that the data search process can run easily and according to plan. The location of this research was carried out at Indomaret supermarket on Jalan Rajawali, Palangka Raya city. Sources of research data are primary data sources that are directly given to researchers and source data that are not directly given to researchers, for example through other people or through documents. The data collection procedure is by (1) Observation, (2) Interview, (3) Documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis, namely an analysis that describes what actually happened to the object of research. The results of the study indicate that the management of management information systems must consider the efficiency of the company's data source system in guaranteeing information through the application of management information systems. Research suggestions improve management and management information systems to be more effective and efficient and improve product information.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to assist junior high school teachers in creating digital learning media based on artificial intelligence and to enable them to be implemented independently in the teaching and learning process. This activity was carried out from September to November 2023 at SMP Negeri 16 Palangka Raya. The stages of implementing this service activity are: coordination with partners, Training Implementation, and Mentoring Implementation. This mentoring activity has succeeded in achieving the main goal, which is to improve the competence of SMP Negeri 16 Palangka Raya teachers in creating Digital Learning Media based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Teachers who previously only had basic computer and internet skills are now able to utilize various AI-based applications such as Google Workspace, Canva, and Microsoft Office 365 to create teaching modules and teaching materials that are interactive, engaging, and relevant to the needs of students in the digital era. This activity also succeeded in increasing the confidence of teachers in adopting new technology into the learning process. From the results of this activity, some of the challenges faced, such as the difference in the level of technology mastery among teachers, can be solved through direct guidance and intensive mentoring. Teachers feel helped by the existence of training modules, technical instructions, and support from students and resource persons. This shows that well-designed training, supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, is able to have a positive impact on the development of educators' competencies.
