Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the socio-economic benefits of wallet bird nest cultivation for Benangin II Village, East Teweh District, North Barito Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, while in collecting data the researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation from 24 informants. As for the analysis, the author uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it was found that swallow nest cultivation has enormous potential as a new type of business that has very large profits. But there are also swiftlet nest cultivation businesses that are successful and successful depending on how the owner of the swallow's nest building takes care to produce a lot of swallow's nests living in the building. The socio-economic benefits of bird nest cultivation for the community for the community in Benangin II Village, East Teweh District, North Barito with the assistance provided by the owners of the swallow's nest building for the community in the form of construction of alleys, renovation of places of worship, and renovation of kindergarten school buildings.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) know the strategy of competition between traders in The Blauran Market Palangkaraya, 2) know the supporting factors and inhibition of competition between traders in Blauran Market Palangka Raya. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study are observations, interviews, documentation. The results showed that: 1) The prevailing strategy in Blauran Palangka Raya Market so far is a competitive strategy between traders with the concept of all buying and selling activities carried out with a strong motivation to earn income in a healthy way by improving the quality of goods or services. 2) Factors that affect competition in the Blauran Palangka Raya market are price borders, quality and varied products, strategic market locations, and promotions. Analysis of Competition Strategy between Traders in The Effectiveness of Economic Sociology in Blauran Palangka Raya Market is conducted by improving the quality of services, and products marketed to increase the turnover of traders. The process of facing competition between traders in Blaura Palangka Raya Market is carried out through solidarity between traders and buyers by focusing on improving the quality of services and products that suit the needs and interests of buyers.

Abstract

The method used in this research is descriptive method which is a method that aims to describe a problem clearly. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis techniques consisting of three stages of activities carried out sequentially namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the appropriate product design operational management to increase the sales results of the Pahari Palangka Raya Group Rattan UKM products is by applying eight aspects of product design (shape, features, performance, suitability, durability, reliability, style, and ease of repair) with priority on marketed products and prices. And in the proper supply chain operational management to increase the production output of the Pahari Palangkaraya Rattan Group UKM by implementing a strategy

Abstract

Unemployment and the low multidisciplinary labor market in Indonesia are multidimensional problems that are actually able to be solved. The solution the Indonesian government hopes is that unemployment can fall by increasing the quality of education and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to provide a model of developing strategies that can be done to develop the potential of entrepreneurship education through the implications of digital technology so that the younger generation has the ability to start up and entrepreneurial spirit in the future. By using qualitative analysis sourced from the results of a literature study, researchers found that entrepreneurship education strategies based on local wisdom and assistance in adopting digital technology will be able to reduce unemployment and increase entrepreneurial creativity of the nation's children to compete and face the world of work. But in its development, a good collaboration is needed between support from government policies, teaching staff, and high interest and motivation from students to make it happen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pendekatan kuantutatif dengan metode penelitain yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengolahan data yang berupa angka-angka. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya ini mengenai pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai t hitung masing- masing variabel bebas adalah 3,695 untuk variabe harga dan 4,679 untuk variabel kualitas produk. Sedangkan nilai dari t tabel adalah 1,985 (t hitung > t tabel) artinya bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya, dan kualitas produk juga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi di peroleh nilai 0,597 atau 59,7% yang artinya pengaruh variabel independen (harga dan kualitas produk) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Y (minat beli) sebesar 0,597, ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi variabel-variabel independen adalah 59,7% sedangkan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the importance of reading for students. Students as Indonesian human resources are needed ideas and opinions to build this country. The quality of human resources is strongly related to the interest in reading that students have. Reading habits are not only related to the teaching and learning process, but can also shape the personality of the individual by living the reading results. The discussion is The Interest of Reading Students of the Class of 2017 in the Digital Library during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Economic Education Study Program of FKIP University of Palangka Raya. This study aims to express students' reading interest in completing lecture assignments by using digital libraries during the Covid-19 pandemic di Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Palangka Raya. This research method uses qualitative approach, with research methods that are dequalitatively curative. This study aims to describe the results of data processing in the form of words, images that occur in the field that are natural and discovery in accordance with the phenomenon and actual circumstances. The results of the study conducted by The Interest in Reading Students of the Class of 2017 at the Digital Library During the Covid-19 Pandemic inthe Economic Education Study Program of FKIP University of Palangka Raya, this is shown by the results ofinterviews that researchers have drawn the conclusion that the interest in reading students during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Digital Library of Palangka Raya University is still relatively low judging by the duration spent reading and the number of student visits to digital libraries. The low interest in reading students due to the obstacles experienced when accessing digital libraries yang become obstacles in accessing the first digital library network because this network is very important if there is no internet network then we can not access the digital library,then need media as a place to access it such as mobile phones, tablets, and also computers/laptops

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is how is the competitive strategy between culinary traders in the Sangomang Park, Palangka Raya. With the number of informants as many as 21 people and data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and interviews. The data analysis methods used are: (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Presentation, and (3) Data Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study are culinary traders at Sangomang Park in terms of products using 3 competitive strategies that are applied, including developing existing products, making new products that do not exist in other traders, and maintaining or maintaining the quality of existing flavors. For the price applied, the trader follows or equals the price of the surrounding trader. Then in terms of service, culinary traders in Sangomang Park as a whole apply good service with smiles, greetings and greetings. Regarding promotion, there are those who promote their wares through social media and some only through their families, employees, and people they know. Even so, the income of traders during the pandemic decreased drastically, in this situation, traders rely on online motorcycle taxi services that accept delivery services for buyers, even though some continue to sell and some are closed by making independent businesses in their respective homes.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts made by economics teachers in motivating students to study at SMA Muara Tupuh Filial SMAN 1 Laung Tuhup Murung Raya Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative approach. Qualitative research aims to obtain a complete picture of a thing according to the human view studied. By involving the principal, deputy principal, 1 teacher and 12 students of Muara Tupuh Filial SMAN 1 Laung Tuhup High School. The data can be through interviews with principals, vice principals, economics teachers and grade XI students.Based on the results of research and interviews showed that Economics teachers strive quite well in teaching and learning activities, so that students are quite motivated in participating in economic learning activities. The motivation of the students has gone well. This can be seen from the motivation that comes from the students, namely from the desire of students to learn, a happy attitude towards the eyes of economic students that shows that students have a desire and desire to succeed and students have hopes and ideals in the future that move them to always be active in learning so that their hopes and ideals can be realized. Abstract

The background of this research at the time of the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic which required stakeholders to implement an online learning activity system policy or distance learning (PJJ). This study aims to describe the implementation of Learning Innovation Based on Technology Applications in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning From Home in the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR. The benefit of this research is to contribute thoughts, knowledge, information as well as a form of implementation of Technology Application-Based Learning Innovations in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning From Home in the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation and document study analysis. The results showed a form of online learning innovation developed by lecturers for students of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR, namely that several lecturers stated that online learning made it easier for students to study from home or anywhere using Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp Group, Google Meet and Youtube. During online learning, several obstacles were found, such as students having different levels of material absorption, unstable internet networks, limited internet quota, power outages, inadequate computer and mobile devices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik korelasional, yang bermaksud mendeskripsikan hubungan antara Sertifikasi (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) sebagai variabel bebas, dan Kinerja GUru (Y) sebgai variabel terikat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan jumlah populasi 110 orang dengan mengambil sampel 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner motivasi kerja yang dibagikan kepada guru dan Lembar Kinerja Guru diisi Kepala Sekolah, sedangkan nilai hasil uji sertifikasi diperoleh dari Panitia Sertifikasi Guru Rayon 18 Universitas Palangka Raya. Untuk mengetahui Kevalidan instrumen digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa: (1) Nilai Portofolio guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya yang mengikuti seleksi sertifikasi kuota 2008 dan 2009 tergolong pada klasifikasi sedang, (2) Motivasi kerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya tergolong tinggi, (3) Kinerja Guru SD Negeri kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya tergolong tinggi, (4) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya, (5) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya, (6) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sertifikasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya. Berdasarkan hasil diatas maka disarankan kepada Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya, memberikan pembinaan, bimbingan, dan pengarahan kepada guru-guru yang sudah mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi untuk lebih profesional dalam melaksanakan tugas profesinya dengan mengikuti pelatihan, penataran, work shop, Forum Kelompok Kerja Guru (FKKG), Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Negeri Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya yang sudah lulus sertifikasi hendaknya meningkatkan penguasaan terhadap empat kompetensi guru yakni kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial, meningkatkan motivasi kerja, dan kinerjanya dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab yang diembannya. Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Palangka Raya hendaknya tetap mendukung pelaksanaan sertifikasi dengan terus sosialisasi kepada guru-guru.
