Abstract

Rido Suwanta (14031170) “Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga”.  Pembimbing (I) H. Abdul Rahman, SE, M.Pd, M.Si (II) Anshari Putra, SE, MM. Penguji (I) Hilmiatus Sahla, SE.I, ME.I (II) Zulfa Khairina Batubara, SE, M.Si.            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan dan Lokasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli air mineral di Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga.  Populasi didapat sebanyak 18.000 konsumen selama setahun.  Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan ramdom sampling dengan rumus Slovin sampel didapat berjumlah 100 konsumen.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F secara simultan dan Uji-t secara parsial dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi R2. Hasil penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda Y = 4,085 + 0,417 X1 - 0,136 X2 + 0,117 X3 + 0,405X4 + e. Uji secara simultan (uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga,Dan pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Fhitung   > Ftabel (17,609>2,47)  dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,5%.  Secara parsial (uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (3,744>1.660) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05%.Harga tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (1,738<1.660) dengan nilai signifikan 0,085>0,05%. Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (1,612<1.660) dengan nilai signifikan 0,110>0,05%,dan Lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (5,023>1.660) dengan nilali signifikan 0,000<0,05%.  Koefisien Determinasi R2 sebesar 0,402atau 40.2% variabel Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan dan Lokasi mempengharui Keputusan Pembelian pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga. Kata Kunci    :  Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Air Minum Pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga Kabupaten Asahan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas cita rasa, harga danpelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Rumah Makan Gunung Sari 2. Permasalahan dalampenelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas cita rasa, harga dan pelayanan pada konsumenterhadap minat beli konsumen pada Rumah Makan Gunung Sari 2. Responden yang terlibat dalampenelitian ini sebanyank 100 orang. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah : Kualitas Cita Rasa, Harga danpelayanan pada konsumen berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Rumah Makan Gunung Sari2.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, jenis penelitian adalahdeskriptif kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melelui observasi, wawancara, dan daftarpertanyaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis datamenunjukkan bahwa kualitas cita rasa (X1), harga (X2) dan pelayanan (X3) secara serempak berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (Y) pada Rumah Makan Gunung Sari 2.Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikananatara variabel kualitas cita rasa (X1), variabel harga (X2), variabel pelayanan (X3) terhadap minat beli(Y), ini terbukti dari hasi uji f yaitu sebesar 131.228, untuk pengujian hipotesis bahwa kualitas cita rasa,harga dan pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli (Y), ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian statistiksebesar nilai t hitung dari kualitas cita rasa (X1) sebesar 4.133, harga (X2) sebesar 15.228 dan pelayanan(X3) sebesar 2.905, dengan nilai signifikan 0.00. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas cita rasa,harga dan pelayanan pada konsumen secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belikonsumen pada Rumah Makan Gunung Sari 2. Secara parsial variabel kualitas cita rasa, hargaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, dan variabel pelayanan pada konsumenberpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Cita Rasa, Harga, Pelayanan, Minat Beli

Abstract

Abstract

The study purpose was to examine the effect of competence, training, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding factors that influence employee performance in the plantation sector. Materials and methods. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of all employees at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk, with a total sample of 42 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using structured questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Hypothesis testing was conducted through t-test and F-test, supported by classical assumption tests and coefficient of determination analysis. Results. The findings indicate that competence, training, and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these variables significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that competence, training, and work environment collectively explain a substantial proportion of the variance in employee performance. Conclusions. The study concludes that improving employee competence, implementing effective training programs, and creating a supportive work environment are essential factors in enhancing employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of job satisfaction, work attitude and work loyalty on employee performance at PT. Buana Sawit Indah, Batu Bara Regency. This type of research is quantitative, data analysis uses multiple linear regression, and involves a sample of 58 respondents determined by the slovin method from a total of 139 employees. The results of the t-test prove that H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted, namely partially job satisfaction influences employee performance with a t-value (7.832) > t-table (2.004), work attitude influences employee performance with a t-value (2.533) > t-table (2.004) and work loyalty influences employee performance with a t-value (3.042) > t-table (2.004). The F-test results prove that H0 is rejected while H2 is accepted, namely that job satisfaction, work attitude, and work loyalty influence employee performance, with the calculated F value > F table (34.662 > 2.78). The results of the coefficient of determination analysis (R2 test) show that the adjusted R-square value is 0.639, meaning that the variables of job satisfaction, work attitude, and work loyalty contribute 63.9% to employee performance, while the remaining 36.1% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Leadership partially and simultaneously influence the Quality of Public Services at the Teluk Nibung District Office, Tanjungbalai City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the Work Motivation variable has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated t value > t table (4.006 > 2.042), meaning that Work Motivation influences the Quality of Public Services. Work Discipline shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated t value > t table (4.075 > 2.042), meaning that Work Discipline influences the Quality of Public Services. Leadership shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and t count > t table (5.506 > 2.042), meaning that Leadership influences the Quality of Public Services. The F-test results show that the variables Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Leadership collectively influence the Quality of Public Services, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value > F table (23.944 > 2.91).

Abstract

The conditions found are that in 2021 and 2022, there was an increase in the average ROA value, but the stock price decreased and the average ROE value in 2019 and 2020 increased, but the stock price actually decreased. This is contrary to the theory which states that the higher the ROA and ROE, the better the company's performance which should attract investors and increase stock prices. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock prices in Advertising, Printing and Media sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2022. This study uses secondary data with a quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with simultaneous and partial testing. The results of the study show that simultaneously, the variables ROA, ROE, DER, and EPS do not have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, each independent variable also does not have a significant effect on stock prices. The Adjusted R Square value in this study is 0.099 or 9.9%, which indicates that the ROA, ROE, DER, and EPS variables together are only able to explain 9.9% of stock price variations, while the remaining 90.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. These results indicate that the variables used in this study have a less strong influence on stock prices in the Advertising, Printing and Media sector

Abstract

Employee engagement is an important factor in improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness in the public sector. However, the achievement of several work programs at the Cooperatives, Trade, and Industry Office of Asahan Regency has not been optimal, indicating possible problems related to employee engagement. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, leadership, and work motivation on employee engagement among employees of the agency. The research used a quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques involving 40 civil servants as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis supported by validity, reliability, classical assumption, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination tests. The findings show that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, leadership does not significantly affect employee engagement partially. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee engagement. The coefficient of determination indicates that 54.3% of employee engagement can be explained by work environment, leadership, and work motivation, while the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of work engagement, work-life balance, and work overload on employee work productivity at the Cooperative, Trade, and Industry Office of Asahan Regency. The research was motivated by declining institutional performance, increasing workload, and challenges in maintaining employee productivity within the public sector. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving all 40 employees as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings revealed that work engagement did not significantly affect employee productivity. In contrast, work-life balance and work overload had positive and significant effects on work productivity. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influenced employee productivity with an R-square value of 0.547, indicating that 54.7% of productivity variation could be explained by the model, while the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other factors outside the study. The results indicate that maintaining work-life balance and managing workload effectively are important factors in improving employee productivity in government institutions.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of workload, work conflict, and social support on employees’ psychological well-being at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Asahan Regency. The main problem addressed in this research is the increasing work demands and service pressure faced by public sector employees, which may affect their psychological conditions and overall well-being. The objective of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of workload, work conflict, and social support on psychological well-being. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive-explanatory design. The population consisted of 70 employees, which were all used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25, including classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results show that workload, work conflict, and social support significantly influence employees’ psychological well-being both partially and simultaneously. Social support emerges as the most dominant factor in improving psychological well-being. These findings indicate that a supportive work environment, balanced workload, and well-managed workplace conflict play an important role in enhancing employees’ psychological conditions. The study suggests that improving organizational support systems can strengthen employee well-being in public service institutions.
