Abstract

The research aims to create a prototype of Fields Irrigation Control System. The research method using the method of manufacture prototyping. Prototyping begins with collecting requirements, build prototyping, evaluation prototyping, coding systems, system test and evaluate the system. In Prototype Fields Irrigation Control System is equipped with a water level sensor to detect the water level in the wetland, Arduino Mega 2560 as a process. Then Solenoid water to open the lid or the access to the water discharge wetland. There is also the Flow Meter to calculate the flow of water into the wetland. There is one piece buzzer as the output used for alarm when the water in the tank is almost empty. Fields Irrigation Control System prototype has an LCD as an interface to view the state of the fields, reservoirs, and water discharge. Results of testing prototype Fields Irrigation Control System researcher who has done has been created and has been tested can fill water automatically when the state of dry paddy field or touch the low water level sensor and will stop when the touch sensor high. If the sensor exposed overhigh the Arduino will give out solenoid to open and discard the water.

Abstract

Abstract

This case study aims to design a stock counting device for merchandise that has a barcode and a digital code printed on the product packaging, which will later be scanned using the GM65 barcode sensor. The method used in this research is engineering, described through problem identification, tool and system design, from software to hardware. The system was tested through data analysis to obtain research results. Based on the results, it shows that the inventory counting system runs according to the initial design to determine the remaining items sold in the available stock in a supermarket. The resulting barcode is entered into a web server media with an internet network, so it is stored in a database. This is able to minimize confusion that occurs during stocktaking, and the data can be stored neatly and is not easily lost.

Abstract

This study aims to design an IoT-based monitoring system for temperature, humidity, and water level in hydroponic plants using Raspberry Pi, as an effort to facilitate monitoring of environmental conditions required in hydroponic plant cultivation. The research method used is Research & Development (R&D), which focuses on system design and testing. The main advantage of this system is its ability to access data in real time remotely, facilitating monitoring without having to be on site. The results of the study show that the developed monitoring system successfully sends temperature, humidity, and water level data to users with good accuracy. Therefore, it can be concluded that this IoT-based monitoring system is effective and reliable for monitoring important parameters in hydroponic plants accurately and in real time.
