Abstract

The practice of breastfeeding is one way to optimize the health and development of children. Exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months without providing complementary foods/substitutes for breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding problems can be caused by breast milk that does not come out after childbirth, lack of milk production, the inability of the baby to suck, abnormal conditions of the mother's nipples, working mothers, and lack of health information. Health problems that often occur in breastfeeding mothers are reduced milk production, which will later affect breastfeeding status so that it can be a risk factor for stunting. One way to increase the volume of breast milk is to provide Moringa leaf extract as an ingredient to be processed into alternative food products, namely "Coding Danker". This community service activity was carried out three times, namely exclusive breastfeeding and stunting counseling, processing alternative food products from Moringa leaves, providing food products to the community, breastfeeding mothers and monitoring evaluations and interventions from providing Coding Danker to breastfeeding mothers. This activity is aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of PKK mothers in RW 7 Sialang Munggu Village in making pastries based on local wisdom, namely cookies with Moringa leaf extract. Community service participants were given material by showing videos on how to make these products. The outputs of this community service are one scientific article, one article in print/electronic mass media, activity videos and community service reports.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain is a common condition experienced by many young women during menstruation. One factor that is believed to influence the incidence of dysmenorrhea is exercise habits. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between exercise habits and primary dysmenorrhea in female adolescents at SMAN 03 Mandau. This research is quantitative research. This research uses a correlational design using a cross-sectional study approach. The population for this research was all 480 female students in class X and XI of SMAN 03 Mandau. The sample in this study was part of the total object, namely 218 female students taken using a random sampling system. The research results show that the p value < α (p=0.003) means that there is a relationship between exercise and the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in young women at SMA N 3 Mandau. The conclusion in this study is that exercise habits influence the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea because during early puberty the hormone gonadotropin is produced. Exercise has significant benefits in reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain and improving the quality of life of adolescent girls. It is important for health workers, educators, and parents to encourage adolescent girls to participate in regular physical activity as part of strategies to manage and prevent dysmenorrhea.Keyword: Sports habits, dysmenorrhea, adolescent girls

Baby massage can express the love between parents and their children through skin touch which has a tremendous impact. This research uses the Pre-Experimental Design method, which is research with a serious experiment because there are still variables that are influenced by the formation of the dependent variable. The results of this research are that there is an influence of baby massage and baby growth and development at the Sejahtera clinic. Based on research conducted, there is an influence between baby massage and baby growth and development. The growth and development of babies is greatly influenced by several factors, including family income and a history of exclusive breastfeeding, where there is a tendency for mothers to have high incomes and breastfeed exclusively, which will tend to have good baby growth and development.
