<![CDATA[Political thinking about the relationship religion and countries have a problem with the most attractive to moslem community, the relationship between islam and state in indonesia in be indonesian history is a story antagonistic and suspicion each other.Not intimate relationship is mainly, but not wholly , caused by the views on the founder of the country most of it muslims about was about to be taken kemanakah country newly independent.One of the most important items in a difference of opinion on wased this country inclined to islam , or nationalist muslim religion not determinant certain system for muslims.Political islam in indonesia can not be separated from the dynamics of thought and the renewal of a movement .Among in general divided into two groups .The first group were convinced that the islamic state of as a model of government will guarantee the teachings of islam implemented in the community .The second group refuse formalism religion in state affairs , the opposite of them focused on the importance of grow and to create and integrity of the religious society of the people.]]>

<![CDATA[The Lampung Pepadun wedding tradition represents a harmony between local culture and Islamic values. This study aims to identify the manifestation of Islamic principles within the Lampung Pepadun wedding tradition and explain the alignment between local customs and Islamic law in its practice. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with cultural and religious leaders, direct observations of wedding ceremonies, and document analysis. The findings reveal that this tradition systematically integrates elements of Islamic law, such as the marriage contract (akad), dowry (mahar), and communal prayers, without eliminating the unique symbols and cultural meanings of the local practices. The study also highlights the significant role of religious figures in preserving Islamic values amid the challenges of modernization, which often influence the implementation of traditions. These findings suggest that local traditions grounded in religious values have significant potential to serve as a medium for cultural preservation and spiritual reinforcement within communities. Therefore, preserving such traditions through approaches consistent with Islamic law is essential to maintaining cultural identity and community religiosity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines social conflicts in Islamic family law (HKI) using sociological and anthropological approaches to understand the complex dynamics between religion, culture, and social values. The research aims to analyze the causes of conflicts, resolution patterns, and the contributions of socio-cultural approaches to creating effective and sustainable solutions. Employing a qualitative approach, the study utilizes case studies involving semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that social conflicts in HKI are often triggered by imbalances in social structures, gender roles, and the influence of local traditions that diverge from formal legal norms. The sociological approach provides insights into interaction patterns and social mediation, while the anthropological approach highlights the importance of cultural values in conflict resolution processes. The study's implications emphasize the necessity of integrating Islamic legal principles of justice with local traditions to foster conflict resolution that is harmonious and socially relevant.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the shift in Islamic political thought in Indonesia, from a formalistic approach to a substantive one, as well as the factors that drive this change. The formalistic approach, which emphasizes symbols and the rigid application of Islamic law in the state structure, is increasingly seen as irrelevant to the social-political dynamics of plural Indonesia. In contrast, the substantive approach, which focuses on achieving the social goals of Islam, such as justice and welfare, is considered more adaptable to the needs of modern society. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analyzing various relevant sources to identify the paradigm shift in Islamic political thought. The findings indicate that this shift is largely influenced by social developments and political challenges faced by Indonesian society. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of adopting a substantive approach in formulating inclusive public policies that can strengthen social harmony in Indonesia. This approach also offers a new foundation for the development of Islamic political thought that is more relevant to the challenges of the times.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the concept of marriage legality in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) as a legal guide for marriage in Indonesia. Marriage legality plays a crucial role in maintaining social order and legal validity, as well as ensuring the rights and obligations of the husband, wife, and children born from the marriage. This research aims to identify the concept of marriage legality in KHI and analyze the impact of legal and social aspects on its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with normative and sociological analysis, as well as a literature study of KHI documents, relevant laws, and scholarly references. The findings of the study show that although KHI provides a clear legal basis for marriage legality, practices such as unregistered marriage (nikah siri) and contract marriages are still prevalent in society, leading to social disorder. The implication of this study is the importance of a deeper understanding of marriage legality in KHI to raise public legal awareness and maintain social order.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the concepts of identity and tolerance within the context of multiculturalism, focusing on the ideas of Bhikhu Parekh. The background of this study stems from the increasing complexity of social interactions in multicultural societies, where individual and group identities continue to evolve. The objective of this research is to analyze how identity is formed in multicultural societies and the role of tolerance in addressing potential conflicts. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach through literature analysis, reviewing Parekh's works and other relevant sources. The findings indicate that identity is not a static entity but rather a result of dynamic social interactions. Furthermore, tolerance is viewed as a crucial solution in alleviating tensions between groups. The implications of this research emphasize the need for inclusive public policies that promote intercultural dialogue and protect individual rights without neglecting community values. Consequently, this study contributes to the understanding of the importance of identity and tolerance in creating harmonious societies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the integration of Prophet Muhammad's leadership values within Islamic educational institutions, focusing on the challenges and opportunities in the digital age. The primary objective is to analyze how Islamic leadership principles can align with digital advancements while upholding core Islamic values. Using a qualitative approach through document and thematic analysis, this research identifies key challenges, including digital disparities, limited access to technology, and tensions between technological culture and traditional Islamic values. Key strategies are proposed, such as technology-based Islamic leadership training and collaborative efforts to develop digital infrastructure, along with the use of social media as a platform for disseminating Islamic educational values. The findings provide insights into how Islamic educational leadership can adapt in the digital era and suggest future research directions on the role of specific technologies in the application of Islamic leadership.]]>

<![CDATA[Enhancing students' critical thinking skills is a major challenge in Social Studies education in the 21st century. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the problem-solving method in improving students' critical thinking skills within the context of Social Studies. Employing a qualitative approach with a library research design, this research analyzes various literature related to the application of the problem-solving method. Findings reveal that this method significantly enhances students' abilities to analyze information, formulate solutions, and connect theory with practice. However, challenges such as resource limitations and the need for teacher training can impact its effectiveness. The implications of this research suggest the need for intensive teacher training and systematic integration of the problem-solving method into the social studies curriculum to improve educational quality. Future research is recommended to explore different educational settings and additional method combinations to deepen understanding of problem-solving implementation in social studies education.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the integration of entrepreneurship in Islamic education management through a literature review approach. The purpose of this study is to identify the concepts, challenges, and implementation strategies of entrepreneurship grounded in Islamic values within the management of Islamic educational institutions. The review reveals that entrepreneurship in Islamic education is not solely oriented towards economic aspects but also emphasizes ethical values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and social responsibility. Such integration has the potential to enhance the independence, innovation, and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. However, structural and cultural barriers remain significant challenges that must be addressed through strengthening entrepreneurship curricula based on Islamic principles, capacity building of human resources, and supportive institutional policies. This study concludes that the integration of entrepreneurship in Islamic education management is a strategic necessity to respond to the dynamics of modern education and to develop adaptive and visionary institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[The advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution demands strategic transformation in education, particularly in managing educational service entrepreneurship. This article aims to explore how digital-based managerial strategies can be implemented in educational entrepreneurship through a comprehensive literature review approach. The method employed is a systematic literature study based on recent scholarly sources relevant to digital entrepreneurship within educational contexts. The findings reveal that the implementation of digital entrepreneurship management requires organizational readiness, technological adaptation, and innovation in the design of entrepreneurial learning programs. Additionally, collaborative organizational development and theory- and data-driven program evaluation are critical components for ensuring sustainability. The design of new entrepreneurial programs that are adaptive and experiential is also essential to building a competitive educational entrepreneurship ecosystem. These findings imply the urgent need for a strategic repositioning of educational entrepreneurship management to respond to global dynamics and prepare human resources who are innovative and responsive to digital transformation.]]>
