Abstract

Peningkatan pertahanan tubuh terhadap serangan penyakit tidak hanya dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian pakan dengan komposisi nutrisi yang seimbang, melainkan dapat juga disertai pemberian imunostimulan dalam pakan. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian parameter kualitas air untuk budidaya polikultur tradisional padi, udang dan ikan pada sawah tambak di desa Deket Wetan, Kecamatan Deket, Kabupaten Lamongan; (2) Menguji efektivitas beberapa immunotismulan yang tersedia di pasaran guna meningkatkan angka kehidupan udang. (3) Menemukan teknik aplikasi dan formulasi beberapa imunostimulan untuk meningkatkan angka kehidupan udang dan produktivitas lahan sawah tambak  secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode exsperimental yang dilakukan dalam peneliti termasuk alat-alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur dan mengumpulkan data  dilapangan pada saat melakukan penelitian. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tambak tradisional sebanyak 4 tambak dengan ukuran 1000m, pH, DO, Timbangan Digital. Adapun bahan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian adalah air tawar dan benur udang vanamei PL 12 dengan salinitas 0 dan pakan.Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter kualitas air yang di teliti yaitu parameter fisika dan kimia kimia parameter fisika (suhu, kecerahan) parameter kimia (pH, Nitrit,Nitrat, Amoniak, sulfat, phosfat) dari hasil kualitas air semua mumpuni baku mutu. Tetapi tidak berpengaruh dengan tingkat kelulusan hidup dan hasil uji imunotismulan yang menunjukan pertumbuhan yang sangat cepat pada stasiun dua dengan variable x2 probiotik dengan tingkat kelulusan hidup 13,5% dan berat per ekor 13,5g.

Abstract

Produksi bandeng duri lunak di Kecamatan Pakal Kota Surabaya Jawa Timur yang setiap harinya memproduksi 20 kg bahkan 50 kg per hari. Penjualan bandeng tanpa duri ini bisa diambil atau bisa diantar langsung ke rumah konsumen (Hayatun, 2019). Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu nonprobabilitiy sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan dalam usaha bandeng presto adalah ikan bandeng segar. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk memproduksi bandeng presto meliputi Timbangan, digunakan untuk menimbang bahan baku ikan bandeng atau bumbu. Pisau, Talenan, Ember kecil, Ember besar, Blender, Pressure Cooker, Kompor LPG, Wajan, Sutil, Serok. Bumbu yang di pakai adalah bawang putih, kunyit, garam, air. Proses produksi adalah sebagai berikut, bahan baku ikan bandeng segar, penyiangan potong ikan jadi dua bagian keluarkan isi perut, pencucian cuci sampai 4-5 kali, penyusunan ikan bandeng dimasukkan secara berselang seling, pelumuran bumbu, panci presto di isi air yang mendidih untuk merebus ikan bandeng, pemasakan ikan bandeng di rebus selama 2 jam sampai mendesis, pendinginan pada suhu ruang terbuka supaya cepat dingin, penggorengan bandeng presto di goreng dengan kocokan telur, pengemasan dengan plastik mika, pemasaran. Berdasarkan perhitungan matriks SWOT, IFAS, EFAS posisi, Strategi pengembangan bandeng presto di Kecamatan Pakal Kota Surabaya berada pada kuadran I yaitu menggunakan Strategi Agresif  dimana pengusaha memiliki kekuatan dan peluang besar. Jadi di sarankan pengusaha harus lebih meningkatkan usahanya sehingga bisa mencapai peluang dan bisa menambah kekuatan dari usahanya.

Abstract

Faktor eksternal yang menjadi ancaman pada pengolahan ikan di UD SBY Corporation antara lain Barrier to entry usaha pengolahan ikan rendah, persaingan dengan perusahaan sejenis, persaingan dengan produk substitusi dan ingkat inflasi yang cenderung meningkat. Berdasarkan analisis lingkungan internal perusahaan didapatkan kekuatan perusahaan antara lain lokasi perusahaan strategi, memiliki prestasi dan penghargaan, perusahaan telah menjalankan kegiatan produksi berdasarkan HACCP, sedangkan kelemahan perusahaan antara lain pemilik tidak hanya fokus menjalankan pada satu usaha yaitu usaha pengolahan ikan, segala keputusan kegiatan usaha masih bergantung pada pemilik perusahaan, tidak adanya divisi pemasaran secara khusus, pesamaran dilakukan oleh pemilik, Administrasi dan keuangan perusahaan belum rapi, modal usaha terbatas, dan ketidakmampuan perusahaan mendapatkan bahan baku ikan

Abstract

Milkfish is the main aquaculture commodity in Lamongan Regency besides vannamei shrimp. But in reality milkfish meat has not been used optimally in the fish cracker processing business. This study aims to analyze the added value and income as well as to find a sustainable strategy for processing milkfish crackers using the quadruple Helix concept approach. The research method is descriptive quantitative with a case study approach. the sampling is done by purposive sampling. Analysis of the data by calculating profit or net income, added value using the Hayami method and recommendations for sustainability with SWOT analysis. The final result shows that the milkfish cracker processing business earns a profit of Rp. 8,722,917 per twenty-six times the production process for one month, with an added value of Rp. 63,540/kg of raw materials. From the SWOT analysis, the Aggressive Strategy is obtained. The strategy is to increase the production of milkfish crackers by developing the business by increasing the quality and quantity due to market guarantees. For business sustainability, collaboration is used in the quadruple helix concept, namely (1) Entrepreneurs play a role in increasing production, (2) Academics play a role in providing assistance to product innovation and marketing research that is more effective, (3) The government plays a role in providing counseling, training and business capital assistance, (4) The community plays a role by participating in developing this milkfish cracker processing business into a superior product for the local area and helping to promote it through online promotion media so that it is more widely known.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of agribusiness and formulate strategies for strengthening the performance of vannamei shrimp. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach with survey techniques, and identifies problems and constraints. Determination of strengthening strategy formulation with strength field analysis (FFA).      The results of the performance measurement are that the condition of the seeds is of poor quality and the price is expensive, the equipment is limited and still relatively expensive, the scarcity of fertilizers often occurs in the growing season and the price is relatively high, the wages of daily laborers are still relatively high. Traditional plus cultivation technology, which depends on survival stocked prawns. Handling the results is focused on the management at the collectors, from washing to the storage process in a storage tank with ice only. Lack of information on shrimp prices in the market due to ineffective information media. Fishery education is lacking, there are no human resource development institutions, cooperatives and lack of research, inlet and outlet channels are still connected.      The strategy for strengthening agribusiness is to mobilize the group as a vehicle for coordination, synergy and driving force for the development of vannamei shrimp agribusiness. Integrate and synchronize government policies by fulfilling the availability of fertilizers according to need, disease-free and disease-resistant (SPR) shrimp seeds, procurement of production equipment equipment that has been adapted to production needs, increasing the capacity of the farmer's workforce through training activities, OJT , seminars, regular workshops. Focus on primary product, namely vannamei shrimp with more advanced cultivation systems and technology guided by CBIB. Developing processed products made from vannamei shrimp, quality management training, HACCP and GMP, forming processing and marketing groups and stimulating the construction of fishery product processing plants. Develop entrepreneurial skills by relying on the principles of business groups that lead to a modern system. Provide good and easy-to-access information media. Capital assistance for businesses and support for adequate infrastructure construction services, expansion of communication and transportation networks, and strengthening of pokdakkan bookkeeping, strengthening between government institutions, private institutions and microfinance with pokdakkan in order to find investors to build factories and fishery cooperatives.

Abstract

Lamongan regency  is one of the areas in the Bengawan Solo watershed always overflow during rainy period and around 50.17 percent of the area was a flood-stricken area called bonorowo. This study aims to identify the composition, species diversity, and potential of fish resources found in the waters of Bonorowo, Kalitengah, Lamongan for 3 months from July to September 2022. The research method is purposive random sampling method. Fish samples were taken using five types of fishing gear, namely gill nets, nets, fishing rods, bubu, and strums. Data was analysed by using relative abundance of each type of fish, frequency of occurrence, the diversity index, evennes index. Also, water quality measurements was done in situ include pH, transparency, temperature, and DO. The results of research showed that there were 16 species which belong to 10 families (Cyprinidae, Channidae, Cichlidae, Claridae, Loricariidae, Belontiidae, Anabantidae, Bagridae, Synbranchidae and Macrobrachium). The structure of the fish community is as follows: the composition of the fish species with the highest percentage of relative abundance is the family Cichlidae represented by species Oreochrosmis mossambicus (18,45%), while catfish (Clarias sp) has the lowest percentage at 1.39%. The diversity index range from 2,493 – 2,540 in the medium category, the evennes index ranges from 0.395 – 0.414 in the medium category, so it is quite uniform, and the all-round dominance index is in the low category for all stations because it ranges from 0.093 to 0.104. For potential analysis, there are two types of fish that have the potential to become ornamental fish, namely Channa striata and Trichogaster trichopterus. As well as the results of measuring water quality parameters prove that the condition of bonorowo waters in Kalitengah sub-regency is good for fish life.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze characteristics and behavior consumer as well as analyze connection between influencing factors behavior consumer to decision consumer buy product processed fish in traditional markets. Study This carried out from May to June 2024 in traditional markets regency Lamongan. Method used is method studies case. Retrieval technique sample use method accidental sampling with amount respondents in study This 109 respondents. Analysis data use model regression linear multiple with SPSS. In study This variable free covers culture (X1), social (X2), personal (X3), psychology (X4), price (X5), income (X6), quantity dependents (X7), and tastes (X8). Variable bound is decision buy (Y). Variable free in a way simultaneous influential significant to decision purchase product processed fish. Whereas in a way Partial factors that are significant influence decision buy product processed fish is factor culture (X1), factor psychological (X4), factor price (X5), factor income (X6), factor dependent (X7), and taste factors (X8). Behavioral factors the most dominant consumer influence decision buy product processed fish at traditional markets in the district Lamongan is factor psychological (X4).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing channels of wader fish, the marketing system of wader fish, and the marketing efficiency of wader fish in Gondang Lor Village, Sugio District, and the marketing destination area. The research method used a survey method with a research sample of nine wader fish farmers and fishermen in Gondang Lor Village. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the income obtained by fishermen and farmers was Rp. 2,947,000.00 per farmer or fisherman for fresh wader fish and Rp. 2,000,000.00 for fried wader fish. The marketing channel for wader fish in Gondang Lor Village consists of two channels, namely direct channels and indirect channels. Furthermore, the wader fish marketing system, including marketing costs, marketing margins and the largest marketing profits are found in the Pekanbaru Market, namely marketing costs of IDR 1,687.50 / kg, marketing margins of IDR 5,500.00 / kg and marketing profits of IDR 5,812.50 / kg. The results also found that the marketing of wader fish to Lamongan fish market, market in Surabaya, market in Sidoarjo and market in Central Java has been efficient, this is seen from the average farmer's share value of 70% for the four marketing destination areas which is greater than the marketing margin value. Thus, it can be concluded that the marketing of wader fish in Gondang Lor Village is efficient.
