Abstract

Tourism is one of the crucial sectors that cannot be separated from the potential threat of disaster. To reduce these potential threats, the government through the National Disaster Management Agency and the Ministry of Tourism is carrying out a disaster-safe tourist destination program. Aik Berik Village, Batukliang Utara District as a leading tourist village in Central Lombok Regency has the responsibility to realize the government program. Starting from public awareness of the management of the Aik Berik Community Forest, then it became a progressive case as part of community-based disaster mitigation. So this study aims to determine the behavior of the people of Aik Berik Village, then analyze its effect on reducing disaster threats as an effort to create a disaster-safe tourism village. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that disaster mitigation carried out by the community through a sustainable community forest management system has been proven to be effective in reducing or even eliminating potential disaster threats in Aik Berik Village, especially at the location of village natural attractions.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by the world of education lately is the decline in social life manners and moral ethics in the practice of school life. Various ethical violations that occur in school institutions highlight the important role of ethical leadership in school institutions. The seeds of ethical violations in schools if not eliminated will become habits and do not rule out the possibility of giving birth to leaders who are smart but do not have ethics and morals in managing ethical accountability. The purpose of this study was to elucidate ethical leadership in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature review method of literature study with a type of descriptive research. The findings show that the task of ethical leadership in educations is to enable students to develop confidence and appreciation for facts and skills. The approach used is to insert moral values in every rule of teaching facts and skills in every subject in school. Because if not, then one day there will arise in society smart leaders but do not live up to religious teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) di Kabupaten Sidoarjo serta mengetahui implikasinya terhadap motivasi kerja aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Konsep implementasi kebijakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model empat variabel (komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi) yang dikembangkan oleh George C. Edward III, sementara implikasinya dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Motivation-Hygiene Theory dari Herzberg. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah observasi lapangan untuk data primer serta studi dokumentasi terhadap peraturan, laporan kinerja, dan kebijakan teknis sebagai data sekunder, yang diperkuat dengan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian secara singkat menunjukkan dua hal utama untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Pertama, implementasi TPP di Kabupaten Sidoarjo berjalan efektif karena didukung oleh keempat variabel dalam model Edward III. Kedua, TPP terbukti berhasil berfungsi sebagai hygiene factor yang efektif dalam mencegah ketidakpuasan kerja, namun memiliki keterbatasan sebagai motivator factor dalam mendorong motivasi intrinsik dan kinerja jangka panjang ASN. Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP); Motivasi Kerja.
