Abstract

This research is a descriptive study that aims to find out, 1) The results of applying foundation using a beauty blender on combination facial skin types and 2) The opinion of the panelists on the results of applying foundation using a beauty blender on combination facial skin types. The number of respondents in this study was 20 trained panelists.Data collection techniques used were observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and Likert scale. The results of this study indicate 1) Application of foundation using a beauty blender on combination facial skin, evenness is considered even in terms of color but is less able to cover pores and acne scars on the face, the durability of the foundation is considered to be less able to last when left on for 2 hours 2 ) based on the opinion of the panelists regarding the results of applying foundation, the beauty blender is in a good category at a percentage of 65%.

Abstract

Abstract - Action research, which aims to find out 1) an overview of the implementation of patchwork recycling training with bag-making patchwork techniques in Rompegading Village and 2) the effectiveness of the implementation of patchwork recycling training with patchwork techniques in making handbags in Rompegading Village. The research subjects were PKK women with a total sample of 10 people selected by purposive sampling. Research data obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study stated that: 1) the empowerment of PKK women in Rompegading Village through recycling of patchwork with patchwork techniques in making handbags was carried out in three days with seven participants. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan di BLKI Makassar serta efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan membordir di BLKI Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang mengikuti pelatihan khusus bidang kejuruan bordir yaitu sebanyak 16 orang dan instruktur 1 orang, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan di BLKI Makassar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa gambaran pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan di BLKI Makassar sangat efektif dilihat pada proses pelaksanaanya, dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert yang mengacu pada unsur-unsur yang terdapat dalam suatu pelatihan seperti peserta, pelatih/instruktur, lamanya latihan, materi (bahan latihan), metode pelatihan, serta media pelatihan. Sedangkan untuk tingkat efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan membordir di BLKI Makassar dapat dikatakan efektif. Sesuai dengan tanggapan responden yang dianalisis berdasarkan rumus persentase dengan skor yang diperoleh sebesar 79,45% kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert berada pada interval 76%-100% dengan pengkategorian sangat efektif. Selama proses pelatihan, mereka mengalami banyak perubahan, meliputi peningkatan pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor dan telah berhasil mencapai tujuannya, sehingga nantinya lulusan BLKI Makassar telah berkompeten dan memiliki daya saing di dunia kerja. Abstract

This research is an engineering research that aims to: 1) Know the party dress design using the pinisi tower idea as the source motif, 2) Know the process of making party dress techniques, 3) Know the steps in the process of making Sashiko Technique Motifs with the pinisi tower idea source 4) Know the opinion of the panelists about the result of the party dress using the motif of the Finish Tower idea. The data collection instruments used were Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observation and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The party dress design with the pinisi tower motif uses the H silhouette of the overalls and has a prinses line on the front where the line reaches the bottom, on the right side there is a pinisi tower motif as well as on the chest and upper back with embroidery using the Sashiko technique, has smooth sleeves, shanghai collar and back zipper, 2) The technique for making party dresses begins with designing, making patterns, designing materials, cutting, sewing clothes, embroidering motifs to the finishing stage 3). Making the Sashiko technique for party attire using the pinisi tower idea source motif, carried out by preparing tools and materials to make embroidery with the shasiko technique using embroidery thread that matches the pinisi tower motif color 4) Panelist opinion on the results of the party dress using the Sashiko embroidery technique and motifs Pinisi tower ideas are in the very good category with an average score of 92,5%.

Abstract

Broccoli is abundant in fiber, vitamins, and minerals and is useful as a complement to main dishes. However, the use of broccoli during baking is still limited. Therefore, an experiment was conducted to explore the use of broccoli as a substitute in the recipe of a traditional cake, Kue Lumpur, as a traditional Indonesian snack for various events. This study aimed to determine how to make green broccoli puree, the process of making Kue Lumpur with green broccoli puree substitution, the response of panelists, and the nutritional content of Kue Lumpur from green broccoli puree substitution. The experimental design research was conducted at Makassar State University from December 2021 to February 2022. The participants were 16 trained panelists. Data collection was carried out using documentation and questionnaires (Scoresheet). The process of making broccoli puree involves separation, blanching, steaming, and mashing in four formulations: F1 (10%), F2 (20%), F3 (30%), and F4 (40%). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan's t-test. The organoleptic Kue Lumpur with green broccoli puree substitution had significant acceptability (p<0,05) in formula F2 (20% green broccoli puree and 80% potato) according to color, texture, and taste.  In conclusion, Kue Lumpur in formula F2 is very good based on organoleptic and hedonic properties, and shows that the aroma tends to be more fragrant and preferred.
