Abstract

In village tourism developing, it is necessary to have cooperation carried out by tourism Stakeholders, both Government, Community and Entrepreneurs or private parties. The collaboration must be balanced according to the status and role of each stakeholder so that harmonious cooperation can be created that is impartial to anyone. The research method used is a qualitative method with qualitative data analysis techniques, The source of data from this study comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling procedure. The results of this study indicate that based on the characteristics, tasks, objectives and functions of the BUMDES ( Badan Usaha Milik Desa ) are still not optimal, it can be seen that a number of things that have not yet fulfilled and still need to be reviewed so that BUMDES ( Badan Usaha Milik Desa) can collaborate and coordinate tourism village units optimally. Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan sumberdaya pesisir dan laut di Kabupaten Malang berupa pengembangan kawasan wisata pantai. Dalam hal ini bentuk wisata pantai yang dikembangkan adalah kegiatan rekreasi pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesesuaian wisata rekreasi dan merumuskan strategi pengelolaan kawasan wisata pantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pantai Ungapan di Desa Gajahrejo, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif denganteknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rapid integrated survey sumber daya alam wilayah pesisir, observasi dan wawancara. Pengumpulan data sekunder bersumber dari studi pustaka dan dokumen dari instansi terkait. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) untuk rekreasi dan metode SOAR. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan IKW, Pantai Ungapan termasuk kategori sesuai yang dapat dijadikan kawasan ekowisata pantai dengan nilai 93%. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan di Pantai Ungapan yaitu mengoptimalkan seluruh potensi yang ada dan kerjasama seluruh stakeholders pariwisata untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Pembangunan keberlanjutan merupakan upaya terpadu dan terorganisasi untuk mengembangkan kualitas hidup dengan cara mengatur penyediaan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, dan pemeliharaan sumber daya secara berkelanjutan.DOI: 10.17977/um022v4i12019p049

Abstract

Pariwisata budaya memanfaatkan kearifan lokal Bali seperti penggunaan motif tenunan atau patra Bali. Pemanfaatan tersebut tergambar jelas dalam produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha lokal. Pengusaha lokal relatif lemah dalam melindungi Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) untuk menjaga nilai dan manfaat ekonomi dari karya atau produk yang mereka hasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian empiris dan menganalisis masalah yang terjadi di lapangan. Urgensi penelitian ini mencoba untuk membuka akar permasalahan yang terjadi di bidang begitu banyak budaya dan karya pengusaha lokal yang diklaim oleh pihak / pengusaha asing. Jenis kesadaran pengusaha lokal dalam memperoleh hak kekayaan intelektual tergantung pada target pasar yang dituju. Hukum Indonesia hanya mampu melindungi hak kekayaan intelektual di ranah NKRI tetapi jika klaim luar negeri (negara lain), hukum Indonesia tidak bisa campur tangan dalam negara lain dalam arti bahwa hukum Indonesia tidak bisa melindungi HKI pengusaha lokal yang didaftarkan oleh pihak / pengusaha asing di negara lain.

Abstract

Local entrepreneurs are still relatively weak in protecting their rights in the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to maintain the value and economic benefits of the work or product that they produce. These weaknesses affect many parties/foreign entrepreneurs who are trying to register their works as IPR foreign entrepreneurs. This study used empirical research by analyzing problems that occur in the field. The purpose of this study is to find out the root problems that occur in the work of local entrepreneurs that is claimed by the parties/foreign businessmen. The results showed that a local genius with anonymous ownership is claimed to be state ownership, while exploiting local genius as a result of new work, new findings and packaging into a product of private or individual ownership. Type of awareness of local entrepreneurs in obtaining intellectual property rights depends on the intended target market. The law in Indonesia is only able to protect the intellectual property rights in our country, however if it is claimed in other countries, Indonesia law could not intervene or protect it.

Abstract

This study entitled "Practice of Nominee Agreements in The Tourism Sector". This research was motivated by the development of enterprises providing accommodation very rapidly evolved in Bali. Sample used is the development of enterprises providing accommodation in Ubud Tourism Village. Management system kinship turned into a professional management due to the influx of foreign businessmen as an investor. Foreign entrepreneurs have the mission as a tenant of accommodation and practices nominee agreement. Foreign entrepreneurs as foreign investors borrowed the name of an Indonesian citizen (citizen) to rent an accommodation and the accommodation is not used in private but more commercialized on behalf citizen of Indonesia. This study uses normative research and analyze the problems with the theory of the state law, the theory of the agreement, the concept of tourism and the principle of freedom of contract in dissecting the problems. The results of this study indicate that the validity of a nominee agreement is still not regulated in the legislation and is a commonly used smuggling law in passing foreign businessmen in investing.

Abstract

Perancak Tourist Village is located in Jembrana, West Bali. This destination has a natural and spiritual uniqueness that has been developed as a marine-based tourism attraction. However, the existence of these tourist attractions has not obtained a significant response from tourists or the tourism market. This issue is caused by the limitations of Pokdarwis as the management or hereinafter referred to as the counterpart in determining the appropriate tourism target market. Based on the situation, an assistant program for Pokdarwis is urgently involved to identify the target market of the Perancak Tourist Village. Assistance is carried out by conducting a market analysis workshop. The existence of the assistant program has enabled the community to directly determine the tourism market or target tourists who are interested in visiting this rural tourism destination on the west side of the island of Bali.Keywords: assistant program, Pokdarwis, market target, Perancak tourist village

Abstract

Ekasari Tourist Village is a prominent rural tourism destination in Jembrana Regency, Bali. The village has the resources for religious tourism, agro-tourism, and water-based tourism. However, the development of tourism has not obtained a significant intention from the market. This situation is led by the limited understanding of the local community towards the development of rural tourism products that are related to the needs of the target market. Therefore, a community engagement program is needed regarding guidance of rural tourism products for the community in the Ekasari Tourist Village. Such a program is carried out by holding counseling with the theme of rural tourism product planning and development. This program is targeted selected local community groups, that is Pokdarwis, youth and women's groups. The presence of guidance on rural tourism products makes the local community able to create quality attractions, amenities, and accessibility and is able to compete with other rural tourism destinations.Keywords: guidance, tourism products, Ekasari Tourist Village

Abstract

Wana Wisata Siti Sundari dengan keindahan alam hutan tegakan damar dan pinus serta suasana pegunungan menjadi daya tarik tersendiri di Kabupaten Lumajang. Setelah ditetapkan Surat Keputusan Pengakuan dan Perlindungan Kemitraan Kehutanan (Kulin KK) pada tahun 2017, Wana Wisata Siti Sundari adalah kawasan konservasi yang turut mengembangkan kegiatan pariwisata. Pembangunan pariwisata dalam kawasan ini melibatkan unsur Pentahelix yakni akademisi, pelaku UMKM, komunitas, pemerintah dan media massa. Kerjasama yang terbangun dari kelima elemen ini adalah untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan secara optimal dan dapat memberikan keuntungan serta manfaat bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri atas beberapa tahap yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Jenis data pada penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama terkait komponen produk wisata Wana Wisata Siti Sundari sebagai daya tarik wisata yang diidentifikasikan dan dijabarkan melalui attraction, accessibility, amenity dan ancilliary. Kedua adalah tentang pola hubungan kerjasama yang terbangun antara lima elemen pariwisata mencakup pemanfaatan, pengelolaan dan hubungan kerjasama pentahelix pariwisata dalam pemanfaatan Wana Wisata Siti Sundari sebagai daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Lumajang.

Abstract

The draft Law on the Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverages has back to being a hot discussion in Indonesia. This news blows at the same time when COVID-19 pandemic is still hitting and has not been completely handled. The draft Law on the Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverages will limit the space for tourism entrepreneurs in Bali Province. The image of tourism in the eyes of foreign tourists who are close to lifestyle, like consuming alcoholic beverages will change. This research using normative legal research method, supported by primary and secondary data with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and literature study. This research analyzes draft law on the prohibition of alcoholic drinks so that it is necessary to emphasize several norms. This aims to avoid any controversy that will have a negative impact on tourism in Bali Province. Existence of accommodation business and food and beverage service business will be the most affected of this regulation is enacted.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is a major blow to the tourism industry. Creative and relevant ideas should beimplemented to support the tourism sector. Due to the shift in technological developments, promoting businessesusing this technology is often found. Instagram has been one of the choices to promote a tourist attraction. InJakarta, there are a lot of tourist attractions that used Instagram as a media to promote their attractions. One ofthem is Jakarta Aquarium. Jakarta Aquarium is the largest indoor aquarium tourist attraction at Neo Soho Mall,West Jakarta. This research aims to see the effectiveness of Instagram as social media in promoting tourismattractions. This research used a mixed method, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The datawere collected through observation, literature study, documentation, and online questionnaires. The theory usedin this study is the Tourist Motivation in Traveling. The research results showed, tourists’ visit Jakarta Aquariumwere strongly influenced by the promotion of social media Instagram.Keywords: Promotion, Instagram, COVID-19, Tourist Motivation, Jakarta Aquarium
