<![CDATA[An undeveloped fetus in the mother’s womb leads to congenital disabilities where the baby can be fully dependent on his mother. Fetal defects in the Health Law are included in medical emergencies to be treated with full requirements and provisions regulated by law. Article 32 paragraph (1) points (a) and (b) of the Government Regulation on Reproductive Health explains the scope of indications of medical emergencies include a condition where it threatens the lives of mothers and babies and babies with disabilities where it resulted in a difficult for the baby to live outside the womb or the condition where the baby has some defects and cannot be cured. Article 75 paragraph (2) of the Health Law states if doctors do an abortion with indications of a medical emergency such as the fetus suffering from a severe genetic disease or congenital defects, the doctors cannot be convicted. So the principle of prudence is needed in determining the diagnosis to bring off an abortion because abortion is closely related to crime if it is not appropriately treated.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam kehidupan organisasi publik, baik pemerintah ataupun swasta seperti halnya perusahaan-perusahaan sesungguhnya memiliki rencana, organisasi dan pengawasan dalam rangka mencapai tujuannya. Namun demikian, keberhasilan suatu organisasi bisa dilihat dari kualitas pelayanan para pegawai dan karyawan dalam memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat atau pelanggan. Disisi lain. sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dan mempunyai peran dalam merealisasikan kesuksesan tujuan organisasi dengan segala etos kerja, kecakapan, ketrampilan, dan daya usaha mereka. Ketidakmampuan organisasi dalam memberikan layanan terbaik kepada masyarakat atau pelanggan dalam hal ini lebih disebabkan karena adanya kesenjangan jasa yang dinikmati konsumen dengan jasa yang diharapkan konsumen akibat tidak terpenuhinya harapan para pelanggan. Hal ini bisa diukur dengan beberapa dimensi yang meliputi; dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurence, dan empathy.]]>

<![CDATA[Secara kuantitas perempuan terbesar jumlah pemberian suaranya dalam pemilihan umum. Sehingga tuntutan peran dan partisipasi perempuan tidak hanya sekedar memilih. Perempuan mempunyai hak untuk menduduki jabatan-jabatan strategis dalam bidang politik. Dalam membangun komunikasi politik, perempuan baik secara individu maupun kelompok memiliki alasan-alasan, implikasi dan peran yang memunculkan perannya di partai politik dan legislatif. Melalui komunikasi yang dibangun oleh kaum perempuan tersebut dengan masuk pada sistem politik seperti partai politik ataupun lembaga legislatif, mereka akan menempati posisi atau jabatan-jabatan strategis di dalamnya. <![CDATA[The main role of an advocate is to help clients get a fair legal process. This role gives birth to high expectations of advocates so that clients give full confidence to advocates to represent their interests. But in practice, it is not uncommon for advocates to abuse the trust given by their clients. As recorded in the 2019 PERADI annual report which shows that advocates reported by their clients to the PERADI Honorary Board are increasing. Avocados do have immunity rights as regulated in Article 16 of Law No. 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates jo. the decision of the Constitutional Court through decision No. 26 / PUU-XI / 2013. But of course, advocates cannot always protect their immune rights, especially if advocates violate the law and harm the interests of their clients. This study aims to analyze the legal responsibilities of lawyers who violate the law while carrying out their profession and are bound in a legal services contract. This research is normative legal research. The approach used in this research is the conceptual approach, the legislation approach, and the case approach. This research concludes that even though law violations were carried out by lawyers while carrying out their profession and based on a contract, advocates remain responsible, both civil and criminal. While the right to immunity can only be used as a basis for legal protection when advocates in good faith in defending the interests of their clients.]]>

<![CDATA[Hidup bersih, sehat, bahagia dan sejahtera lahir batin adalah dambaan setiap orang. Hidup berkecukupan materi bukan jaminan bagi seseorang bisa hidup sehat dan bahagia. Mereka yang kurang dari sisi materi juga bisa menikmati hidup sehat dan bahagia. Sebab, kesehatan terkait erat dengan perilaku atau budaya. Perubahan perilaku atau budaya membutuhkan edukasi yang terus-menerus. Dalam hal ini sikap kepedulian lingkungan harus dipupuk terus menerus supaya nantinya menjadi manusia yang mempunyai kepedulian lingkungan yang tinggi sehingga tidak lagi terjadi kerusakan lingkungan akibat ulah manusia di kemudian hari. Selama ini anggapan hidup bersih dan sehat adalah tanggung jawab dokter atau bidang kesehatan. Padahal anggapan seperti itu tidak dibenarkan, karena hidup bersih dan sehat adalah hak dan kewajiban semua orang. Ketika sikap manusia mengenai lingkungan dan dampak dari kegiatan manusia sangat tidak terurus dan terpikirkan, saat lingkungan rusak dan ekosistem hancur maka keseimbangan antara kehidupan dengan kehidupan lainnya akan berubah, hal ini memberikan dampak negatif bagi setiap makhluk hidup yang ada disekitarnya. Maka dengan demikian dibutuhkan sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan. Dengan adanya sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan akan menjadikan suasana yang nyaman, tentram, bebas dari kerusakan lingkungan. Sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan bisa ditunjukkan dengan adanya sikap yang positif terhadap lingkungan. Seperti menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan memahami pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sampai menjaga lingkungan dari polusi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendorong masyarakat lebih peka terhadap rasa kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembuatan bak sampah ini direalisasikan pada lingkungan RT 06 RW 01 Desa Ngaresrejo. Meskipun masih pada scope yang masih kecil diharapkan kegiatan ini memberikan reaksi pada lingkungan RT yang lain untuk lebih peduli pada kebersihan dan sampah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama bulan Agustus 2015. Melibatkan mahasiswa dan masyarakat setempat. Sambutan yang sangat baik dari masyarakat setempat dengan bergotong-royong membangun bak sampah, 3 buah bak sampah dibangun dengan penempatan lokasi : 2 pada batas-batas lingkungan RT 06 dan 1 pada wilayah pertengahan RT 06. Harapan telah dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini kondisi lingkungan lebih bersih dan masyarakat lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan serta dapat merawat fasilitas bak sampah.]]>

<![CDATA[Netiquette is still lacking among Indonesian netizens. One of the netiquette violations was carried out by micro-celebrities Tri Suaka and Zinidin Zidan, who virally recorded and distributed mocking parody videos of Andika Kangen Band. This research aims to uncover the phenomenon of the practice of violating netiquette by microcelebrities using the constructivism paradigm with qualitative content analysis methods in order to draw a conclusion from the meaning of a text in the video. The audience here plays two roles at once, namely consumers and producers. The theories used are of Digital Literacy, Social Media and Netiquette. The results of the study reveal that internet ethics violations occur due to the anonymous and confidential nature of digital media resulting in no recognition of identity, misinterpretation of digital rights related to unlimited freedom of expression, and excessive use of social media time by netizens. Research has also found that netizens more easily show attitudes and opinions that are usually hidden from others due to social and economic conditions that make them anxious and frustrated, consumption of and belief in hoaxes, low awareness of ethics and morality, and lack of understanding about sanctions for ethical violations related to digital media.]]>

<![CDATA[Validity and reliability are the most important aspects to determine the quality of research conducted by researchers. This study aims to measure the validity and reliability of the communication barrier instrument in the learning process of orphanages during the pandemic. The instruments used in this study were 20 items. This research design applies a quantitative paradigm. The validity and reliability of the communication barrier instrument were measured by Rasch Model Analysis (RMA) using Winsteps version 3.71.0.1 software. The students involved in this study consisted of 380 students from orphanages in the city and district of Bogor. RMA analyzed six aspects in determining the instrument's stability: person and item reliability, item difficulty level, item polarity, misfit item, unidimensional, and person map item. Based on these seven aspects, the instrument used in this study was valid and reliable to measure students' communication barriers during the pandemic. The importance of valid and reliable instruments can be helpful to determine the condition of students during the learning process during the pandemic. The instruments are essential for parents and teachers to deal with student changes during the learning process. Public educators can use the implications of this research and interested people to measure the communication barrier condition of students of the process during the pandemic. Future studies are needed to conduct testing for all students, from elementary to higher education institutions with more comprehensive research sites.]]>

<![CDATA[Law enforcement containing the proportional principle is how law enforcement runs in such a way, so that it does not only enforce the normative rules (aspects of legal certainty) but also the philosophical aspects (aspects and values of justice). Functional differentiation causes law enforcement practices by law enforcement officers to be fragmented and fragmentary because each component of law enforcement has different perceptions and meanings. This has an impact on the difficulty of realizing an integrated and integrated criminal justice system because there are often conflicts of interest and differences in interpretation between law enforcement components so that the products of the judiciary have not been able to meet the expectations of the people seeking justice. So in this systematic framework, the actions of one body will affect the other bodies. Research purposes namely analyzing the harmonization between investigators and advocates in the law enforcement process and analyzing the harmonization and synchronization between law enforcers. The research method in this case combines elements of normative law which are then supported by additional data or empirical elements. The system in the criminal justice system so that in practice it will have an effect on the implementation of the criminal justice system as a whole.]]>

The urgency of carrying out this activity is so that the people of Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency can increase sales of their agricultural products by utilizing a comprehensive and sustainable agricultural management system. This community service activity was carried out for six months in Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The method used in this activity is an offline mentoring and tutorial method in Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The highlight of this community service activity is the formation of a comprehensive agricultural management system that is familiar to the Pesisir Village community, and the implementation of a comprehensive, sustainable agricultural management system as an agricultural system in the Pesisir Village community, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency.]]>
