Abstract

The diversity of the community in Surabaya can be quite diverse. In addition to the public consists of Surabaya city itself, also consists of non-Surabaya. The Surabaya city communities would require public facilities such as hospitals, bank, or university. Non-residents of Surabaya is not easy to find the desired public facilities, given that non-Surabaya residents do not know the location of public facilities in the city of Surabaya.Existence of the desired public facilities as well as the route to be taken. To support this capability, this system will be developed on Android-based mobile devices for supporting feature Global Positioning System (GPS) and mobile Google Map (mGMap). In order for the location of public facilities as well as the route to be taken by the more accurate method used Ant Colony, Ant Colony method work is by adding pheromone on edge-edge which is the best part of the tour are determined from the start of the algorithm is executed. The advantage of this method is capable of determining the shortest distance to the desired location of public facilities accurately by using more parameters. Some of the most influential parameter is the number of cycles, the number of routes, as well as the number of nodes used.With this system people are expected to know the location of Surabaya public facilities appropriately and accurately. In addition, the system developed along the shortest route to the place of public facilities desired by the user and the shortest alternative route. Keyword: Android, Route, Location, GPS

Abstract

UD. New Sehati is small and medium entreprises (SME) which stand since January 2000. This SME move in production and sell many kinds of chips. The sell activity in UD. New Sehati begin from registration of stock product, registration sells, order, retur, barter and report which is connected sells. The problem happened is indispline ini registration administration sells, management income, order which directly to owner which is not written by employee, registration flow stock product, retur, and barter, with doesn’t have report which connected sells. The solution to solve problem is made information system which can made to save the master data is needed. Registration stock product in warehouse and shop, registration transaction is happened, history from the registration and manage that data become the report which connected sells to make easier the owner to do control and evaluation, with can take the decision to make bisnis strategy in entreprise. The conclusion result of test and try which has done information system this sell is produce result nineteen (19) report with connected sells which can used by the owner as subject for evaluation to take decision and make strategy of business in entreprises.

Abstract

One academic activities carried out by the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya is a lectures scheduling activities. Facts that occurred in the preparation of the current class schedule and the process requires considerable time. This occurs because the need to classify and sort the data written using paper media and draw up a schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. The difficulties encountered when preparing the class schedule is the schedule should be adjusted to the terms and policies that have been determined by matching them one by one. Based on these problems, made a lecture scheduling application using Genetic Algorithms. Lecture scheduling application with regard to the data compiled estimates of the number of participants of each course, the data subject to be held, the data capacity of each course, data on the number of lecturers, the data competence of lecturers, lecturers teaching load data, and data classrooms. The results showed that the application of this lectures scheduling has can produce in one semester class schedules in accordance with the existing terms and policies. Results of testing for lectures scheduling as many as 75 classes obtained the best parameter to the value of chromosome 30, the amount of generation of 30, the probability of crossover and mutation probabilities 70 30. By using the best parameters of the test results produced by the class schedule with an average success rate of 86% to 30 trials.

Abstract

CV Lintas Nusa Surabaya is an offset printing that produces brochures, labels, hang tags, etc. The company carries out production according by customer orders (make to order). So far, the company often experience shortages of raw materials when production, so it resulting in time delays when it meets the customer orders. This is due to lack of control on inventory in the warehouse and not careful to prepare the raw material requirement before the production process.Based on these problems, the company need an application to forecast the raw material inventory  using Single Exponential Smoothing method. In that system, there are several process, is selecting previous periods of customer demand, selecting the finished goods, calculating the raw material requirement by demands, and forecasting the raw material requirement for three periods ahead.That application produce the forecasting results report and raw material requirements report. Based on the applications made and some of trials that have been done, the company be able to know the information needed, especially about the meet raw material requirements such as what raw materials should be prepared before the production process. Keywords : Forecasting, Raw Material Inventory, Single Exponential Smoothing

Abstract

Universities have activities that will be able to support education activities which take place. Activities to support the education process is the scheduling activities conducted by the Institute of Business and Medical Informatics Stikom Surabaya one rescheduling process test.The fact that occurred in the preparation of the current test schedule requires the process and a long time. This happens because the application that is currently unable to meet the need and must arrange the schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. When arrange the schedule the test in a way that is done when the difficulties faced by the arrange the schedule the test to meet the conditions and policies that have been determined. When it is left then the Son need more resources to arrange a trial, and it will be discussed how to solve the problem is in the scheduling using a method that is algorithm genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithms can be used for the needs of the preparation of the schedule that meets the conditions of the terms and the policy that has been determined the results of the study showed that the test scheduling applications can help the Son to provide information on the schedule of the tests in one semester and are able to include the conditions and the existing policy at the Institute of Business and Medical Informatics Stikom Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract: UD Novanel Setia is one of the trading business (UD) which is engaged in the electric equipment sale. UD Novanel Setia provide good service to meet the consumer needs with cheap and good quality electrical products that appropriate to the consumer.  UD Novanel Setia have problems in the sales process. The company do not have the fact and accurate data to record an inventory process about the amount of supply goods into and out at the moment. In addition, UD Novanel Setia don’t have their sales income calculation every day, so it can’t give sale reports and information, because the data still can’t meet the needs of report creation. Based on these problems, the sales system will built on UD Novanel Setia. The system can save the sales transaction data and customer returns and also can produce information and reports related to the sale. So the owner is able to monitor the progress of the products sales in detail. The results of the study provide information to the owner about the sales development. The Information includes information entry per customer, per period income statement, statement-selling item, returned item report, inventory report and minimum inventory report. Abstract

The tropical disease is a unique desease which often happen in tropical area. There are many types of symptoms of tropical disease which are almost similar. Somehow, it is difficult for common people to diferenciate between tropical disease. Therefore, tropical disease are not easy to be identified. A patient needs a doctor consultation and treatment in order to identify the specific diseases that are suffered. However, time of consultation, distance, and cost are several other things that need to be considered by the patients. To provide simplicity for the patient consultation, It is neccessary to build a fuzzy expert system for diagnosing the tropical disease. Fuzzy expert system for diagnosis of tropical disease by web based. The fuzzy expert system will diagnose each symptom which has been perceived by patient by providing the certainty factor value in every symptom, as well as certainty factor value of the patient answer. Based on the sequence of rules, the system will result in a diagnosed tropical disease. Our examination shows that the system gives accuracy of diagnosing at arround 93,3% . The sample was taken from 15 patients and 2 doctors. The system is able to suggestion treatment based on the type of tropical diseases which are suffered by patients. Additionaly the fuzzy expert system for diagnosing tropical diseases can be accessed at anytime and anywhere utilizing the web browser.

Abstract

Tanaman obat tradisional adalah tanaman khusus yang berkhasiat sebagai obat. Masyarakat meracik obat-obatan tradisional hanya dari perkataan orang lain atau pengalaman sendiri, hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya pengaruh obat tradisional dalam menyembuhkan karena penggunaan dan dosis yang kurang tepat. Masyarakat sering salah dalam menentukan bahan baku pembuatan obat tradisional dan tidak mengetahui cara mengolah bahan baku tersebut, sehingga yang diperoleh bukanlah manfaat melainkan efek samping.Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, maka dibuat aplikasi pemanfaatan tanaman obat tradisional Indonesia berbasis web dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model Waterfall. Aplikasi ini untuk membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi tentang tanaman obat tradisional Indonesia dan dapat melakukan konsultasi dengan herbalis. Aplikasi juga menyediakan layanan forum komunikasi dan informasi tentang kesehatan melalui artikel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat dapat memberikan informasi tanaman obat secara mendetail, mulai dari gambar tanaman, nama daerah, nama latin, klasifikasi tanaman, deskripsi bagian tanaman, khasiat tanaman, kandungan kimia, dan cara mengolah tanaman sehingga dapat digunakan menjadi obat. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba aplikasi dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan nilai  hasil uji coba sebesar 88,7%.                                       Kata Kunci:   Tanaman Obat Tradisional, Aplikasi, Model Waterfall, Website, PHP, Skala Likert

Abstract

UD New Sehati is enterprise small middle which active in production and sell may kinds of chips. Payroll system in UD New Sehati calculated based on amount of work day. Overtime calculated based on letter instruction overtime which determined by owner and calculated by hour. Besides that, The employee get bonuses based on the active work employee which assessed from amount of product which has been produced, amount of work day, amount time of delayed and amount of overtime which shown be in the shape of the best value until the worst to make easy the owner give amount of bonuses. Time works for male employee consist or two shifts are morning shift and day shift and nothing overtime. The time work begin at 07.00-16.00 WIB and for day work at 16.00-21.00 WIB. Change shift do every week. Time work for female employee at 07.00-16.00 WIB and nothing shift. Employee presence write by coordinator employee  so that at risk in mistaken in recording. Begin Friday the owner must be count all salary for employee which will be give the employee in Saturday. From some problem happened so that give the solution in the shape of information system payroll employments which can help in storage data employee, make shift schedule, information overtime, letter instruction overtime, storage presence, storage overtime, give bomuses and calculated payroll employee which produce report payroll and report outcome finance for owner and  slip salary to employee

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Supramedika Prima Perwakilan Surabaya is a sole importer of medical devices and reagents from different brands in Indonesia. It’s customers are clinical laboratory and hospital in all region inside the east half of Indonesia. As a sole importer, this company must have a sufficient amount of inventory in order to complete each of their customer’s needs. In the mean time, the sale manager of this company is having a difficulty in estimating the amount of goods needed to be sold in the upcoming period. This issue needs to be resolved in order to prevent any customers that would stop buying goods from the company. An application to provide a forecast of goods demand in the future is needed to solve the issue. According to the data pattern test, the sales data has a close similarity to the seasonal and trend data pattern. That data pattern is best solved by using a specific method for forecasting, the Winter Exponential Smoothing method. After tested, the application could produce an average error from the results of forecasting at 13,2%, while the success level of implementing the Winter method is at 85,7%.
