Abstract

UD. New Sehati is small and medium entreprises (SME) which stand since January 2000. This SME move in production and sell many kinds of chips. The sell activity in UD. New Sehati begin from registration of stock product, registration sells, order, retur, barter and report which is connected sells. The problem happened is indispline ini registration administration sells, management income, order which directly to owner which is not written by employee, registration flow stock product, retur, and barter, with doesn’t have report which connected sells. The solution to solve problem is made information system which can made to save the master data is needed. Registration stock product in warehouse and shop, registration transaction is happened, history from the registration and manage that data become the report which connected sells to make easier the owner to do control and evaluation, with can take the decision to make bisnis strategy in entreprise. The conclusion result of test and try which has done information system this sell is produce result nineteen (19) report with connected sells which can used by the owner as subject for evaluation to take decision and make strategy of business in entreprises.

Abstract

Universities have activities that will be able to support education activities which take place. Activities to support the education process is the scheduling activities conducted by the Institute of Business and Medical Informatics Stikom Surabaya one rescheduling process test.The fact that occurred in the preparation of the current test schedule requires the process and a long time. This happens because the application that is currently unable to meet the need and must arrange the schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. When arrange the schedule the test in a way that is done when the difficulties faced by the arrange the schedule the test to meet the conditions and policies that have been determined. When it is left then the Son need more resources to arrange a trial, and it will be discussed how to solve the problem is in the scheduling using a method that is algorithm genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithms can be used for the needs of the preparation of the schedule that meets the conditions of the terms and the policy that has been determined the results of the study showed that the test scheduling applications can help the Son to provide information on the schedule of the tests in one semester and are able to include the conditions and the existing policy at the Institute of Business and Medical Informatics Stikom Surabaya.

Abstract

PT. Supramedika Prima Cabang Surabaya is the sole distributor of selling health equipment and drugs reagent in eastern indonesia based in jakarta. The sales activity on PT. Supramedika Prima currenty includes approval reservation, procedures of payment (for cash or credit), delivery order, to the procedure billing if payment made on credit. As an evaluation on company requires information of sales made each month. Incomplete information owned currently can obstruct activities evaluation selling by sales manager especially ifthe transaction data being tucked or not copied. The solution to take over those problems were made a sistem which can be used to save and manage sales data, and  generate information which is needed as evaluation. That solution is an sales information system. Information system which has been made was adapted by company requirement. Sales data which has been saved and proceed by a system was used to generate company requirement report. The conclusion of test result, this sales information system can generate nine (9) reports which can be used by manager as an evaluation. This information system has a billing remainder system that can be showed when sales staf did login, this system can be used as a tools which can help bill collector staf to remain bill schedule for customer.Keywords: Application, Information Systems, Sales, Health Equipment, Reagent, Evaluation

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Supramedika Prima Perwakilan Surabaya is a sole importer of medical devices and reagents from different brands in Indonesia. It’s customers are clinical laboratory and hospital in all region inside the east half of Indonesia. As a sole importer, this company must have a sufficient amount of inventory in order to complete each of their customer’s needs. In the mean time, the sale manager of this company is having a difficulty in estimating the amount of goods needed to be sold in the upcoming period. This issue needs to be resolved in order to prevent any customers that would stop buying goods from the company. An application to provide a forecast of goods demand in the future is needed to solve the issue. According to the data pattern test, the sales data has a close similarity to the seasonal and trend data pattern. That data pattern is best solved by using a specific method for forecasting, the Winter Exponential Smoothing method. After tested, the application could produce an average error from the results of forecasting at 13,2%, while the success level of implementing the Winter method is at 85,7%.

Abstract

UD. Rohmat Jaya is a manufacturing company who produces crackers in Sidoarjo, East Java. Sales system at these companies is make to order, the order will be made if there is demand from customers. Based data on January – May 2013 showed that the sales was decline. To determine the cause of declining sales, required evaluation by the leader. For evaluation, company leaders need informations. But the company did not have sufficient sales data and poor data management, so it can not produce useful information for the leader. Based on these problems, then UD. Rohmat Jaya need an information system sales according to the conditions of the company. This information system created by the waterfall method. Steps being taken are interviews and field observations, identification of problems and solutions, planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing. This sales information system can help the leader in providing information that is useful in sales evaluation. Information is provided in report which are prioritized customers, customers decreasing in order, customers who are no longer do the order, the number of receivable per customers, receivable due per period, and development of sales

Abstract

PT. Putera Rachindo Sejahtera is a company that produces furniture with different raw material needs as customer. the company currently has a thousand suppliers from home and abroad to meet the raw material needs. The process of selecting a supplier for raw materials using criteria such as quality, price, distance, conformity delivery, and delivery time.  So it takes a long time to choose the supplier of more than one thousand suppliers that exist .To help companies shorten time supplier selection, made a decision support system application supplier determination using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Steps being performed on the system that determines the criteria and sub-criteria. Then determine the weight of test criteria and consistency, followed by determining the range of values and weighted sub-criteria. The system generates a priority assessment of suppliers eigen vector calculation criteria with sub criteria. based eigen vector application is made and a series of trials that have been done, the application can generate reports on a supplier of raw materials. Recommendations given supplier is a supplier with the highest ranking three parts purchasing to aid in decision making.

Abstract

Currently, the competition in the catering industry is very competitive. This is indicated by the increasing number of catering industries. Catering Bu Sri is a home catering business that serves orders for boxed rice and tumpeng for various events. Catering Bu Sri provides a varied food menu, including 5 kinds of rice, 20 main side dishes, and 13 side dishes. The problem that is often faced by customers and Catering Bu Sri is, customers are confused about choosing food menu to order into one menu package, the catering staff must choose the food menu according to customer criteria, and the time needed to select or recommend a food package according to the criteria is quite long, is about 15-30 minutes. The solution based on these problems is by making a decision support system for selecting food packages using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The process carried out is by filtering the data based on the criteria for the number of menus and the level of vegetarianism, then combined to become a food package. Combination results will be filtered based on 75% to 100% of the customer's budget. Analytical Hierarchy Process method will be used to determine the priority weights for each criterion, and Simple Additive Weighting method will be used to determine global priority by multiplying the value of all alternatives on all criteria by the average value of the criteria. Based on the test, the system that has been created can help customers and the catering party in selecting or recommending food packages according to the criteria and speeding up the time for selecting food packages by 60 to 90 times from the previous process.

Abstract

Car oil replacement is one of a must to do list to keeping car’s performance.  In car oil replacement service term, not all shop has a standard. Car oil replacement time reminder service is still done manually, so that sometimes customers forgot to replace the car oil in time. Promo information only does setting banners in the shop. This resulted process of service provide is not optimal. It cause services is not provided optimally, where it will impact on shop and customer’s loss. Based on this issue, car oil replacement service information system has been made to help provide recommendations appropriate standards as specified for car oil replacement service. This system also can be used to support car oil replacement reminder and booking service which will be done using Short Message Service (SMS).

Abstract

Junior high school 1 Jombang formal educational institutions located on Jl. Taman Siswa village Pojokrejo Kesamben district, Jombang regency. Schools make school rules that contain student behavior assessments to educate student behavior better. So far, the Student section at Junior high school 1 Jombang has given part of its duties to the Counseling Guidance (BK) teacher, namely conducting inspections and recording violations due to internal factors that occur. BK teacher is a teacher who facilitates consultation with problem students. Meanwhile, any student violations either found during inspection, seen by other teachers, or originating from complaints from fellow students, students will be asked to go to the counseling teacher to record the violations committed. Every day violations at Junior high school 1 Jombang can reach approximately 23 violations, 1 student can commit 1 to 3 violations in a day. This incident can lead to miscalculating violations, and the student's points are confused, thus making the results of the evaluation inaccurate. As a result of the invalid data, the school can make inappropriate decisions that can harm students. At the time of evaluating student violations, the student section experienced difficulties including the large number of total violations committed by students in 1 semester.The website-based student violation monitoring application is the answer to the problems that student and Counseling Guidance s have, so that it can help and ease the work of Counseling Guidance and students in recording, monitoring and evaluating the violations of each student.

Abstract

The diseases around the woman's uterus is a fatal disease and causing death. But a lot of people underestimate the symptoms. The type of disease around the woman’s uterus have similar symptoms, it is difficult to know the type of disease that patients suffered. Therefore, patients need a doctor to consult about the disease around the woman's uterus. However, Patients often have trouble to consult a doctor because of limited working hours and cost limitations. In order to provide convenience consultation process, in this work, we build an expert system for diagnosing diseases around woman’s uterus using the certainty factor metho. The expert systems will diagnose any symptoms by providing certainty factor values at each symptom and the certainty factor value of answers. The new system will produce diagnosed diseases based on the some facts given by a user. The trial results showed that the system give accuracy diagnosis of 90%. It is examined by employing ten patients. This system also provide treatment advice based on the type of disease that suffered. However, the expert system for diagnosis of disease the woman's uterus can be accessed anytime and anywhere via website.
