Abstract

Estimated cost of the software project is very important for the government before the project tendered. The government must determine the HPS (Harga Perkiraan Sendiri) by surveying the price of the project in each region. Because there is no specific regulation related to the HPS itself in the presidential regulation. Perpres No. 70 of 2012 explains that HPS is only for the procurement of goods or services and there are no specific regulations related to HPS for software projects. Therefore, the government has difficulty determining the estimated total value of software development projects. based on these problems, the application of determining the cost of a software development project was built using the COCOMO II method. The application built can determine the estimated total value of a software development project using the COCOMO II method before the project is tendered. So the government is easy to determine the HPS in each software development project.

Abstract

Academic business processes consisting of Registration, Class Distribution, Teaching and Learning Activities, and Assessment.The obstacle handled by the school is the academic process which still uses a manual system which causes the decision-making process to be hampered.The solution given is to create an information system that can facilitate teacher performance in making decisions related to the preparation of teaching and learning activities.Software development starts from the specification of user requirements and continues through the stages of planning, modeling, construction (construction), and submission of the software system to users (deployment) which ends with assistance through the resulting software. This information system is designed and built according to the needs of TK Negeri Pembina II Mojokerto, namely the academic administration process for data management and also facilitates related processes related to the academic process.

Abstract

In the concept of Model Driven Architecture (MDA), There is an Computation Independent Model or known as BPMN and Platform Independent Model or known as UML. In the process of conversion from BPMN to UML is still done manually and it is feared that the quality is not maintained. Because the quality of the results of the conversion depends on who is doing it. This research aims to build a website that can convert it automatically.The process of conversion from BPMN to UML using Business Process Modelling (BPM) data with the Bizagi Modeler format as input.Befor becoming UML, the data is converted to DrawIO with XML type. From DrawIO, UML can be visualized. The process of visualization refers to rules made by Rhazali.The system created can visualize UML from BPM data with BPM input must comply with rules of Thazali, the output will also follow from the above rules and DrawIO is actually a standalone platform but still be displayed in PNG format.

Abstract

One of the problems that often encountered in the environment of students in the Undergraduate Study Program is the selection of elective courses. Problems that arise ranging from students having confusion in the selection process to unstructured selection due to lack of guidelines. This can impact students to feel wrong in choosing and cause these courses to be unable to support the learning process. The existence of a class of courses that classify each subject based on the discipline of knowledge can be used to determine student criteria for the available class of courses. Student courses grades that have been taken and the student's interests will be grouped based on the class of courses. Later the value of these courses and student interests will be calculated using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. The result will be directed to what elective courses are in the class of courses recommendation. A Decision Support System (DSS) was produced which aims to be a tool for students in selecting elective courses based on the results of previously calculated class of courses recommendations. With the selection based on a proven method, the selection becomes more structured.

Abstract

Yakurir adalah sebuah usaha pengiriman barang khususnya makanan yang ada di kota Probolinggo. Meskipun usaha Yakurir ini tetap berjalan akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan sistem yang bila tidak ditangani secara serius akan berakibat berkurangnya jumlah pengguna, permasalahan itu adalah : fungsi item yang kurang dipahami, warna desain yang kontras pada malam hari, menu tidak konsisten, desain dan warna yang kurang menarik,dan informasi yang disediakan oleh website kurang jelas.Berdasarkan hal diatas maka dibutuhkan solusi untuk menangani permasalahan atau kendala yang ada, yaitu berupa penggunaan prototype desain aplikasi yang mempunyai user interface yang mudah digunakan dan dipahami. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan tahapan analisis dan perancangan User Interface/User Experience modul pemesanan yang menggunakan metode Double Diamond. Webuse digunakan mengevaluasi keberhasilan dari website layanan transportasi pada Yakurir. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan user interface yang berdasarkan tahapan pada modul Double Diamond serta terdapat hasil evaluasi dari rancangan user iterface. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan Webuse menyimpulkan rata-rata akhir 0.88 yang meunjukan pada level excellent.

Abstract

Coding Bee Academy merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak untuk mendedikasikan dan memperkenalkan kurikulum computer science kepada anak-anak sejak usia dini. Coding Bee Academy memiliki banyak franchise yang berada di indonesia yaitu Jakarta, Bandung, Padang, Surabaya, Makasar hingga Italy. Dalam memperkenalkan jasanya kepada masyarakat khusunya Orang tua dan Anak anak , Coding Bee Academy melakukan dengan dua cara yaitu, mempromosikan lewat iklan di sosial media dan juga menggunakan media website yang beralamat pada https://id.codingbee.org/.Terdapat permasalahan pada Coding Bee Academy yang menghambat proses bisnis yaitu website yang dimiliki Codiing Bee Academy tidak memberikan informasi yang jelas sehingga kurang menarik calon peserta, dan telah di lakukan evaluasi awal menggunakan metode UEQ dengan 50 responden dan memperoleh hasil Skala Attractiveness atau daya tarik dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan penilaian rata-rata sebanyak -0,04, Skala Perspiculty atau kejelasan dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak 0,07. Skala Efficiency atau efisiensi dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak 0,02, Skala dependability atau ketepatan dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak 0,21, Skala Stimulation atau stimulasi dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) mendapat hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak -0,45, Skala Novelty atau kebaruan dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) mendapat hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak -0,05.Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu Perancangan Desain User Interface dan User Experience Pada website Coding Bee Academy Menggunakan Metode Kansei Engineering. Abstract

CV. Arlina is a company engaged in the printing and publishing of books. In this modern era CV. Arlina has problems in reaching their consumers (schools) who are outside the Surabaya area other than through sales. After the consumer (school) CV. Arlina made an order, CV. Arlina will provide an estimate of how long it will take to produce the book. The problem comes when it turns out that the initial estimate assumption does not match the length of production time that occurs. This results in an increase in queuing time for further orders. Another quite fatal problem that has ever happened is that the incoming order list is only recorded on paper, this allows CV. Arlina accidentally missed one of the orders. This will result in this order being processed immediately and temporarily suspending other orders. The solution given to the above problems is to build a website application that aims to help market the books issued by CV. Arlina, as well as developing an application that can manage incoming sales and orders by applying production time estimation and production scheduling using the First Come First Serve method. Estimated production time will aim to find the estimated time required for the company to complete a job based on the company's ability. Production scheduling with the First Come First Serve method aims to plan production and manage work based on the work that comes in first. With the estimated production time and production scheduling, CV. Arlina and their customers (schools) can know how long it will take for the order to be processed. Base of the research testiog outcome using UAT (User Acceptance Testing), it shows that 47.57% users agree and 51.43% users strongly agree with the admin application, while 20% users agree and 80% users strogly agree with the main website application.

Abstract

One of the business processes carried out by company is employee performance appraisal. However, the performance appraisal system at this company is still done manually in several ways. However, the problem is that there is no website that has a display that is easily accessible for employees so that business processes do not run properly and hinder the work of employees. The right design of a website that provides information and displays that are easily accessible can help employees work related to managing employee performance information. Based on these problems, this research has conducted an analysis to increase employee interest in using websites and designing UI/UX designs as a website-based employee application visualization. A comfortable and easy-to-reach UI/UX design will attract users' interest. The User Centered Design method is a method used to design a design based on its users, namely employees and admins, which is expected to be a way out for Perusahaan to escape the problem. Evaluate the design results using usability testing with an average result of 84.5% resulting in a design that is in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

Based on interviews, the Lentera Software house does not yet have a place to accommodate ready-to-use applications for sale to customers, so the marketing of finished application products is only promoted through direct offers to customers via WhatsApp messages which causes product sales to be less than optimal. Based on the problems above, the author examines how to design a user interface / user experience that can meet customer desires when buying an application product on an e-commerce website that specifically sells software, where the characteristics of an e-commerce website that specifically sell application / software products are: how does this e-commerce website convince users to buy or entrust application development to the company and ensure application products arrive and can be used properly by customers using the Lean Ux method. This research resulted in a User Interface/User Experience design that has gone through the evaluation stage and obtained an “above average” value, which means that the User Interface/User Experience design design has met the user's needs.

Abstract

UPT. Institutional Empowerment and Creative Economy Wilwatikta is a high school of arts and culture located in Surabaya, East Java. UPT. Institutional Empowerment and Creative Economy Wilwatikta has a website that can be accessed at https://stkw-surabaya.ac.id/. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for services for students has increased. Until UPT. Empowerment of the Wilwatikta Arts Institute and Creative Economy considers it important to improve the website as a step to improve the quality of education, so that users can get information easily and efficiently, achieve the vision, mission and goals of the university, namely the website becomes one of the branding tools and introduces the university to the community in a holistic manner. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design the interface design or user interface on the website using the Goals Directed Design method, so that the website can be well received by users and provide user convenience in accessing the website. Based on the Goals Directed Design method for the research stage starting from observation, interviews and evaluation of the latest website, the modeling stage produces a user persona for website modeling, the requirements stage produces a website scenario context as a reference in designing the latest website prototype flow, the framework stage produces a website wireframe in the form of design recommendations for prototypes, the refinement stage produces a prototype website that can be used as a reference in making a new website so that it supports campus goals where the website is used as a branding medium and introduction to the general public, lastly there is a support stage there is prototype testing and final evaluation and analysis of test results, which yields a final mean of 3.7 (good). For the initial and final evaluation using usability testing and distributing questionnaires, where the usability testing stages consist of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction.
