Abstract

Swan Regency Housing is a housing estate located in Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java. In Swan Regency Housing there are also several RT and RW who manage and supervise the community in Swan Regency Housing. Therefore, there are also various policies that have been previously offered for the welfare of the surrounding community, for example there are various dues for cleanliness, security, community facilities and for village inventory equipment. Therefore ideally there will be one person who will take care of all things financially commonly referred to as treasurer. In general the treasurer is the one who takes care of all the money in and out. According to (PERDA KAB. SIDOARJO No. 11, 2002) Regional Financial Management is carried out in an orderly manner, complying with the prevailing Laws, efficient, effective, transparent and responsible by taking into account the principles of fairness and propriety. However, in the implementation of financial management in Swan Regency Housing has not been transparent, causing various problems such as residents wondering about the money that has been paid, as well as the many questions about finances when the village meeting is being held.With the problems described above, the solution offered to solve the problem is the making of a mobile-based RT/RW information system that is expected to solve the problem that has been described. The app is also expected to be easy to access, therefore a popular and widely used mobile selection is chosen for this app. In this app there is also a financial report feature so that the public knows all the money that has been paid is used for what directly. The report feature is also intended to make it easier for the treasurer to create the desired report.Based on the results of the trial can show that the application can help financial management activities and residents, the quick and easy access of this application, and the ease of the creation of RT and RW financial reports on Swan Regency Housing.

Abstract

CV. Nusantara Services Electronics is a company electronic services in fulfilling the needs of consumer support. Problems arising in this integrated information need by the parties-related parties in the recapitulation of employee payroll. The effects caused by payroll system are not integrated in the system that is the occurrence of data buildup that causes employee salaries to experience delays in payment.Based on the problem above, it is made to be designed to build payroll employee application that can produce the calculation of presences, employee debts, allowances, BPJS, PPh 21, and net salary to complete and facilitate the related parties Paying employee salaries.The system generates recap attendance information, loan recording, and processing of tax, salary and Bpjs calculations that can be used to assist the company in paying employee salaries.

Abstract

Kihon is the fundamental knowledge which is important to learn Karate. Kihon consists of stances, punches, and kicks. In traditional learning environment, Karate teachers have difficulty in monitoring student position in learning Karate. This paper present an approach to overcome this problem by using Kinect sensor data to capture student position then compare the elevation degree of selected joint. As a result, we developed an application that could measuring body position compared to stored model position. By using skeleton stream which has vector data, we can estimate the angle between two vector and save it as reference for further assessment with user model. This application has accuracy rate of 83% for performing above mentioned task.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Shoes and Sandals Suroso strive to improve and develop the industry, one of the efforts is to find out information about the costs of production are used to determine the cost of goods manufactured correctly. Currently, SMEs do not have a basis in determining the cost of goods manufactured according to customer order. In determining the cost of goods manufactured, SMEs just do a sum the raw material cost and direct labor cost, without counting the factory overhead cost. The resulted of the selling price of shoes and sandals are charged to customers is not as expected by the SMEs, so the profit can get unstable then. Because these problems, the author makes an application that can calculate the cost of goods manufactured is based on estimated cost by determining the raw material cost, direct labor cost, and factory overhead cost. Based on trial results on SMEs Shoes and Sandals Suroso can be concluded that the application has been made to produce information on the estimated raw material cost, the estimated direct labor cost, the estimated factory overhead cost, the estimated cost of goods manufactured, and reporting of customer order in each period, so the information can be used by SMEs as a basis for determining the selling price of its products.Keywords: cost of goods manufactured, estimated cost, customer order

Abstract

Abstract : Gading Murni Putra is one of the companies that have major business in sector of stationery and office/school supplies and printing. During this time, Gading Murni Putra has only one information system that record all direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction, so the transaction data is mixed together. Additionally, transaction that occur every day just recorded and not processed into a usefull information for decision making.Based on those problem, sales information system was created. This system has several process. Process for receiving sales order, sales transaction, and receipt of goods. For sales order and sales transaction process, it has each transaction for direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction.This information system can generate report for most or least item sold, most profitable item, customer history report and customer mapping report. Report for most or least item sold and most profitable item can be separated by type of transaction, direct or online (email, livechat, by phone). This information system can be used by manager to evaluate sales transaction for each direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction, in addition it can also be used by manager to knowing the information about customer.

Abstract

University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo (UNSIDA) is a new college in Sidoarjo who has the vision to improve UNU Sidoarjo as Higher Education Excellence and Competitive in the development of science, technology and art. in UNSIDA, system that handle administrative process is already exist using Excel but considering inadequate. There is a lack of evaluation report every month to rector, dean and kaprodi to process data for purpose of measuring the performance of academic activity within certain period.  that will becomes no synergy and integration on each department. there are also other problem where the students and parents caused by lack of communication between university with parents. As result, parents are often missinformed about the academic activity progress.Therefore, to solve these problems, there is a need to build an Academic Information System that manage information of students. The Academic Information System must be capable of producing usefull reports about academic activities as university performance for dean. Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has a main website stikom.edu who became participants of webometrics. Webometrics is one of increased us based website on the internet which is used as a reference against the institution, then the visibility and activity. Cybermetrics lab publishes a ranking of universities every 6 months once in January and July. Stikom Surabaya following webometrics from 2012 and ranked 73 which was release in January 2016, after analyzed Stikom Surabaya decline rank on the website stikom.edu, then the required visibility strategy analysis and activity on the website stikom.edu in the webometrics ranking improvement efforts. The analysis is done using Web Impact Factor to measure the average number of links. The analysis is done generating strategies to increase ranking webometrics. The resulting strategy there are 4 categories were needed, namely, policy, technical, content or content and supporting or supporters. The resulting strategy is 12 new strategies to increase visibility/impact and 17 strategies to increase activity. The strategy can be done by planning time during 6 months from the last issued webometrics ranking and systematically.

Abstract

Tulungagung is one of regencies in East Java which has many various tourism object, from natural, historical, culinary, artificial, and shopping. Hence, the tourist should more selective in choosing tourism objects that suit their wants and needs. This tourism object selection is very important for travel convenience, so it does note cause problems for the tourist. In order to solve this problem, a Decision Support System for selecting a tourism object in Tulungagung was built. There are 5 criteria used: cost, distance, cleanliness, type of tourism, and facilities. In this research, the method that used is Profile Matching and this system was built on a web basis. The result of this research is that Decision Support System for choosing a tourism objects in Tulungagung can make tourist more easier for choosing tourism objects that suit their wants and needs. Keyword: Decision Support System, Tourism Object, Profile Matching

Abstract

ABSTRACT: IT assets in Kota Probolinggo Religious Affairs is an operational support to any existing activities, so that the existing IT assets must be maintained condition and functionality. In the procurement planning process takes two months because he did not know the value of the economic life and in the process of planning the removal may also experience problems because the office does not use basic planning deletion based on the value of depreciation of assets, maintenance-related information and a list of damaged IT assets.Based on the existing problems, then solved by making IT asset management information system. In this system there is the process of inventory of IT assets, calculation of depreciation by the straight-line method, IT asset procurement planning, maintenance of IT assets and planning the elimination of IT assets.Information systems IT asset management is able to generate reports estimate the maintenance of IT assets, reports the economic life of less than one year, reports the economic life of the asset is close to 0, the report IT assets that pass through the economic life, the report IT assets active, reports loaning IT assets, reports depreciation, reports procurement planning new IT assets, IT asset maintenance schedule reports, report maintenance costs, reports IT assets that have been wiped out, and reports removal plan.
