Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kajian pemanfaatan hasil perikanan melalui pembinaan Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung kepada kelompok pembudidaya ikan. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembinaan, keterlibatan pembudidaya ikan terhadap pembinaan dan dampak dari pembinaan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis sumber data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung berdampak positif bagi pembudidaya ikan yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kualitas dan kuantitas hasil budidaya ikan. Dengan menerapkan teknik-teknik baru yang diajarkan selama pembinaan seperti manajemen kualitas air, penggunaan pakan yang lebih efisien, dan pencegahan penyakit, pembudidaya kini mampu meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya mereka secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang kajian pemanfaatan hasil perikanan melalui pembinaan Dinas Perikanan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil budidaya ikan

Abstract

Formal education is structured education provided by official institutions such as schools and universities. In addition to obtaining degrees, formal education also aids in personal development, critical thinking, and shaping individual character. For Civil State Apparatus (ASN/Aparatur Sipil Negara), advancing formal education is essential for self-improvement, career growth, and adapting to the changing times. Motivation and interest are key factors in an ASN's decision to pursue further education. Government policy support through various regulations encourages ASN to enhance their competencies. The objective of this research is to examine the influence of employees' motivation to advance formal education and organizational policies on human resource development at KPPBC TMC Kediri. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with data collection conducted through questionnaires and data processing using SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job rotation on employee performance with work-life balance as a mediating variable at the Kediri Customs Office. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 83 active employees through a closed questionnaire. Data analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that job rotation has a positive effect on work-life balance and directly improves employee performance. Work-life balance also positively influences performance and mediates the effect of job rotation on performance. These findings suggest that structured and planned job rotation can enhance employee skills, reduce burnout, and support a healthier work environment, ultimately boosting organizational performance..

Abstract

Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini berkenaandengan kesanggupan pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Blitardalam menaati kewajiban serta menghindari larangan berdasarkan Peraturan PemerintahNomor 53 tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Kewajiban mencakupdiantaranya masuk kerja dan mentaati ketentuan jam kerja, mencapai sasaran kerja pegawaiyang telah ditetapkan, memberikan pelayanan yang sebaikbaiknya kepada masyarakat sesuaidengan Standar Pelayanan. Berkenaan dengan larangan antara lain mencakup menerimapemberian atau hadiah baik apa saja dan dari siapapun juga berhubungan dengan pekerjaanatau jabatan, melakukan tindakan yang mempersulit atau menghalangi pihak yang dilayanisehingga mengakibatkan kerugian bagi yang dilayani. Selanjutnya berkenaan hukumandisiplin mencakup tingkat hukuman disiplin dan jenis hukuman disiplin

Abstract

Health service referrals are a form of health service delivery that regulatesthe delegation of duties and responsibilities for health services. Health servicereferrals start from primary health care and continue to secondary and tertiary service levels which can only be provided if there is a referral from primary or secondary health care. Referral to a higher level of health facility is called a tiered referral. Health referrals require fast, practical, efficient, accurate and reliable information. This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) in Pamekasan so that it can make it easier for health workers to optimize health services. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach. Data collection used Purposive Sampling with in-depth interview techniques through questions to 14 informants consisting of 10 nurses and 4 midwives accompanied by 1 Triangulator, head of the referral field for Pamekasan district. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation, and Foccus Group Discuss. The results of this research it is known that the Implementation of the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) in Pamekasan can help health workers speed up patient referrals with the help of supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as the ability of human resources to operate (SISRUTE)
