Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the used of strategies used by English teacher to teach vocabulary. for those who are learning English, it is essential to learn about vocabulary mastery in order they can use it to communicate and to express their ideas, opinions, thoughts by using words, sentences, paragraphs through written form without having face to face with other people directly. The design of this research in qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted in Genta English course. The students were 10 students. It consist of 9 female and 1 male. To know the result of the student activity, the researcher used observation checklist, field note and interview. Teacher strategies in teaching vocabulary is the ways or steps that help learners to learning vocabulary by acting one of the strategies as steps formula, so that strategy become a facility which increasing learners understanding in learning vocabulary. It means use the strategies is good in teaching vocabulary.

Abstract

The research is the effectiveness of TAI method and crossword puzzle media in teaching writing recount text at tenth grade SMAN 1 Grogol. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using TAI and Crossword Puzzle methods as learning media in writing. This study uses quantitative methods in a quasi-experimental design. Sample classes at SMAN 1 Grogol are X-IIS 3 and X-IIS 4. There are 32 pupils each class. employing questionnaires, pre- and post-tests, and other data collection methods. Four students in both the experimental class and the control class met the criterion for success or earned the KKM score, according to the pre-test findings. Only 12.5% of people who take the pre-test succeed. And the post-test results revealed that 26 students in the experimental class were able to meet the success requirements, with a percentage of 81.25%. Only 12 students in the post-test class meet the success criteria, with a percentage of 37.5%. The value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 represents the outcome of the independent sample test. According to the survey's findings, the majority of students chose "yes" to each of the four questions. It may be concluded that the TAI technique and Crossword Puzzle medium are effective for training class X SMAN 1 Grogol students to write recount texts.

Abstract

In the Decree of the Minister of Religion 633 of 2020 concerning Bureaucratic Reform of the Ministry of Religion, it is stated that one of the programs is Human Resources which aims to create clean, professional and responsible apparatus through employee management by implementing a competency-based Human Resources management system. The research objective is a description of the answer you want to know, Sugiyono revealed that the research objective is so that data can be found, developed, and proven. Meanwhile, the results of the research will obtain new knowledge so that it can be used to understand, solve, and anticipate problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of instructional leadership, work discipline and work conflict on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Based on the problems discussed in this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach, the value of the Anova F Test: 53,286 with Sig F Test: 0.000 <0.05 So there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Sig. Value the value of R Square and adjusted R Square, if it is close to 1, the greater it can explain the dependent variable (Y). The R value or multiple correlation is 0.857, the R Square is 0.734 with the Adjusted R Square value: 0.720 > 0.5 indicating that a set of independent variables can strongly explain the dependent variable, and is significant because the simultaneous test rejects H0. The magnitude of the effect is 72%, and the remaining 100% -72% = 28% is explained by other variables outside the model. Dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama 633 Tahun 2020 Tentang Reformasi Birokrasi Kementerian Agama, disebutkan bahwa salah satu Programnya adalah Sumber Daya Manusia bertujuan untuk menciptakan aparatur yang bersih, profesional dan bertanggung jawab melalui penataan pegawai dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang berbasis kompetensi. Tujuan Penelitian adalah gambaran jawaban yang ingin di ketahui, Sugiyono mengungkapkan bahwa tujuan penelitian yaitu agar data dapat ditemukan, dikembangkan, dan dibuktikan Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian akan memperoleh suatu pengetahuan baru sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memahami, memecahkan, dan mengantisipasi masalah. Tujuan dari Penelitian Ini adalah: Menganalisis Pengaruh Secara Simultan Kepemimpinan Instruksional, Disiplin Kerja dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, nilai Uji F Anova: 53.286 dengan Sig Uji F: 0.000 < 0,05 Maka ada pengaruh variabel independen secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent atau H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Nilai Sig. nilai R Square dan adjusted R Square, bila mendekati 1 maka semakin besar dapat menjelaskan Variabel dependen (Y). Nilai R atau korelasi ganda sebesar 0.857 maka R Square 0.734 dengan nilai Adjusted R Square: 0.720 > 0,5 menunjukkan bahwa sekumpulan variabel bebas dapat menjelasakan secara kuat variabel terikat, dan signifikan sebab uji simultan tolak H0. Besar pengaruhnya 72%, dan sisanya 100%-72% = 28% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of leadership style and work culture on employee performance at PT Bintang Kadiri Kediri through motivation as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative, involving exogenous or independent variables, most likely leadership style and work culture. The subjects of this research are employees who work at PT Bintang Kadiri. A total of 48 respondents will be sent the questionnaire by Google Form and hard copy. This research uses data collection methods. Path analysis is the data analysis employed. The result of this study indicate that: (1) The leadership style has no significant influence on the motivation of the employee. (4) The organizational culture has a significant impact on the performance of employees. (5) The employee's motivation is significantly influenced by the job's performance. (6) Leadership style on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable has an insignificant influence. (7) The organization's culture on employees' performance in the PT Bintang Kadiri through motivations as a variable intervening has a non-significant impact. The advice that can be given based on the results of this research, in order for the performance of employees to remain good, then the company must always maintain and even improve aspects of a good leadership style, the organizational culture aimed at achieving the goals of the organization, as well as a high work motivation for every employee of PT Bintang Kadiri.

Abstract

Perlindungan hukum konsumen dalam pengiriman dokumen oleh PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) menjadi isu penting mengingat banyaknya kasus keterlambatan, kerusakan, dan kehilangan kiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hak dan kewajiban konsumen serta perlindungan hukum yang diberikan dalam konteks pengiriman dokumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari peraturan perundang-undangan terkait, termasuk Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Undang-Undang tentang Pos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun PT. Pos Indonesia telah berupaya memenuhi standar layanan yang aman dan terpercaya, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal penyelesaian sengketa dan pemahaman konsumen tentang hak-hak mereka. Perlindungan hukum yang ada belum sepenuhnya menjamin keamanan dan kepastian bagi konsumen. Kesimpulannya, terdapat kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsumen mengenai hak dan kewajiban mereka serta memperkuat mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa untuk memastikan perlindungan yang lebih baik dalam pengiriman dokumen.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of motivation, leadership style and work environment on the performance of the employees of the State Department of Industry and Trade, Blitar Regency. The research results are expected to provide input and suggestions that can be used in improving the performance of ASN Disperindag Blitar Regency employees, then to apply the knowledge gained in lectures and as input for further research on human resource problems in the future. This research was conducted on the employees of ASN Disperindag Blitar Regency with 58 respondents. The research method used was a survey method with a quantitative research approach, while the research used the SPSS test technique. The results showed that the Leadership Style and Work Environment significantly influenced the Employee Performance of ASN Disperindag Blitar Regency.

Abstract

Krisis pembelajaran yang memburuk akibat pandemi Covid-19 menghasilkan learning loss dan learning gap yang signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia, sehingga menuntut transformasi kurikulum yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap kondisi kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsepsi guru terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada model pembelajaran intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan desain Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) pada siswa kelas 4 di Sekolah Penggerak Angkatan 1 Kota Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan Model Evaluasi Stake's Countenance yang mengintegrasikan tiga tahapan evaluasi: kondisi awal (antecedents), proses pelaksanaan (transactions), dan hasil capaian (outcomes). Populasi penelitian meliputi 8 Sekolah Dasar dengan 39 tenaga pendidik dan 416 peserta didik, dengan sampel 191 siswa menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan kriteria keberhasilan 100% untuk setiap aspek evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka berjalan optimal dengan capaian rata-rata di atas 75% pada tahap antecedents dan mencapai di atas 90% pada tahap outcomes. Transformasi pembelajaran dari teacher-centered menjadi student-centered learning berhasil diimplementasikan melalui strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan kontekstual. Kesimpulannya, implementasi kurikulum telah mencapai kategori baik hingga sangat baik dengan pengembangan karakter siswa sesuai profil pelajar Pancasila. Disarankan memperkuat dukungan sistemik sarana prasarana dan program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi guru.
