Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach).Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik untuk keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Perusahaan memiliki sumber daya yang lain yang tidak kalah pentingnya yaitu sumber daya manusia. Koperasi mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting bagi semua kalangan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan. Banyak masalah yang dihadapi koperasi dalam mengembangkan organisasi dan usahanya selain masalah internal dan eksternal. Masalah internal menyangkut rendahnya kualitas SDM yang berdampak pada pengelolaan organisasi dan usaha koperasi. Sementara itu, masalah eksternal antara lain menyangkut faktor kebijakan pemerintah dalam bidang perekonomian, persepsi masyarakat terhadap koperasi, persaingan usaha dari badan usaha lain, teknologi, sosial, dan politik. internal koperasi. Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi adalah proses yang dinamis dimana setiap orang dapat dimotivasi oleh hal-hal yang berbeda. Kinerja karyawan adalah hal yang mempengaruhi seberapa banyak mereka memberi kontribusi kepada organisasi. Perbaikan kinerja individu maupun kelompok menjadi pusat perhatian dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi (Malthis dan Jackson, 2001). Selain faktor motivasi, kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam meningkatnya kinerja seorang karyawan. Kepuasan kerja bukan diperoleh dari status sosial tinggi, namun kepuasaan kerja bagi mereka adalah usaha untuk mencapai hasil produksi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Rancangan penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan maksud menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Untuk mempertahankan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja, manajemen koperasi tetap mempertahankan beberapa faktor seperti prestasi kerja, pengakuan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hubungan kondusif antara karyawan dengan rekan kerja dan atasan, dan kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh manajemen koperasi. Kata kunci: motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Public service is one of the government's responsibilities to the community. The implementation of public services is basically more than the community which does not only cover the quantity but also the quality of service. Quality services that can be used in various fields of public services, including services for making two-wheeled driving licenses (SIM C). The results of various factors such as measuring regulatory socialization, low employee performance, corruption, collusion, nepotism, overlapping in the bureaucracy, and lack of supervision led to the low quality of public services. Slow service processes, brokerage services, and fraudulent levies are still found. Improved service system for SIM Administration Administrators is needed in various regions of Indonesia. It can be concluded that the quality of public services (SIM C) is still not optimal and must be improved again in order to reflect excellent quality in meeting public needs. Services for brokers and levy levies need to be followed up firmly so as not to damage the quality of public services. The community must participate in helping the government eradicate the practice of brokering and levy fees.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically describe the empowerment of village devices through a non-formal education approach to solve the problem of poverty in the village. Poverty is an old problem that never ends, where various efforts are made but poverty is still stuck. Poverty is not only in the village but also in the city. This problem needs to be understood based on empirical data or experience. The study focused on poverty in villages with different characteristics than the city's contemporaries.  Poverty in the village cannot be overcome personally by the poor people themselves, but rather the need for the involvement of others, especially village devices that do have duties and responsibilities to help the government at the village level, including helping poverty alleviation in the village. This paper was developed based on the results of qualitative research and literature studies (literary research) so that this paper is an integration of field findings and theories. The results showed that village empowerment is done through programmatic and continuous training to help poor people out of poverty independently. Empowerment of village devices is carried out gradually and continuously by developing training materials around strategies to solve the problem of poverty in the village. From implementing this training, village devices can compile and implement various poverty alleviation programs in the village efficiently and effectively

Abstract

Jagung merupakan kebutuhan pokok kedua setelah beras. Biosaka adalah bahan dari larutan tumbuhan atau rerumputan yang diketahui mampu melindungi tanaman dari serangan hama dan penyakit dan mampu menekan penggunaan pupuk mencapai 50-90 persen. Biosaka bukan merupakan pupuk dan bukan pula sebagai pestisida, tetapi berperan sebagai elisitor bagi tanaman untuk tumbuh dan berproduksi lebih bagus karena mengandung hormon, spora dan bakteri yang tinggi. Biosaka dibuat dari segenggam bahan minimal 5 jenis rumput/daun yang sehat sempurna dicampur dengan 5 lt air dalam wadah, diremas dengan tangan kurang lebih 30 menit tanpa berhenti dan tidak boleh berganti orang hingga ramuan homogen. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengembangan Tanaman Jagung (Zea Mays) berbasis Aplikasi Biosaka di Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, merumusan alternatif strategi menggunakan SWOT. Hasil analisis internal dan eksternal diperoleh lima kekuatan, lima kelemahan, lima peluang dan lima ancaman. Motivasi dan kesadaran petani dalam menggunakan teknologi baru ramah lingkungan menjadi subfaktor terpenting dari kekuatan; Analisa usaha belum dilakukan sebagai subfaktor terpenting dari kelemahan; permintaan pasar cukup besar sebagai subfaktor terpenting dari peluang; sedangkan adanya gangguan OPT sebagai subfaktor terpenting dari ancaman. Strategi prioritas yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan tanaman jagung berbasis aplikasi biosaka adalah dengan peningkatan kesadaran akan pertanian ramah lingkungan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Health services are one of the health service providing institutions. One of the service providers is a nurse. However, the nurse's work performance is very dependent on one of them is the leadership style of the head of the room. The purpose of this study was to look at the leadership style of nurses in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is Literature Review with Prism Method. The keywords used are PICO. P: Hospital Nurse in Indonesia. I: Leadership style (transformational, transactional, liberal, democratic, autocratic), C: -, O: Work performance, motivation, job satisfaction. In addition, researchers also made inclusion criteria in article screening, namely: available in full text, in Indonesian, where the research was carried out in the Hospital, research year 2012-2022. The data base used is Google Scholar. Screening the title of the same article, as well as the last 10 years of research, is not an article but a book of 8938 articles. Furthermore, eligibility does not meet the inclusion criteria of 881. Leadership styles have their own disadvantages and advantages. A good leadership style is determined by the situation and the conditions of the work environment.

Abstract

Special Efforts for the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers, Fishermen and Breeders to build local communities to improve welfare and a better standard of living, so that all people participate in all areas of life. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the form of protection and empowerment of Fishermen and Livestock Farmers in West Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative research method, the type of research used is literature research, observation and random approach to farmer groups, fishermen, and breeders in the field. The results of this study indicate that the role of the government in implementing protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and breeders as Regulators, Facilitators, and Catalysts. Concretely, the form of protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and breeders can be done by forming farmer groups to facilitate the distribution of information through agricultural counseling and training in general to groups of farmers, fishermen and breeders. Forms of protection - Farmer Protection and Empowerment is based on a. sovereignty; b. independence; c. usefulness; d. togetherness; e. integration; f. openness; g. efficiency-justice; and h. sustainability. The protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and livestock is the responsibility and obligation of the government must be carried out in a just, trustful, and non-discriminatory manner as a prerequisite for realizing welfare

Abstract

Job satisfaction is When an individual feels satisfied with his or her job, it manifests in a positive emotional disposition and passion for what they do. Work productivity is influenced by a nurse's job satisfaction which ultimately improves the standard of client care services. Management style is an important factor that affects employee satisfaction in the workplace. Leadership is the ability to manage an organization in such a way that individual and organizational goals are achieved. This study aims to determine the relationship between room manager management and nurse job satisfaction. The method used in this study is literature review. The main source of research data comes from an electronic database called Google Scholar for articles on hospital directors' leadership styles and nurses' performance satisfaction. Hasl data analysis showed that the relationship between room leadership style and job satisfaction of a nurse and the remaining 2 articles did not show a relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction of a nurse

Abstract

This study aims to find out, analyze, and describe the leadership style of the principal of Smk Islam Gondanglegi and the factors that influence his leadership style. This study uses a qualitative research method of a case study approach for the relationship between the research variables and the hypothesis that must be proven. The result of this study is that the principal of SMK Islam Gondanglegi applies three leadership styles: participatory, instructional, and situational. This leadership style is used according to the situation, with the situational approach being used most often. Factors such as the ability of human resources and infrastructure facilities affect the effectiveness of leadership. Leadership development is carried out through awards, motivation, supervision, and intervention. This leadership has succeeded in improving staff motivation and school performance, both internally and externally

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the village head in increasing community empowerment in the economic sector in Anggra Village, Minyambou District, Arfak Mountains Regency. The data collection method in this research is descriptive qualitative, where this research was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data with the research subjects consisting of the Village Head, BPD, and Community Figures. The research results show that the Village Head in carrying out his role is quite good, this can be seen from the results of improving the community's economy and his role in motivating, facilitating, carrying out his duties, and mobilizing residents in every activity to support success in improving the community's economy. These activities took the form of road construction, bridge construction, field schools, greading and counseling, which were carried out in Anggra Village, Minyambou District, Arfak Mountains Regency, West Papua Province
