Abstract

Yayasan adalah badan hukum yang terdiri dari harta kekayaan yang dipisahkan dan dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu di bidang sosial, keagamaan, dan kemanusiaan, yang tidak memiliki anggota. Dengan diundangkannya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia tentang Yayasan Nomor 16 Tahun 2001 pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2001 yang mulai berlaku pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2002, diharapkan upaya untuk mewujudkan kepastian hukum tentang Yayasan di Indonesia dapat terwujud. Namun, pada tanggal 6 Oktober 2004, pemerintah mengesahkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2001 agar peraturan yang ada tentang yayasan dapat disempurnakan untuk meminimalkan kemungkinan penggunaan jabatan seperti yang dijelaskan.Masalah dalam penulisan ini adalah:Tahukah anda perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi dalam pendirian yayasan menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2001? Bagaimana Dampak Organ Yayasan dan Laporan Tahunan Yayasan dengan berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 tentang Yayasan? Dari pembahasan masalah tersebut, dapat dibuka proses pendirian yayasan menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 bahwa perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi dalam undang-undang yayasan terakhir khususnya proses pendirian yayasan, Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 adalah hasil penyempurnaan UU. -UU Yayasan yang lama Nomor 16 Tahun 2001. Penyempurnaan tersebut meliputi cara atau prosedur hukum yang harus dilalui oleh pendiri Yayasan atau Notaris untuk mendapatkan persetujuan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia.

Abstract

Terbitnya Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) merupakan sebuah langkah maju bagi Indonesia yang didominasi oleh penduduk beragama Islam.Sumatera Utara sebagai salah satu Provinsi yang memiliki potensi beraneka ragam UMKM dengan jumlah unit usaha di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Sumatera Utara (2021). Untuk jumlah UMKM di Sumut mencapai 2,8 juta jumlah UMKM yang terdaftar dan terverifikasi pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM hanya sebesar 380.249 unit usaha dimana 97% berada di daerah perkotaan. Sebagian besar UMK yang berada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan usaha kuliner.Selain itu, permasalahan lain yang berhubungan dengan implementasi UU no. 3 Tahun 2014 adalah bahwa produk yang dijual belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, belum adanya penyelia halal dari UMK, belum adanya pengetahuan tentang Manajemen Jaminan Halal dan proses sertifikasi halal itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini penulis meninjau terkait aturan pada 33 Tahun 2014 dan regulasi lainnya ditinjau dari keberlakuan maṣlahah. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penilitian ini bahwa konsepnkemaslahatan terkait kebijakan halal self declare bagi UMK telah sejalan dengan tujuan syar‟i dalam rangka mencapai kemaslahatan dan menghilangkan/menolak kemudharatan. Sehingga dalam penerapannya, peran pelaku usaha dalam rangka memberi kenyamanan, melindungi konsumen muslim khususnya, serta kekuatan komitmen para pembuat kebijakan dan lembaga terkait agar dapat diimplementasikan dengan sebaik-baiknya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Halal Ecosystem and Halal Literacy in the development of Sharia Economic Halal Regulations. This study explains the halal ecosystem as a whole and what is included in the halal ecosystem. In addition, it also discusses halal literacy in Indonesia. Halal literacy is very important for all countries to learn to prepare people to face an ever-changing financial system. People will need a more economical understanding to actively participate in a global economy that tends to change. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis. Qualitative research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery, so it is expected to reveal a variety of information that is thorough and full of meaning, but also does not reject quantitative information in the form of numbers. The results of this study are that the ecosystem needed in improving the halal industry refers to the supply, demand and enabler approaches. From the supply aspect, the existence of the Indonesian halal industry sector (food, tourism, fashion, medicine, media and renewable energy) has prepared various products that can be consumed by the public with a halal label. Government support provided, both as regulators, executors and evaluators, is needed as an enabler component in the halal industry ecosystem. Products from the halal industry itself are experiencing quite rapid development, the halal food and beverage sector, the financial sector, tourism, fashion, cosmetics and medicines, media and entertainment, as well as other sectors such as health care and education.

Abstract

Anak merupakan bagian fundamental yang tidak terpisahkan dari keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan keberlangsungan hidup sebuah bangsa dan negara. Dalam konstitusi indonesia, anak memiliki peran strategis yang secara tegas dinyatakan bahwa negara menjamin hak setiap anak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh, dan berkembang serta atas perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Berkenaan dengan yang dimaksud dengan anak sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Pasal 1 angka 3 yaitu :“Anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum yang selanjutnya disebut anak adalah anak yang telah berumur 12 (dua belas) tahun, tetapi belum berumur 18 (delapan belas) tahun yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana”. Selain pemerintah, masyarakat dan keluarga bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan perlindungan. Negara Indonesia berdasarkan isi Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Pelaksanaan Perlindungan Anak pada proses Peradilan Pidana Anak tercantum pada Undang-Undang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak pada Pasal 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, 61, dan 62. Berkenaan dengan tindak pidana yang dilakukan anak diatur pada KUHP Pasal 363 ayat 1 ke-5. Dalam pertanggung jawaban tindak pidana, anak tidak seluruhnya berupa pemidanaan. Dalam menjalani proses pemidanaan anak diberikan hak-hak yang sebagaimana di atur pada Pasal 4 butir (a) sampai (g) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan pidana Anak. Dalam konvensi-konvensi internasional telah mengatur mengenai Perlindungan Anak dan cara pelaksanaan penyelesaian permasalahan anak dalam proses Peradilan Pidana. Pelaku tindak pidana anak di proses sampai ke pengadilan namun putusanya hakim penyelesaian berdasarkan diversi dan di haruskan untuk rehabilitasi agar anak memperoleh kesejahteraan dan mengupayakan agar tidak ada lagi kasus-kasus anak yang bermasalah dengan hukum pihak pengadilan memberikan putusan untuk di rehabilitasi dengan demikian penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana anak tidak di pidana tetapi di upayakan adanya penyelesaian secara musyawarah dan tidak di pidana.

Abstract

The design and implementation of a death data processing application at the Indralaya Village Office, Ogan Ilir Regency, aims to increase efficiency in managing death data. The manual data management process that is still often carried out today has the potential to cause various problems, such as data loss, input errors, and slow data search processes. This application was designed using Visual Basic .NET (VB.Net) as the main development platform, which was chosen for its ease of use and ability to create reliable desktop-based applications. The main functions of the application include inputting death data, archiving, searching for data, and creating reports. The system development method follows the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model with stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing. The database used is Microsoft Access to store death data in a structured and secure manner. The results of implementing this application show that the data management process has become faster, more accurate and organized. Apart from that, this application makes it easier for sub-district employees to compile regular death data reports. Thus, it is hoped that this application can be an effective solution in supporting administrative management at the Indralaya Village Office

Abstract

The housing licensing administration process often faces challenges in the form of complex bureaucracy, long processing times, and lack of information integration between systems. This research aims to integrate the legal information system with the housing licensing process to improve administrative efficiency. By utilizing integrated information system technology, this research develops a platform that allows the synchronization of legal data related to housing regulations with licensing mechanisms. The methodology used includes needs analysis, system design, and efficiency evaluation through implementation case studies. The results of the study show that system integration is able to reduce processing time, improve data accuracy, and speed up decision-making. These findings are expected to make a significant contribution to optimizing the governance of housing licensing and encouraging transparency and accountability in public administration.

Abstract

The alumni tracking system is useful for tracking the whereabouts of alumni after graduating from vocational school. For schools, the alumni tracking system becomes an alumni database that can be accessed at any time and adds value during school accreditation. This system is useful as a liaison between the school and alumni so that ties between the school and alumni will continue to exist. The aim of this training is to produce alumni data that is accurate, fast, and can be used for decision making by the school after obtaining alumni search results. Searching for alumni data is made with display menus and features that are tailored to user needs and are dynamic so that at any time additions or improvements can be made easily. Processing alumni data at Bina Sriwijaya Vocational School uses Office but many shortcomings are still found. The Service Team concluded to create a website-based alumni data processing application at SMK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang. Information systems really support the progress of an institution. To build an effective website requires implementing certain strategies so that the website is able to achieve maximum results. This implementation method goes through the stages of planning, preparation, implementation. From the Pkm results, it was concluded that out of 50 participants, 41 people or 82% strongly agreed with the Website Creation Training and 9 people or 12% agreed and 0 people or 0% disagreed.

Abstract

A child who is the perpetrator of a crime must provide protection for the rights of a child. In the criminal court system for the child who has a role in providing case assistance for children who deal with the law. A child or minor who commits a drug crime can be given special attention to the child in order to provide the best. This research has the aim of knowing the implementation, obstacles and efforts in providing solutions to the obstacles of narcotics crimes committed by children at the Medan Class I Child Special Development Institution in Medan. The research method used is juridical sociology, which emphasizes to obtain empirical hokum by going directly to the object. Based on this research, several research results were found as follows: semestrinya the implementation of the child protection law is handed over to the Child Special Development Institution Class I Medan. The next obstacle is the lack of understanding of law enforcement officials that children, like drug users, are the only victims. The second obstacle is the lack of public understanding of juvenile drug users. Drug use by juveniles is considered the same as drug crimes committed by adults in the public perception. The third obstacle is the weakness in infrastructure, especially in rural areas in Indonesia. Especially in the rehabilitation process, with the mechanism of the rest process, mental rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, physical development, spiritual development, all of which have not been provided at the Medan Class I Special Child Development Center in Medan.

Abstract

The housing permit administration process often encounters challenges such as bureaucratic complexity, long processing times, and poor information integration between systems. These issues create inefficiency, data overlap, and limited transparency. To address this, this study aims to integrate legal information systems with the housing permit process through the development of a web-based platform. The proposed system synchronizes legal data related to housing regulations with administrative mechanisms, enabling faster and more reliable services. The research applies the Waterfall method, consisting of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed with key features, including online permit applications, automatic validation of legal documents, real-time application tracking, and digital document archiving. These functions provide applicants and agencies with better access to information, while ensuring that legal and administrative aspects remain aligned with regulatory provisions. Case study implementation demonstrates that system integration can reduce processing time, minimize administrative errors, and accelerate decision-making. Additionally, the platform enhances transparency by allowing applicants to monitor their application status directly, thereby fostering accountability in public administration. The results highlight that digital transformation in housing permit services not only improves efficiency but also strengthens legal certainty and administrative order. This approach contributes significantly to optimizing governance in regional development and can serve as a model for other digital permit systems within the government sector. Ultimately, the integration of technology and legal frameworks creates a more efficient, transparent, and accountable housing permit process.
