Abstract

Data held by the Secretariat of the Samarinda City Regional People's Representative Council shows that employee placement is inconsistent with educational level, workload analysis and position analysis, as well as standard operating procedures. Several changes to the organizational structure will of course also have an impact on changes to standard operating procedures. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of placement, standard operating procedures. The research method used was field research using a quantitative approach with 41 respondents, then data analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the research on the placement variable obtained a t table value of 2.023, t count > t table (6.112 > 2.023), meaning that the placement variable had a significant positive influence on employee performance. The test results for the standard operational procedure variable obtained a t table value of 2.023, t count > t table (5.940 > 2.023), meaning that the standard operational procedure variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Then, simultaneous placement and standard operating procedures do not have a significant effect on employee performance. From the partial test results, the placement variable is the dominant variable compared to the standard operational procedure variable on employee performance. Furthermore, the R2 coefficient of determination value of 97.1% means that employee performance is influenced by placement and standard operating procedures, while the remaining 2.9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata Kota Samarinda. Disiplin kerja didefinisikan sebagai tingkat kepatuhan karyawan terhadap aturan organisasi, sedangkan lingkungan kerja meliputi aspek fisik dan psikologis yang dapat memengaruhi produktivitas. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda, melibatkan seluruh 75 karyawan ASN di instansi tersebut, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik disiplin kerja (β = 0,384, p < 0,05) maupun lingkungan kerja (β = 0,315, p < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,540. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui perbaikan kebijakan disiplin kerja dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman teoretis tentang hubungan antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan dalam konteks sektor publik, dengan implikasi praktis untuk manajemen sumber daya manusia di organisasi pemerintahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada Coffee Komunitas di Tenggarong. Fokus utama penelitian diarahkan pada dua variabel independen, yaitu teknologi informasi (X1) dan komunikasi (X2), serta variabel dependen produktivitas karyawan (Y). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,514 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Demikian pula, variabel komunikasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,219 dan p-value sebesar 0,045. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,685 mengindikasikan bahwa 68,5% variasi dalam produktivitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen. Adapun nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0,828 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel bebas dan terikat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi serta komunikasi internal yang efektif memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada manajemen Coffee Komunitas Tenggarong untuk terus mengembangkan infrastruktur teknologi serta membangun sistem komunikasi yang terbuka dan efisien guna menunjang proses kerja yang optimal. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan juga telah terbukti valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur variabel- variabel yang diteliti.   This study aims to examine the influence of information and communication technology on employee productivity at Coffee Community in Tenggarong. The research focuses on two independent variables: information technology (X1) and communication (X2), and one dependent variable, employee productivity (Y). A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a coefficient value of 0.514 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Likewise, communication also has a positive and significant influence, with a coefficient value of 0.219 and a p-value of 0.045. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.685, meaning that 68.5% of the variation in employee productivity is explained by the two independent variables. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.828 indicates a very strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. These findings suggest that the utilization of information technology and effective internal communication play crucial roles in improving employee performance and productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that Coffee Community Tenggarong continues to enhance its technological infrastructure and develop an open, efficient communication system to support optimal work processes. The research instruments used were also proven to be valid and reliable in measuring the examined variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fleksibilitas kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada Coffee Comunitas Tenggarong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan dari 30 responden melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan (p = 0,181), meskipun secara deskriptif dinilai positif oleh mayoritas responden. Sebaliknya, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas (p = 0,012). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menunjukkan hubungan positif yang cukup kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,634 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,401, yang berarti 40,1% variasi dalam produktivitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh fleksibilitas kerja dan work-life balance. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penyusunan kebijakan kerja yang lebih terstruktur untuk meningkatkan produktivitas secara menyeluruh.   This study aims to examine the influence of work flexibility and work-life balance on employee productivity at Coffee Comunitas Tenggarong. A quantitative approach was used through a survey method, and data from 30 respondents were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that work flexibility does not have a statistically significant effect on employee productivity (p = 0.181), although descriptively it is perceived positively by most respondents. In contrast, work-life balance shows a positive and significant effect on productivity (p = 0.012). Simultaneously, both variables exhibit a moderately strong positive relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.634 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.401, indicating that 40.1% of the variance in productivity can be explained by work flexibility and work-life balance. These findings underscore the importance of structured and supportive work policies to enhance employee performance effectively

Abstract

In the digital era, human resources (HR) are a key factor in the success of institutions and companies. Employee performance is significantly influenced by a comfortable and supportive work environment. This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT DAEAH E&C RDMP Balikpapan, a construction company that is continuously growing alongside digitalization. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 40 employee respondents. Validity and reliability tests show that the research instruments are valid and reliable. Data analysis using simple linear regression, normality, and heteroscedasticity tests confirm that the regression model is valid and meets statistical assumptions. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.842 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). A comfortable work environment, good interpersonal relationships, and adequate facilities enhance employee motivation and productivity. This study provides valuable insights for companies to create a conducive work environment that supports improved employee performance. However, the study is limited by the number of respondents and the scope of variables examined, suggesting future research should expand the variables and sample size for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Mahakam. The background of this study is that challenges are still found in achieving optimal performance even though the company has made efforts to improve job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling method of 50 active employees. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and interviews, then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and t-tests with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.758 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of increasing job satisfaction as a strategy to support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri (BSPJI) Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, melibatkan 30 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai t hitung 2,703 dan signifikansi 0,012. Sebaliknya, karakteristik individu menunjukkan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, dengan nilai t hitung 2,017 dan signifikansi 0,054. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 11,959 dan signifikansi 0,001. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,430 menunjukkan bahwa 43% kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan di PT Borneo Sukses Raya Kaltim dipengaruhi oleh kelebihan beban kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel non-probabilitas dengan pendekatan purposive, dengan batas minimum 90 responden dari 144 karyawan. Menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data dan teknik kuantitatif seperti uji instrumen, uji asumsi tradisional, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis untuk menganalisis data. Uji data ini dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Dengan nilai t hitung < t tabel (7,627 < 1,987), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work overload berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengusaha mikro kecil dan menegah di Desa Loa Duri Ulu, BUMDES dan pelaku UMKM diberi sosialisasi dan pelatihan keterampilan sistem pelaporan perpajakan pada tanggal 18 Maret 2022, sebelum tanggal terakhir pelaporan perpajakan. Dosen di tim pengabdi memiliki pengetahuan, keahlian, dan pengalaman dalam perpajakan. Tujuan pelatihan ini, khusus untuk BUMDes dan pelaku UMKM, adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan melalui web DJP online dan elemen lain yang terkait. Kegiatan dimulai dari persiapan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan, merumuskan tujuan pelatihan, mempersiapkan materi dan melaksanakan pelatihan. Pelatihan ini mencakup ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pelatihan tentang pelaporan perpajakan, khususnya pelaporan SPT tahunan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberi BUMDes dan pelaku UMKM pengetahuan teknis yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya, terutama pajak penghasilan, termasuk cara mengisi SPT tahunan baik sebagai badan maupun individu.  Abstract. To improve the capabilities of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs in Loa Duri Ulu Village, BUMDES and MSME actors were given socialization and training on tax reporting system skills on March 18 2022, before the last date for tax reporting. Lecturers in the service team have knowledge, expertise and experience in taxation. The aim of this training, specifically for BUMDes and MSMEs, is to improve their ability to carry out tax obligations via the online DJP website and other related elements. Activities start from preparation by analyzing training needs, formulating training objectives, preparing materials and implementing training. This training includes lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and training on tax reporting, especially annual SPT reporting. The result of this training is to provide BUMDes and MSME actors with the technical knowledge needed to fulfill their tax obligations, especially income tax, including how to fill out annual tax returns for both bodies and individuals.
