Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengingat begitu pentingnya kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru, mengelola organisasi atau lembaga yang dipimpinnya. Dengan menciptakan suasana kerja yang profesiaonal dibutuhkan inovasi berupa perubahan ide atau gagasan pemikiran untuk mencapai target masa depan madrasah, serta menjadi lembaga dipimpinnya yang berkualitas. Kepala madrasah dalam mengelola kepemimpinannya diantaranya memberikan pengarahan dan dorongan terhadap bawahannnya agar melaksanakan tugas dan tangggung jawabanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui inovasi kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di MTs Nurul Huda dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru setelah melakukan inovasi di MTs Nurul Huda Ranuyoso Lumajang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang memaknai atau menafsirkaan tindakan atau perilaku orang atau subtansi tenaga pendidik di madrasah dengan teknik obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini inovasi kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru kepala madrasah membuat program supervisi terhadap pembinaan guru, rapat kerja tahunan dan melaksanakan ceklist kelengkapan data guru. Kepala madrasah juga menggajak tenaga stuktural dalam proses peningkatan kinerja guru guna dalam mencapai target masa depan madrasah tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan BMT Maslahah Cabang Besuk Agung dalam menghimpun dan mengelola dana pihak ketiga, faktor penghambat apa saja yang mempengaruhi strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan dana pihak ketiga di BMT Maslahah Cabang Besuk Agung.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan, menyusun dan mendeskripsikan berbagai dokumen, data dan informasi yang aktual. Data-data yang diperoleh akan diinpretasikan dalam bentuk pemaparan dan analisa sehingga penulis dapat memberikan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya strategi penghimpunan BMT Maslahah Cabang Besuk Agung adalah Strategi pemasaran dan promosi. Adapun strategi promosi yang dilakukan BMT Maslahah Cabang Besuk Agung dengan brosur dan website. Sedangkan strategi pemasaran/dilapangan dengan sistem jemput bola. Adapun strategi pengelolaan dana pihak ketiga menggunakan fungsi pendanaan dan fungsi investasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya penguatan pendidikan Islam bagi siswa MTs Hasanudin Semarapura Bali dan untuk mengidentifikasi problem serta solusi dari upaya penguatan pendidikan Islam bagi siswa MTs Hasanudin Semarapura Bali. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, jenis penelitian lapangan (Qualitative Research) dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Temuan penelitian dihasilkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi dan menyajikan data kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan peneliti bahwasanya penguatan Pendidikan Islam di MTs Hasanudin Semarapura Bali dimulai dengan menanamkan nillai-nilai keagamaan antara lain program Tahfidz Juz 30, Sholat berjamaah harian, Sholat Jum'at, Infaq Qurban, ekstrakurikuler Hadrah dan Perayaan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI).

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of the Alumni Intellectual Network in building the institutional reputation of the pesantren through an informal value-based mechanism. Departing from the literature gap in the study of pesantren public relations which is still descriptive and structural, this study aims to develop a conceptual model of Stewardship-Based Public Relations (SBPR). With an interpretive qualitative approach and a critical single case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and participatory observation of one pesantren with an influential alumni history. The thematic analysis identified three main themes: (1) Informal reputation communication mechanisms carried out by alumni as gatekeepers and reputation defenders; (2) Manifestation of  alumni stewardship in the form of emotional commitment, moral obligation, and resource contribution; and (3) Adaptive challenges of public relations in managing informal networks that have symbolic authority. The findings expand on the theories  of Stewardship and Relational PR by emphasizing the importance of moral affiliation and organic communication in religious contexts. The proposed SBPR model places alumni as strategic partners in institutional legitimacy, not just public relations objects. Managerial implications show the need to change the paradigm of pesantren public relations from an administrative approach to a value-based and sustainability relationship model.

Abstract

This study explores the role of principal leadership and teacher supervision practices in improving the quality of learning at MI Darusalam Prasi Gading Probolinggo. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews with principals, supervisors, and teachers, as well as classroom observation and documentation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, by collecting interview, observation and documentation data and then analyzing them using triangulation of data and methods. The findings show that the principal's visionary leadership and focus on teacher professional development create a supportive and dynamic learning environment. In addition, quality teacher supervision practices, with constructive feedback and continuous professional development, make a major contribution to the improvement of teaching and learning practices in the classroom. Based on these findings, it is recommended to develop a leadership training program for school principals and increase the capacity of teacher supervision as a key step in improving the quality of learning at MI Darusalam Prasi Gading Probolinggo and encouraging the achievement of a more inclusive and meaningful learning environment for students.

Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the management assistance approach in improving the quality of Independent Assessment questions at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research methods will include a qualitative approach, participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed thematically to identify patterns and themes in the process of preparing questions, as well as formulating relevant recommendations. The research results show that the management assistance approach in preparing Independent Assessment questions in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Besuk sub-district, Probolinggo district, has positively impacted the quality of the questions. Through this approach, teachers receive targeted guidance and direction to formulate questions more relevant to the curriculum and meet learning evaluation standards. In conclusion, the management assistance approach can effectively improve learning evaluation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Besuk District. This research implies that applying a management assistance approach in preparing Independent Assessment questions can significantly improve the quality of learning evaluation at MI in Besuk District and similar educational institutions.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the effectiveness of integrating situational leadership with traditional values to enhance student discipline in Islamic boarding schools. The primary objective is to explore how a holistic leadership training program, tailored to the unique cultural context of pesantren, can improve student adherence to school regulations and foster self-discipline. A qualitative case study method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Data were collected from school administrators, teachers, and students at Nurul Jadid Middle School in Probolinggo, East Java. The findings indicate that the integration of situational leadership principles with the values of pesantren significantly improves student discipline, resulting in a more orderly and conducive learning environment. The study's implications suggest that this model can be adopted by similar institutions to enhance student behavior and academic outcomes. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on educational leadership and discipline, particularly within the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

Children's education faces challenges in providing innovative and engaging learning methods in the digital era. The biggest challenge is the limited use of technology as a learning medium because educators are less skilled in utilizing it. In an effort to overcome this, YouTube Kids, an application specifically designed for children with educational video content, can be an effective solution. This application provides a variety of safe and age-appropriate educational videos, as well as parental control features to ensure content security. The use of YouTube Kids as a learning medium can increase student engagement, information retention, and understanding of material through interactive concept visualization. Therefore, training for educators at Darul Mubtadi'in 02 Kindergarten in utilizing YouTube Kids is very important to create a more innovative, engaging, and effective learning environment. This training aims to improve teachers' skills in using technology and digital media, as well as integrating YouTube Kids content into the curriculum, so as to provide an active, creative, and enjoyable learning atmosphere for students.
