Abstract

This study examined in depth the management of learning quality by looking at the four management components, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) at SMP Darul Arqam Gombara Makassar. The research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, with the type of research being a multi-site study. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. This study indicates that learning quality management at SMP Darul Arqam Makassar is implemented through four steps. First, learning planning according to Process Standards with innovative and accelerated curriculum content with the demands of the current education "market" and designed in an integrated manner between academic and non-academic activities based on progress and superiority. Second, learning organizations with well-placed resources integrated academic and non-academic schedules and internal institutional support for human resource development. Third; implementation of learning supported by competent and professional educators; adequate learning media; innovation in facilitating active, creative, fun learning; and an objective and accountable scoring system. Fourth, learning supervision by an objective and transparent performance appraisal system, internal and external supervisors with integrity.

Abstract

Based on this observation, in order to know the communication of da'wah by the Koran teacher and to know the moral development of the students of TPQ Ulumul Qur'an An-Nur, Mampu sub-district, Wajo sub-district, Makassar city. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are drawing conclusions, data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study are TPQ Ulumul Qur'an An-Nur with iqro' learning, memorizing prayers, storytelling methods or inspirational stories, ta'widiyah (habituation) methods, methods of playing and learning and singing. With this applied method, students can more easily understand and practice what is received from the Koran teacher so that they can form commendable morals to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Application of Pendengaran Penglihatan Learning Alat Improve Student Learning Outcomes in PAI Subjects Class VII 6 at SMP Negeri 7 Makassar and to determine student learning outcomes using Pendengaran Penglihatan Learning Alat in PAI learning class VII 6 in SMP Negeri 7 Makassar. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings. The sample in this study was class VII 6 students at SMP Negeri 7 Makassar with a total of 28 students. The techniques used in collecting data in this study were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The test consists of two types, namely pre-test and post-test, the pre-test is carried out at the beginning of the meeting before the students are given treatment or the learning process by applying Audio Visual learning media while the post-test is carried out at the end of each meeting in each cycle. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use the formula for calculating the percentage and average value (Mean) for both student activity sheet data analysis and student learning outcomes. The results of this study are the application of Audio Visual learning media in PAI subjects is able to increase the sense of responsibility individually and in groups and the application of this Audio Visual learning model can improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. Thus the increase in student learning outcomes can be proven by the value of students who have increased and are getting better. The average value in the pre-test is 69.28 with a percentage of 42%, the average post-test value in the first cycle is 76.96 with a percentage of 71.42% and the post-test average value in the second cycle is 91, 42 with a percentage of 92.85%. The data proves that student learning outcomes can increase and have met the class success indicator, namely 80% with the application of Audio Visual learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education and the role of Muslim teachers in SMP-IT Darul Istiqamah Maros. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research was carried out at SMP IT Darul Istiqamah. sources of research data using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it was found that the implementation of character education at SMP-IT Darul Istiqamah Maros went well, including the formation of students' religious character, character building for students themselves, and character building for others. The role of Muslim teachers is very important in character education in Indonesia. SMP-IT Darul Istiqamah Maros. This important role makes Muslim teachers play a role as a source of learning, a role in guiding, being an example, and acting as an advisor

Abstract

The results showed that the Al-Qur'an education teacher's strategy in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nahdlatul Ulum Soreang Maros, as follows; 1) Identifying the difficulties of reading the Qur'an experienced by students, 2) Registering students who are proficient and not proficient yet in reading the Qur'an, and 3) Implementing learning methods. The learning process engages opening the lesson, presenting the material with the guidelines of the Qur'an and the guideline book of Tajweed “matan tuhfatul athfal wal ghilman”, and closing the lesson by evaluating students, providing additional assignments, and giving motivation. The supporting factors for teachers in overcoming the learning difficulties of Al-Quran faced by the students of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pondok Pesantren Nahdatul Ulum Soreang Maros, namely; 1) Availability of facilities and infrastructure, and 2) Policy support from the Madrasah. There are several inhibiting factors of the Al-Qur'an teacher in overcoming the student’s difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah Boarding School of Nahdlatul Ulum Soreang Maros involved several related components, as follows; 1) Lack of basic abilities possessed by the students, 2) Lack of motivation to learn owned by the students, and 3) Lack of learning time in the class.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 7 Makassar, mengetahui hambatan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan model pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 7 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru,wakasek kurikulum,wakasek sarana dan prasarana, wakasek kesiswaan dan siswa. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian dapat diringkas sebagai berikut:Strategi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru yaitu pelatihan MGMP, seminar, pelatihan guru, program guru penggerak dan sekolah penggerak. Hambatan pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah sebagian guru kurang tertarik pada pengembangan diri karena merasa sudah cukup karena mendekati masa pensiun serta sebagian besar terjebak dalam rutinitas. Model lesson study digunakan sebagai model pengembangan.

Abstract

Learning to read the Quran is one of the subjects in Islamic Religious Education in schools. Islamic Religious Education serves as a means of knowledge transformation in the religious aspect (cognitive aspect), as a tool for transforming norms and moral values to shape attitudes (affective aspect), playing a role in controlling behavior (psychomotor aspect), thus creating a complete human personality. The aim of this research is to determine (1) the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing the Quran reading abilities of students at SMAN 15 Makassar and (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the role of PAI teachers in improving Quran reading abilities. The researcher used a qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources were obtained from the school principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMAN 15 Makassar. The data processing involved three stages: data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that the role of PAI teachers in enhancing students' Quran reading abilities includes providing motivation, implementing effective methods, and serving as a learning source and guide. The methods used for improving students' Quran reading abilities are Iqro' method, demonstration method, and memorization method. Factors influencing students' Quran reading abilities consist of supporting factors such as parental support, teacher support, and a positive environment. In contrast, inhibiting factors include the use of social media and students' lack of awareness regarding the importance of learning to read the Quran

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa akan menjadi lebih baik jika seorang guru mampu melaksanakan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan, karena dengan evaluasi guru mampu mengetahui kekurangan dan ketidak tuntatas siswa dalam melaksankan proses pembelajaran, peneliti menemukan kesenjangan antara evaluasi pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Terlihat bahwasanya ada ada beberapa siswa yang kurang respon terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa kurang memahami materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru Pai di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin. (2) Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh antar pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin. Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas, digunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode, yakni metode observasi, penyebaran angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran guru di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin dikategorikan sedang, hal ini sejalan dengan hasill belajar siswa kelas XII yang menunjukkan kategori sedang. Sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dengan adanya pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin.
