Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh metode hypnolearning terhadap prestasi belajar Bahasa Arab siswa kelas VIII MTs Darussalam Impa-Impa Kabupaten Wajo. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Darussalam Impa-Impa tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 semester genap sebanyak 36 siswa yang terdiri dari 16 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan memalui lima tahapan yaitu , Identifikasi Masalah , Tes Diagnostik , klasifikasi kelas, Hypnoterapi/Hypnolearning,, Tes Prestasi, Refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,  tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Menganalisis data dengan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis kuantatif adalah pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode hypnolearning dengan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab yang ditandai dengan siswa memperhatikan penjelasan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar, keatiktifan dalam bertanya, berani menyampaikan pendapat, antusias mengerjakan tugas , serta kemampuan dalam menjawab pentanyaan dengan persentase prestasi belajar 82,6 %. jadi isimpulkan bahwa terpengaruh yang signifikan metode Hynolearning pada prestasi belajar Bahasa Arab siswa MTs Darussalam Impa-Impa Kabupaten Wajo.

Abstract

Leadership in the pesantren environment has an interesting dynamic. This environmental base is generally religious with leadership that is patronized by religious leaders such as kyai, then stereotypes are built in people's understanding that the kyai is the sole leader in a pesantren, or it is common for every pesantren to be cared for and led by a kyai who makes the position of this leader the single colour of leadership. in the pesantren environment. This research is interactive qualitative research with descriptive quantitative analysis. Data retrieval used questionnaires, historical data that already exists. This study used data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity of the research data was checked by using triangulation. The results show that the autocratic leadership model sees the organization as a mechanical tool and all decisions are in the hands of the leader, while the charismatic leadership model can include believing the truth from the leader, accepting what the leader says without asking, carrying out tasks based on the awareness and direction of the leader, encouraging employees in achieving the mission of the institution, encouraging employees to improve performance.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) memberikan pemahaman kepada guru akan pentingnya keteladanan karakter guru kepada siswanya; 2) meningkatkan pemahaman guru terkait penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah; 3) memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk memahami pentingnya pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Lokasi dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru SD yang ada di kecamatan turatea kabupaten jeneponto. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masarakat ini dengan kegiatan pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu melakukan observasi kepada mitra, memberikan pelatihandan pendampingan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatannya dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) guru memahami arti penting perlunya keteladan karakter guru kepada siswanya; 2) pemahaman guru terkait penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah meningkat melalui pelatihan yang berikan; 3) guru memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendidikan karakter disekolah.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services in schools is to support students in achieving the maturity of personality, social skills, academic skills, and leads to the formation of individual career maturity that can be useful in the future. Amanat Permendiknas 27 tahun 2008 is directed that counselor has competence in developing comprehensive guidance and counseling program, but  some  counselors do to design a comprehensive  program, Subjects of this study consist of students, teachers, subject teachers, parents and committee. This study use the Research and Development (R & D) methode. Direct technique of data collection through interviews, documentation and assessment scale studies. The results of the research, guidance and counseling teachers do not understand the concept of comprehensive guidance and counseling. Conclusion the results of the study, model of comprehensive guidance and counseling conditions of school in Indonesia development, of the effective before preparing guidance and counseling programs, guidance and counseling teachers This model is become a reference it will be developed in several advanced research such as testing the effectiveness of the program model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to recognize the difference of students' learning motivation in taking mathematics lesson before and after the application of Emotive Rational Counseling. This research includes quantitative research. Sample of the research was 30 students. It was selected by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaire. It was then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and t-test. The result of this research obtained an experimental subject before taking Emotive Rational counseling of which average value was equal to 61,03. It indicates that the level of student's motivation to participate in math lesson is in low category. After the treatment of Emotive Rational counseling, it obtained an average result of 82.86. It denotes that the students' motivation level is in high category. From the t-test it obtained the value of tcount of 14.620, while the ttable value at the level of significance is 5 percent with dk = 29 of 2.045. It states that the research hypothesis was rational emotive counseling therapy can increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: Stress Management with Islamic and Psychological Approachthis article discusses stress management with an Islamic and psychological approach. Stress can be experienced by everyone regardless of socio-economic background. If stress causes a person to suffer from both physical and mental disorders, such as nausea, diarrhea, anxiety, decreased memory, and fatigue, then this includes negative stress termed distress. Stress that causes an increase in achievement motivation and performance, resulting in innovation and creativity, is called positive stress named eustress. The stress that requires management is the one that has a negative impact (distress) for those who experience it so that it is not prolonged and has a more serious impact. Various approaches and strategies are offered by experts to manage stress such as physiological, psychological and religious approaches. This study offers two approaches in managing stress, namely: (1) Islamic approach through remembrance, prayer, reading the Qur'an, and (2) psychological approach, namely time management, relaxation, meditation. These approaches have been empirically tested and proven effective in reducing stress experienced by individuals or groups. Abstrak: Pengelolaan Stress Dengan Pendekatan Islami dan PsikologiArtikel ini membahas tentang pengelolaan stres dengan pendekatan islami dan psikologis. Stres dapat dialami oleh setiap orang tanpa mengenal latar belakang sosial-ekonomi. Apabila stres itu menyebabkan seseorang menderita gangguan fisik maupun mental, seperti mual, diare, cemas, daya ingat menurun, dan kelelahan, hal tersebut termasuk stres negatif (negative stress) yang diistilahkan dengan distress. Stres yang menyebabkan peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja, menghasilkan karya inovasi dan kreativitas, disebut stres positif (positive stress) yang diistilahkan dengan eustress. Adapun stres yang membutuhkan pengelolaan adalah stres yang memberi dampak negatif (distress) bagi yang mengalaminya agar tidak berkepanjangan dan berdampak lebih serius. Berbagai pendekatan dan strategi yang ditawarkan para ahli untuk mengelola stres, seperti pendekatan fisiologis, pendekatan psikologis, dan pendekatan religius. Kajian ini menawarkan dua pendekatan dalam mengelola stres, yaitu: (1) pendekatan Islami melalui zikir, do’a, membaca al-Qur’an; dan (2) pendekatan psikologis, yaitu manajemen waktu, relaksasi, meditasi. Pendekatan-pendekatan tersebut telah melalui uji empiris dan terbukti efektif menurunkan tekanan stres yang dialami oleh individu atau kelompok.

Abstract

Abstract: Work Commitment, Islamic Work Culture, and Job Satisfaction as a determining factor Organizational Citizenship BehaviorThis study aims to analyze and prove: work commitment, Islamic work culture, employee job satisfaction as a determining factor organizational citizenship behavior at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 190 employees who had filled out the questionnaire. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires to a number of employees who are respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study in detail found and proved that: (1) work commitment has a positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) Islamic work culture has a positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior; and (3) employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This shows that the work commitment of employees, the created Islamic work culture, and job satisfaction felt by employees will give birth to organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of these findings provide an overview for institutions/organizations in general to increase commitment in carrying out work, apply the work culture that has been proclaimed, and strive to carry out work well in order to obtain satisfaction with the results achieved so that it has an impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstrak: Komitmen Kerja, Budaya Kerja Islami, dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Faktor Determinan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan: komitmen kerja, budaya kerja islami, kepuasan kerja pegawai sebagai faktor determinan organizational citizenship behavior pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 190 orang pegawai yang telah mengisi kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebar angket kepada sejumlah pegawai yang menjadi responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini secara rinci menemukan dan membuktikan bahwa: (1) komitmen kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (2) budaya kerja islami berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; dan (3) kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komitmen kerja dari para pegawai, budaya kerja islami yang tercipta, dan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh pegawai akan melahirkan organizational citizenship behavior.  Implikasi dari temuan ini memberikan gambaran kepada lembaga-lembaga/organisasi-organisasi pada umumnya untuk meningkatkan komitmen dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, menerapkan budaya kerja yang telah dicanangkan, dan berupaya untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik agar dapat memperoleh kepuasan terhadap hasil yang dicapai, sehingga berdampak pada organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The aims of this activity was to increase the understanding and skills of BK teachers at MA DDI Wal Irsyad, in designing and implementing guidance and counseling services in schools. The methods used are 1) Participants are provided with an understanding of the theories related to counseling and aspects being trained. Furthermore, guidance and counseling teachers are given assistance in designing the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, 2) After the training and mentoring activities are completed, the results are presented in the seminars, 3) at the final stage of program implementation in schools, monitoring and observation are also carried out for analysis as far as where the effectiveness of guidance services for students, this is done in the form of interviews with teacher representatives. The results of the activity: (a) the implementation of training and assistance in the implementation of guidance and counseling services was able to improve the competence of counseling teachers at MA DDI Wal Irsyad, Pangkep Regency (b) the resolution of problems faced by students based on the methods and strategies of guidance and counseling services that comply with standards which is determined.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa pgmi selama masa pandemi dimana yang menajdi latar belakang dari penelitian ini nadalah adanya paparan virus corona jenis SARS-CoV-2 sehingga menimnulkan masalah psikologis pada mahasiswa sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan dan stress.penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang didistribusikan kepada 150 mahasiswa pgmi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan temuan mahasiswa mengalami tingkat kecemasan di masa pandemi ini dengan persetase 50% merasakan sangat cemas, 30% merasa cemas, 15% merasa tidak cemas, dan 5 % merasakan sangat tidak cemas dengan kondisi pandemi yang terjadi sekarang ini. Munculnya kecemasan yang berlebihan atau axienty disosder lebih pada adanya rasa takut terinveksi atau tertular oleh virus corona ini serta keadaan pendapatan atau penghasilan keluarga yang mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to; (1) examine and analyze the influence of Madrasah head leadership, academic supervision, and functional training on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers (2) examine and analyze the influence of Madrasah head leadership on the performance of Madrasa Aliyah teachers (3) examine and analyze the effect of Madrasah head supervision on the performance of Mardasar Aliyah teachers (4) examine and analyze the effect of functional training on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in kabupaten Barru, and This research uses primary data and secondary data, primary data through a survey on Madrasah Aliyah in kabupaten Barru which was conducted from September to November 2020 with a population of 273 teachers from 12 Madrasah Aliyah. Determination of the sample using the slovin formula, which is 12 Madrasah Aliyah and 162 respondents were selected. Secondary data includes document data in Madrasah resulting from teacher performance assessments conducted by the head of Madrasah each year. The data analysis used is descriptive to explain and describe the research data, while the quantitative data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool with SPSS program. The results of this research, there are value (R2/r-square) of 0.976. Means that 97.6 percent of the independent variables are madrasah principal leadership, academic supervision, and functional training simultaneously affect the dependent variable on the performance of madrasah aliyah teachers and the rest is about 2.4% affect the other variables that are not included in this research. And variably, the leadership of the madrasah principal has a positive and significant effect on the performance of madrasah aliyah teachers in Barru by 96.9 percent, while the other 13.1 percent can be explained by other factors not examined in this research, and academic supervision has an effect positive and significant impact on teacher performance at madrasah aliyah in Barru. by 89.1 percent, while the other 10.9 percent can be explained by other factors, as well as, functional training has a significant effect on the performance of madrasah aliyah teachers in Barru by 72.1 percent, while the other 27.9 percent can be explained by other factors, and subsequently the leadership of the head of the state madrasah aliyah, and the implementation of academic supervision and functional training is better than private madrasah aliyah in Barru.
