Abstract

AbstractSilkworm (Tubifex sp). is a good natural food for ornamental fish. Silkworms contain about 57% protein and 13% fat. Silkworms are natural food for fish seeds that are highly nutritious. The problem is not knowing how to cultivate silkworms and the available land has not been utilized. The solutions offered are the use of yards for silkworm cultivation, methods of counseling activities and demonstration of silkworm cultivation, evaluation of knowledge and skills before and after the activity is carried out. The results of the evaluation were analyzed by means of a two-party t-test according to Sudjana (1992). The results of the analysis show that the average value of the knowledge and skill of the target audience for all questions asked before the activity and after the activity is carried out is significantly different. The average value of the knowledge level of the target audience for all questions asked before the activity was 7.3 and increased to 34.7 after the activity was carried out. Average value of the skill, the target audience for all questions asked before the activity was 7.1 and increased to 35.1 after the activity was carried out. The   pilot activity has installed as many as two silkworm racks, so that partners can optimize their yards into productive land.  Key word : silkworm; counselling; knowledge; skill

Abstract

Batakan Village, Panyipatan District, Tanah Laut Regency is one of the villages in South Kalimantan, which in addition to having natural tourism potential is also a fishing village. This study aims to analyze the impact of solid waste management on batakan beach water quality. Sampling at the location is taken by means of instantaneous sampling (grab sample). A misguided sample or grab sample is a sample taken directly from a body of water that is on the beach. The water quality sampling procedure uses the surface water sampling method in accordance with SNI 6989.57:2008, at the sampling point locations that have been determined purposively. Research parameters in the form of physics, namely temperature and brightness. Chemistry in the form of pH, Do, salinity, TSS, COD and BOD. Based on the results of water quality measurements obtained several parameters that meet the water quality standards for marine biota, namely the research parameters in the form of physics, namely temperature and brightness. Chemistry in the form of pH, DO, salinity, COD and BOD. Meanwhile, TSS does not meet the standards of the Decree of the State Minister of the Environment No. 51 in 2004.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji dan mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian variasi Vitamin C terhadap performa reproduksi ikan papuyu (Anabas testudineus BLOCH). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Basah Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru pada bulan Maret s/d Mei 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan Vitamin C 150 mg/kg pakan memberikan hasil terbaik dan berbeda sangat nyata dengan penambahan 100 mg/kg pakan, 50 mg/kg pakan dan 0 mg/kg pakan untuk parameter daya tetas telur dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva, sedangkan parameter lainnya diameter telur dan fekunditas tidak berbeda nyata. Suplementasi vitamin C 150 mg/kg pakan menghasilkan daya tetas telur tertinggi, yaitu 86,0% dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva tertinggi yaitu 77,0%. Pemberian Vitamin C dengan kadar di bawah 150 mg/kg pakan menghasilkan daya tetas telur di bawah 80% dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva di bawah 65%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model LENTERA untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) selama empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SDN 2 Banua Kepayang, yang berada di kelas V tahun akademik 2022/2023, memiliki 13 siswa, terdiri dari 5 perempuan dan 8 laki-laki, yang mengikuti kegiatan PTK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  Hasil belajar siswa pada pertemuan pertama mencapai 39% dengan kriteria Kurang Aktif dan meningkat pada pertemuan keempat menjadi 92% dengan kriteria Sangat Aktif. Pada pertemuan pertama, hasil belajar siswa mencapai 46% dengan ketuntasan klasikal, dan pada pertemuan keempat mencapai 100%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran LENTERA meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Feed is the main need, which accounts for 60-70% of the total aquaculture production costs. In general, fish farming groups (Pokdakan) depend on artificial feed. High feed prices are not balanced with the selling price of fish. This is because Pokdakan does not yet understand floating feed and the operational techniques of floating feed machines. This is a problem encountered, including in Pokdakan Papuyu Sakti. So that Pokdakan Papuyu Sakti members can increase production, feed quality and the sustainability of the use of floating feed, technical guidance is needed. The aim is to increase the ability to provide quality floating feed that is sufficient for cultivation activities. The scope of solutions offered is counseling, demonstration of machine use, and making floating feed. The partners' level of knowledge and skills were evaluated based on the Guttman Scale. The evaluation results show that the introduction of machines and the manufacture of floating feed have been successfully implemented, there has been an increase in knowledge understanding > 75% or an increase of seven times from the start of the activity. The skills of Pokdakan members in carrying out the practice of making floating food increased four times.
