Abstract

Pasar modal adalah sarana dimana publik berinvestasi dalam instrumen keuangan. Pada hakekatnya, hargasaham berfungsi sebagai pedoman bagi investor untuk membuat keputusan investasi. Beberapa faktor,termasuk faktor fundamental, psikologis, dan eksternal, dapat menyebabkan kenaikan harga saham. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih memahami dampak dari current ratio (X1), return on equity (X2),earning per share (X3), dan price to book value (X4) pada harga saham startup publik yang terdaftar diBEI selama periode dari 2018 hingga 2022. Dengan sengaja mengambil sampel tujuh bisnis yang berbeda.SPSS versi 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil nya bahwa faktor X1 danX2 memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Secara statistik periode 2018 hingga 2022, perusahaan rintisanyang terdaftar di BEI akan mengalami kenaikan harga saham., faktor X3 sehubungan dengan harga sahamstartup yang baru terdaftar, dan faktor X4 tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap hargasaham. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak, kualitas pelayanan, kewajiban moral dan sosialisasi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian menggunakan 104 responden sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana proses pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan google from kepada masyarakat ber KTP Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu uji statistik IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) Versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kesadaran wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan nilai thitung 0,827 < ttabel 1,983 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,410 > 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan nilai thitung 3,708 > ttabel 1,983 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kewajiban moral berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan nilai thitung 3,541 > ttabel 1,983 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Sosialisasi pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan nilai thitung 3,573 > ttabel 1,983 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganailisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Work Environment, Workload dan Burnout, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Pada Karyawan JNT EXPRESS Kota Rembang Tahun 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, variabel Work Environment dan Workload berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Burnout tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze human relations, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nasmoco Karangjati branch and the sample of this study were 72 respondents. This data collection by distributing questionnaires through online surveys. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this study is that human relations has no effect on employee performance. It can be seen based on the regression analysis that the human relations variable shows a significant value of 0.456, so H1 is thus rejected. Work discipline has no positive effect on employee performance. It can be seen based on the regression analysis that the work discipline variable shows a significant value of 0.486, so H2 is thus rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. It can be seen based on the regression analysis that the variable job satisfaction shows a significant value of 0.001, so H3 is accepted. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis human relation, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nasmoco cabang Karangjati dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 72 responden. Pengumpulan data ini dengan cara menyebar kuesioner melalui survey online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah  human relation tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan analisis regresi bahwa variabel human relation menunjukan nilai signifikan 0,456, maka dengan demikian H1 di tolak. Disiplin kerja tidak  berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan analisis regresi bahwa variabel disiplin kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,486, maka dengan demikian H2 ditolak. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan analisis regresi bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,001,  maka dengan demikian H3 diterima

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Human Resource Capacity, Work Effectiveness and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Service in Pemalang Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 63 respondents. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used a saturated sample of 63 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis techniques. The primary data that has been obtained is then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the capacity of Human Resources has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen by a test of 2.146 and a significance of 0.036 <0.05. Work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen by the t test of 8.148 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen by the t-test of 3.304 and a significance value of 0.02 <0.05. Human Resource Capacity, Work Effectiveness, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, it can be seen from the F test that the calculated F value is 37,995 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Efektivitas Kerja dan Lingkungn Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Pemalang. Peneliian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 63 responden. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 63 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yairu teknik analisis linear berganda. Data primer yang telah diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan alat analisi data IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat uji sebesar 2,146 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,036 < 0,05. Efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat uji t  sebesar 8,148 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat uji t hitung sebesar sebesar 3,304  dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,02 < 0,05. Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Efektivitas Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara silmutan dapat dilihat uji F dihasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 37.995 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 .

Abstract

Abstract : This research journal aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Loyalty variables on Brand Equity on iPhone smartphone users in Blado Village, Blado District, Batang Regency. This research is based on the decline in sales of iPhone smartphones in Indonesia between 2019 and 2021. This type of research is a quantitative study. The population used in this study were iPhone smartphone users in Batang Regency. The sampling technique uses the Ancient RAO Formula which determines as many as 100 samples. The results of hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of the hypothesis testing show that the brand image variable has a significant effect on brand equity, brand awareness variable has a significant effect on brand equity, and brand loyalty has a significant effect on brand equity. The relationship between the three has a positive and significant influence on the iPhone smartphone brand equity. Abstrak : Jurnal penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Brand Image, Brand Awareness, dan Brand Loyalty Terhadap Brand Equity pada pengguna smartphone iPhone di Desa Blado, Kecamatan Blado, Kabupaten Batang.  Penelitian ini didasari dengan adanya penurunan penjualan smartphone iPhone di Indonesia  antara tahun  2019 dan 2021. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone iPhone di Kabupaten Batang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  Rumus RAO Purba yang menetapkan sebanyak 100 sampel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan  aplikasi SmartPLS  3. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa  variabel brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, variabel brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, dan brand loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity. Hubungan ketigannya memilki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand equity smartphone iPhone.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, career guidance, and self-efficacy on work readiness among 2020 PGRI Semarang University students. The study utilized primary data collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to 100 respondents who were purposively selected. The sampling technique employed was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, targeting students from PGRI University Semarang who enrolled in 2020. The variables examined in this research included work competency, career guidance, and selfefficacy as independent variables, and work readiness as the dependent variable. The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant influence of work competency on the work readiness of PGRI University Semarang students. This indicates that students with higher levels of competency are better prepared to face the demands of the job market. Similarly, career guidance was found to have a positive and significant impact on work readiness, underscoring the importance of structured and effective career support services in enhancing students’ employability. Furthermore, self-efficacy also demonstrated a positive and significant influence on work readiness, suggesting that students who believe in their abilities are more confident and prepared to enter the workforce. Overall, this research highlights the critical roles of competency, career guidance, and self-efficacy in shaping the work readiness of university students. The findings provide valuable insights for higher education institutions to develop targeted interventions aimed at improving these factors, thereby equipping students to successfully transition into the professional world.

Abstract

This study departs from findings which show that communication in the company does not appear to be going well, this can be seen from the lack of employees being invited to discuss, and the absence of a forum to convey employee complaints, lack of contribution from each other and maximum work commitment. Apart from that, there is a Research Gap between Team Work on Employee Performance, and Team Communication on Employee Performance, and the phenomenon of Employee Labor Turnover Levels at PT. Victory International Futures Semarang which is based on company data.Departing from these problems, this research was prepared based on the role of loyalty as a mediator of team work and team communication on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population used in this research were all employees, namely 105 employees at PT Victory International Futures Semarang. Testing was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) measurements.The test results show that the team work variable has a positive effect on loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.019), the team communication variable has a positive effect on loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.000), the loyalty variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a P-Value value amounting to (0.006), the team work variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.000), the team communication variable has less influence on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.135), the team work variable has no effect on employee performance through loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.144), while the team communication variable influences employee performance through loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.007).
