Abstract

This research investigates the adoption of the Merdeka Mengajar application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) framework. The study aims to identify the factors influencing teachers' behavioral intentions and usage behavior regarding this educational technology platform. A total of 383 teachers from various levels in Malang were sampled from a broader population of 8,936. Statistical analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis techniques. The findings suggest that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, and price value significantly influence behavioral intention. However, facilitating conditions and habit do not show a direct significant impact on use behavior. These results indicate that while technological support such as infrastructure and internet access is necessary, it alone may not be enough to motivate consistent usage without internal factors like perceived usefulness or enjoyment of the app. Moreover, the habitual use of new technology may require additional support and time before it can significantly affect behavior. This study contributes valuable insights into the adoption of educational technologies, especially in the Indonesian context, where digital learning platforms are increasingly being integrated into teaching practices. Future research may explore how ongoing support and user experience improvements can further enhance the app's adoption.

Abstract

Industri agrowisata di Indonesia terus berkembang dengan berbagai tantangan, termasuk pengelolaan kerjasama dengan mitra bisnis yang sering kali dilakukan secara manual, sehingga tidak efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Perusahaan Agrowisata XYZ, salah satu destinasi terkemuka di Jawa Timur, menghadapi kendala dalam hal keterbatasan akses data, lambatnya proses administrasi, serta kurangnya transparansi dalam evaluasi kinerja kerjasama. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi terintegrasi berbasis web untuk mendukung pengelolaan kerjasama secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengelolaan data, pemantauan aktivitas, dan evaluasi kinerja dengan fitur utama yang mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dengan pengurangan waktu pengajuan dari 3–5 hari menjadi 1 jam, dan akses data dari 30 menit menjadi kurang dari 2 menit. Survei kepuasan pengguna menghasilkan skor rata-rata 4,7 dari 5, menunjukkan respons positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Dengan hasil ini, sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung kolaborasi bisnis dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik di Perusahaan Agrowisata XYZ, serta menjadi model bagi sektor lain dalam digitalisasi manajemen kerjasama.

Abstract

An online complaint application has been launched to bridge the aspirations, complaints, and grievances of the community to the municipal government of Malang. This application is used to facilitate the public in submitting their complaints with the hope of receiving prompt responses and immediate follow-up actions. Although the online complaint application can be accessed by users, in reality, the administrators responding to public complaints still undergo a very lengthy process, and some complaints are left unanswered. There are many obstacles, both within and outside the system, suspected to be the causes of the slow response by administrators to public complaints. For example, the lack of a super administrator, budget constraints, frequent personnel turnover in the Diskominfo apparatus, some regional devices lacking synchronization, and challenges related to commitment guidance and inadequate socialization. This is due to many operational and managerial aspects that may not have been running as they should. Therefore, an evaluation of the success factors of the use of the online complaint system needs to be conducted using the HOT-Fit Model (Human Organization Technology—Net Benefits). The aim of this research is to identify the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the online complaint system.

Abstract

Mapala (Mahasiswa Pecinta Alam) is a talent interest organization with outdoor activities. When going to do Mapala activities often lending equipment between Mapala organizations. Mapala organization has various activities such as mountain climbing, rock climbing, cave caving, and rafting. Each of these activities requires supporting equipment. Every natural activity, Mapala Organization often lends equipment in every existing Mapala Organization, related to equipment owned by every Mapala Organization in Malang City is incomplete and different. Related to Mapala it is necessary to have an information system to facilitate the process of borrowing equipment, in order to facilitate the borrowing of equipment and facilitate the recording of loan transactions. To fulfill the above needs, it is necessary to design a loan information system. This loan system is made using the PHP programming language through the CodeIgniter framework, and also MySQL which is used as a storage database. Facilities in this system include processing member data, lending transactions and replacements.

Abstract

Control of raw material stocks is very important in supporting the production process, however, if the control of raw material stocks is not properly controlled, it will have an impact on dead stock and shortages of raw materials which will result in delays in the production process and a decrease in the selling price of these materials. This problem is currently occurring at the CV Style Promo Collection, which is experiencing this problem and requires a system to help control raw material stocks so that the current problems can be resolved with the system to be created, to increase the level of success in controlling raw material stocks. The economic order quantity method is used in the process of calculating the number of raw materials that must be ordered at that time. From the creation of this new system, we can manage the stock of raw materials properly because the process of ordering raw materials has been determined by automatic calculation and there is information about stock safety and when to reorder.

Abstract

The cashflow statement provides management information in the form of cash receipts and use within the company, which is stated as one of the main financial statements that must be prepared for economic decision making. The cash flow report presents cash inflows and cash outflows within a company. The cash flow statement consists of three activities, namely operating, investing and financing cash flows. PT. Tirta Kencana Mulia is a company engaged in services and trading. In the service sector, the company is engaged in professional activities as a business consultant, in addition to trading, this company sells on a large scale electronic equipment, security equipment and computer equipment. Problems owned by PT. Tirta Kencana Mulia, which is a discrepancy in the financial statements with the actual conditions that makes the Top Management unable to predict whether the company's finances are doing well or not. This makes the company to plan in the use of information technology in the form of a system, which can accommodate financial management activities according to the formulated SOP. To be able to realize the system, it is necessary to do software engineering with the waterfall method, because the waterfall has advantages when user needs are stable and do not change like the conditions at PT. Tirta Kencana Mulia. In testing the system, the author uses the Blackbox Testing method where this system will be tested functionally whether it is as expected or not. Based on the results of these tests the authors can draw the conclusion that with this system it can facilitate top management in making decisions.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menuntut adanya layanan yang responsif dan berkualitas, salah satunya melalui sistem helpdesk berbasis web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan helpdesk.ubhinus.ac.id dengan menggunakan metode E-SERVQUAL termodifikasi, yang disesuaikan dengan konteks layanan digital internal kampus. Penelitian ini mengkaji delapan dimensi layanan, yaitu efisiensi, pemenuhan, keandalan, privasi, daya tanggap, kompensasi, kontak, dan keramahan, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna aktif sistem helpdesk dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan masing-masing dimensi terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, faktor pemenuhan, keandalan, daya tanggap, dan keramahan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sementara itu, faktor efisiensi, privasi, kompensasi, dan kontak tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, seluruh dimensi yang diuji memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan sistem helpdesk di institusi pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Sasirangan is a traditional Banjar cloth craft originating from South Kalimantan. Apart from being a cultural heritage, sasirangan also has the potential to support the local economy, which by preserving this traditional art can create job opportunities and improve the livelihoods of sasirangan artisans, as well as help maintain the sustainability of local economic activities and provide added value to cultural tourism. However, there are still many people in South Kalimantan who do not know the process behind making sasirangan, which is one of the reasons for not having the opportunity to learn or follow the practice of making sasirangan from school activities, community activities and so on. Therefore, the design of a short documentary video on the process of making sasirangan was carried out as a solution. This research uses the Design Thinking method as a design procedure. Data collection was carried out by means of literature studies, questionnaires, observations, and interviews. This research resulted in the design of short documentary videos as the main media, which were distributed using the Youtube platform, as well as several supporting media as tools to attract the target audience. Based on the testing conducted with the target audience, this documentary video is deemed suitable as an educational medium. Therefore, future research should include an in-depth analysis of specific aspects of the video that are most effective in supporting learning, such as duration, presentation style, and the use of multimedia.Keywords: Sasirangan, Video, Documentary, EducationAbstrakSasirangan merupakan kerajinan kain tradisional suku Banjar yang berasal dari Kalimantan Selatan. selain sebagai warisan budaya, sasirangan juga memiliki potensi untuk mendukung ekonomi lokal, yang mana dengan melestarikan seni tradisional ini dapat menciptakan peluang kerja dan meningkatkan mata pencaharian para pengrajin sasirangan, serta membantu menjaga keberlanjutan kegiatan ekonomi lokal dan memberikan nilai tambah pada pariwisata budaya. Akan tetapi, masih banyak masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan yang belum mengetahui bagaimana proses dibalik pembuatan sasirangan, yang mana salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak sempat mempelajari atau mengikuti praktek pembuatan sasirangan baik dari kegiatan sekolah, komunitas dan sebagainya. Maka dari itu, perancangan video pendek dokumenter proses pembuatan sasirangan dilakukan sebagai solusi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Design Thinking sebagai prosedur perancangan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, kuisioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan video dokumenter pendek sebagai media utama, yang disebarkan dengan memanfaatkan platform Youtube, serta beberapa media pendukung sebagai alat bantu untuk menarik target audiens. Abstract

Transportasi adalah proses pengiriman atau pendistribusian komoditas yang dihasilkan suatu perusahaan dari sumber tujuan (pabrik) ke tempat tujuan (gudang / lokasi penjualan). Proses pengiriman barang merupakan proses penting yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan, sebab tanpa adanya pola pengiriman barang yang baik dan tepat berakibat pada tingginya biaya tranportasi. Metode North-west Corner dan Stepping Stone adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan proses trasnportasi untuk menghasilkan biaya total dan biaya total optimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan biaya tarnsportasi distribusi pengiriman barang pada Galeri Bimasakti menggunakan metode north-west corner dan stepping stone. Galeri Bimasakti merupakan salah satu usaha bergerak di bidang industri penjualan furniture dan memiliki pabrik di dua kota yaitu Jepara dan Sidoarjo serta memiliki tiga lokasi penjualan di Karangploso, Batu dan Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data dan pembuatan program. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari studi literature dan pustaka, survey dan wawancara obyek penelitian. Setelah menganalisis data, langkah selanjutnya membuat program atau aplikasi berbasis desktop. Hasil yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk memberikan sarana pada Galeri Bimasakti berupa program atau aplikasi perhitungan biaya distribusi produk dari pabrik ke lokasi penjualan. Biaya  pengiriman barang yang sudah dihitung dalam program dapat tersimpan dengan baik dan aman pada program atau aplikasi. AbstractTransportation is closely related to the process of distributing products from one or several origin to one or several destinations. The destination can be a factory that produce a commodity while the others can be a sales or warehouse location. Product distribution have very important part in a company or organization because without a excellence and appropriate distribution design, the distribution process could be inefficiency and causes huge impact such as very high costs, waste in terms of time, distance, and energy. The North-west Corner and Stepping Stone method is the method used to complete the transportation process to find optimum total costs and total costs. This study aims to implement the distribution cost of shipping goods to the Bimasakti Gallery using the north-west corner and stepping stone methods. Bimasakti Gallery is one of the businesses engaged in the furniture sales industry and has factories in two cities, Jepara and Sidoarjo and has three sales locations in Karangploso, Batu and Malang. The research methodology used are analysis and design. The analysis method  used consists of literature studies, field surveys and interviews with research objects. While the design method uses desktop-based object design. Expected result from this study is providing an application to  facilities the Bimasakti Gallery for calculate product distribution costs from the factory to the sales location. It will stored safely because the shipping cost data is stored in the system.

Abstract

Service quality is crucial to the service providers to maintain markets in the long run. Good service quality will earn customers’ positive feedback. This research is conducted to find out and explain whether there a significant correlation between service quality, customers’ value, customers’ satisfaction and customers’ loyalty.  This  research  utilizes  Partial  Least  Square  (PLS)  technic analysis combined with hypothesis testing to examine the effect of the treatment to the determined variables. This research uses explanatory research with 60 sampel in health pediatric clinic Malang. Sampling technique used probability sampling with sistematic sampling approaching. The findings of the research indicate that service quality retains a significant effect to the customers’ value, customers’ satisfaction and customers’ loyality.  The customers’   value   correlates   significantly to the  customers’ satisfaction and customers’ loyality. The customers’ satisfaction correlates not significantly to the customers’ loyalty. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) disertai dengan pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel   penelitian   yang   telah   ditentukan.   Penelitian   menggunakan   jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang pada salah satu klinik kesehatan anak di kota Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probabilty sampling dengan pendekatan sistematic sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Nilai pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Kata kunci : kualitas layanan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan, loyalitas pelanggan dan klinik kesehatan anak.
