Abstract

Increasing public awareness in the running of living according Islamic religious rules, this affects consumer buying behavior. Consumers become selective in buying non food and food products with regards halal label. Promotion strategies are applied producers of halal products for positive impact of advertising messages can be delivered is primarily to use celebrities who have religious impression on her. The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of halal label and celebrity endroses toward  Purchase Decision. The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using systematic random sampling. The size of samples determined 30  people. Population in this study is customers wardah who studied Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Empirical data was collected through survey methodology. Data has been analyzed through Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA).  The findings of the study show: 1) Halal label significantly effect on Purchase Decision 2) Celebrity Endorser significantly effect on Purchase Decision. Limitations: The data for the study has been collected through one cluster only. However for the purpose of generalization insights from other significant clusters should be collected. The study should be replicated in other cities of the country to have more indiscriminate findings.

Abstract

The amount of convenience and functionality of the use of digital media encourages people or businessmen in the world to use digital media in all of activities. Another function of the use of digital media is branding, sharing, promoting, and marketing. The development of internet and information technology is also a great influence on the development in promoting the products. To achieve those objectives, the activity is carried out by workshop method in the form such as delivery of material, discussion, and simulation and practice the use of digital marketing. This activity is concerned for young entrepreneurs in Ponorogo. There are several criteria classified by author intended to young entrepreneurs. First, young entrepreneurs being objectives are those aged between 15-35 years. Second, they are neither a  member of community nor incorporated with associations of entrepreneur in Ponorogo. Furthermore,  they were still running the business, particularly in marketing the products by using conventional or traditional way. Through this activity, those young entrepreneur groups will have better understanding about the importance of using internet media in enhancing business competitiveness. The majority participants gave positive feedback on the implementation of this public service activity.

Abstract

Komputer telah menjadi instrumen penting pada setiap individu maupun organisasi. Penggunaan komputer terkadang memiliki efek samping yang tidak menyenangkan. Sejumlah mahasiswa diketahui mempunyai phobia dalam menggunakan komputer. Mahasiswa harus mempunyai efikasi diri yang tinggi untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut. Pada akhirnya akan berdampak pula pada kinerja akademik mahasiswa. Peneliti ingin memfokuskan pada antesenden dari Academic Performance. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memperjelas pengaruh Computer Anxiety terhadap Computer Self Efficacy pada ruang lingkup pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang berstatus mahasiswa. Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada mahasiswa yang telah melakukan perkuliahan secara daring. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasil penelitian membuktikan semua hubungan variabel yang diuji positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pencemaran lingkungan dari limbah minyak goreng adalah permasalahan yang terjadi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Kupuk. Pem¬buangan limbah minyak jelantah secara terus menerus dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi ling¬kungan hidup dan kelangsungan kehidupan manusia. Melalui kegiatan ini kami memberikan pelatihan tentang pengolahan limbah terutama minyak jelantah. Bentuk pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah adalah menjadi lilin aroma terapi. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui seminar dan demonstrasi secara langsung. Kami bermitra dengan ibu-ibu PKK. Kegiatan ini sekaligus sebagai wahana untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah, dan sebagai forum untuk bertukar pikiran dalam pengelolaan pencemaran lingkungan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini yaitu mitra memperoleh keterampilan baru yang berpotensi juga dapat membuka lapangan kerja untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya warga Desa Kupuk, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Abstract: Environmental pollution from cooking oil waste is a problem that occurs in all parts of Indonesia, including in the village of Kupuk. Continuous disposal of used cooking oil waste can have a negative impact on the environment and the continuity of human life. Through this activity we provide training on waste processing, especially used cooking oil. The form of processing waste cooking oil is to make aromatherapy candles. The method of activity is carried out through seminars and direct demonstrations. We partner with PKK mothers. This activity is also a vehicle for increasing knowledge and insight in waste cooking oil processing, and as a forum for exchanging ideas on environmental pollution management. The end result of this activity is that partners acquire new skills that have the potential to open up employment opportunities to improve the welfare of the community, especially the residents of Kupuk Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Marketing Strategies with utilize Advancement of Information Technology have impact financially efficient and practically process, with using social media can create the best result. Promoting business using social media which are free cost and can attract new customers social media user, this things very suitable if applied in SME (Small Medium Enterprises) business. This research aims to explore the utilization of social media as marketing strategy for Small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Qualitative approach with the case study is used as research design. Researchers using in-depth interview to the owner of Meiyu Aiko in Malang. The results showed that the Marketing Strategy through social media and website for the promotion of costum rent’s service in Malang can build a strong relationship between management of Meiyu Aiko with consumers both online and offline. Promotional activities can easily provide brand awareness and can be transmitted by social media followers to users of other social media. This research also emphasize social media as online advertising that could be used as marketing strategy in today’s digital era.

Abstract

Work Family Conflict (WFC) has been discussed extensively in the literature on work and family relations in the last four decades. The social crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic is believed to have doubled the burden on women. The purpose of the study is the development of various previous studies on how WFC affects Work Stress and Employee Performance, especially for the female workforce. This research approach uses a quantitative paradigm with a survey method. The population in this study were all sales assistants, salespeople, and female shop employees who work at Big Mall Samarinda. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study prove that WFC provides a great stimulus to female workers related to work stress which will ultimately determine employee performance.Work Family Conflict (WFC) telah dibahas secara ekstensif dalam literatur tentang hubungan kerja dan keluarga dalam empat dekade terakhir. Krisis sosial selama pandemi Covid-19 diyakini melipatgandakan beban wanita. Tujuan penelitian adalah pengembangan dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya tentang bagaimana WFC mempengaruhi Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan, khususnya bagi tenaga kerja wanita. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pramuniaga, sales, dan karyawan toko wanita yang bekerja di Big Mall Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan formula Lemeshow. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa WFC  memberikan stimulus yang besar kepada tenaga kerja wanita terkait Stres Kerja yang pada akhirnya akan menentukan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Human life daily inseparable with litter. Various activities can create waste, all activities at, households the office, the restaurant, the market, tourist attractions etc. Garbage distinguished into the organic and inorganic. Both of these types of this garbage has the potential to pollute the environment. The waste problem may arise in urban areas or rural. Therefore need to find a solution waste management comprehensively, integrated, economical, efficient, and safe for the environment, and able to change the community. Method takakura first introduced in 2004 in the city surabaya by the japanese named Koji Takakura. The program aims to bring skills to the community in managing and processing waste with simple.This activity also as a receptacle for gave them knowledge and insight of management manner of manage process trash. It is also as a forum to discuss of methods of takakura. and applied by the community. The final result of this activity is to raise public awareness to manage and process waste and increasing economic value, garbage in the village Ngunut.

Abstract

The concept of green marketing has been widely accepted in both of academic and practical areas. This concept encompass all marketing activities developed to stimulate and maintain environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors. Companies can use the concept of green marketing in formulating strategies to gain the competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Green Trust, Green Price, and Eco Brand on Purchase Decisions (Survey on Consumers of Eiger Products in Ponorogo Regency). By using accidental sampling technique, this research uses 100 customers of Eiger as respondents. The analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. This study proves that Green Trust, Green Price and Eco Brand have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the case of Eiger Product in Ponorogo, the concept of green marketing is proven to be able to improve purchasing decision. The increasing of green marketing carried out by the company will further increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Background: The integration of Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is still in need of improvement, particularly in studies examining individual behavior in Indonesian e-commerce context. A common challenge in e-commerce adoption is individual willingness and intention to adopt, which is influenced by previous user experience. Consequently, there is a need for the establishment of standard to measure user experience in e-commerce.  Objective: This study aims to measure the post-adoption experience of e-commerce user, which will shape attitude and influence future continuance intention (CI).  Methods: This study integrated SOR and TAM frameworks, followed by the collection and analysis of data from 263 respondents using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Among the four hypotheses proposed, two represented novel contributions to the existing literature.  Results: The results showed a positive and significant influence of Interaction Experience (IE), Sense Experience (SE), and Flow Experience (FE) on Attitude Toward Using (ATU). The data analysis also indicated a positive and significant effect of ATU on Continuance Intention (CI). However, the influence of ATU on CI became insignificant when moderated by Shopping Orientation (SO).  Conclusion: Based on the results, not all hypotheses proposed in this study are supported. However, the results provide both theoretical and practical contributions.  Keywords: SOR, TAM, User Experience, Continuance Intention, e-commerce

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh dari Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, Asosiasi Merek dan Loyalitas Merek terhadap Minat Pembelian dan Proses Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research. Metode pengambilan data teknik survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel sistematis acak (systematic random sampling), sehingga diperoleh sampel sebesar 100 orang responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Smartphone merek BlackBerry yang mengunjungi Malang Plaza di Kota malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analisys, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kesadaran Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 2) variabel Persepsi Kualitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 3) variabel Asosiasi Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 4) variabel Loyalitas Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 5) variabel Kesadaran Merek tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 6) variabel Persepsi Kualitas  memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 7) variabel Asosiasi Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 8) variabel Loyalitas Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 9) variabel Minat Pembelian memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian.   Kata kunci: Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, Asosiasi Merek, Loyalitas Merek, Minat Pembelian, Proses Keputusan Pembelian.   The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association and Brand Loyalty toward Purchase Intention and Purchase Decision Process. Population in this study is  Customers BlackBerry Smartphone who visited Malang Plaza in Malang. The data is analyzed by using Path Analisys . The findings of this study show: 1) Brand Awareness significant effect on Purchase Intention. 2) Perceived Quality significant effect on Purchase Intention. 3) Brand Association significant effect on Purchase Intentio. 4) Brand Loyalty significant effect on Purchase Intention. 5) Brand Awareness did not bring any significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. 6) Perceived Quality significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. 7) Brand Association significant effect on Purchase Decision Proces. 8) Brand Loyalty significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. 9) Purchase Intention significant effect on Purchase Decision Process.
