Abstract

Research related to Art Therapy on an international scale increases every year. Several studies identified its development through a bibliometric approach referring to various scientific areas. Research generally describes things that are contextual with visual arts-based scientific products as artistic therapies. On the other hand, this development is supported by technological advances, including Augmented Reality (AR). AR is a technology that allows users to gain additional insight into reality from a situation needed. The correlation between art therapy and AR is a fundamental research platform for research teams in developing learning media for people with disabilities. So that literacy analysis is needed related to the two objects of study. This study will review the literacy characteristics of previous research with the aim of gaining objective insight into AR media for learning for people with disabilities. The method used is a literature study with a Bibliometric Analysis approach adopting the five-stage method from Denyer and Tranfield (2009). Research output in the form of data recommendations and concepts that are of novelty value according to user needs.

Abstract

Creative Business of Difabel Community or CIDCO is a creative business community parents and children with disabilities, especially mentally and intellectually, in the form of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). These persons with disabilities are managed by their parents, so the management concept of CIDCO is family based. This is in accordance with with the government’s mission as stated in the Law of Disabilities no. 8 of 2016. In practice, parents find it difficult to understand the flow of production management, especially in terms of design concepts, technical manuals or digital visual asset creation. So we need tutorial media with methods that are effective and easy to understand, because the characteristics of parents are still unfamiliar with these three aspects. As the first step, this research aims to design UI/UX as the basic aspect of the tutorial scope includes user compatibility analysis, human computer interaction and UI/UX prototypes. The research method with experimental specifications, where the prototype will be tested on the user so that it can be determined as the basis for the next research, namely the develpoment of tutorial media in the form of an application.

Abstract

Abstract

The main aim behind this empirical research is to investigate the impact of the adoption of the supply chain financial solutions on the supply chain financial flows of manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. In addition to that the study has also investigated the moderating role of cash conversion cycle in the relationship between supply chain financial solutions and supply chain financial flows. To achieve the objective of the study we have employed the panel data method and have used the linear repression and hierarchical regression techniques. The final sample comprise of 756 firm year observations over the period of 6 years from 2012-2017.teh findings of the study have shown an agreement with the proposed findings of the study. The cash conversion cycle appears as strong moderator. In author knowledge this is among few pioneering studies on this issue and will be helpful for future policy makings.

Abstract

The supply chain management is an emerging discipline, which during the course of three decades has emerged from an operational function to a competitive strategy. The authors have employed different theoretical models to explain the success factors of supply chain management. The current study is carried out to explain the relationship between HR practices and supply chain performance. In addition to that the current study, is also interested in finding the impact of organizational culture in the relationship between a set of HR practices and supply chain performance. To achieve the research objectives, we have employed two step smart PLS technique, which is one of the robust SEM technique of recent times. We have used the smart PLS as statistical tool to achieve the research objectives the data by mean of an adapted survey instrument in the form of questionnaire is collectedfrom the operation and finance managers of Indonesian manufacturing firms. The results of the current study are providing support to the hypothesized results. The direct and indirect relations appear positive and significant. The current study which in author knowledge is among few pioneering studies on this issue, will be helpful for financial experts, operation managers, academicians, researchers and other policy makers in formulating policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a sensor-based vocational learning module that is appropriate for neurodivergent individuals, such as those with autism, as well as those who are enrolled in the LPK ATC Widyatama Program Desain Grafis. This module integrates sensor-based learning strategies and natural stimulation to increase students' understanding and engagement. Drawing from Ayres' theory of sensor integration, Vygotsky's theory of sociocultural education, and TPACK's work ethics, this module aims to improve cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning. This study employs a qualitative case study methodology based on Design Thinking principles, which helps students understand the learning context. Interviews, artifact analysis, and observation are used to assess the learning process and results. The study's findings indicate that individualized sensory stimulation, such as visual references from movies, television shows, and video games, helps consumers develop ideas into products' graphic design. Among the things that are discussed are individual accommodations and the improvement of the instructional environment. This study offers a starting point for vocational education with recommendations for more comprehensive sensor integration.
