Abstract

Quality of Work Life (QWL) merupakan variabel penting bagi sumber daya manusia. Semakin baik QWL diduga dapat meningkatkan pula produktivitas kerja. Masa pendemi yang memaksa beberapa instansi untuk melakukan Work from Home (WfH) membuat dosen wanita di lingkungan Untirta memiliki kegiatan yang multitasking dengan pekerjaan domestik rumah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar QWL dan Produktivitas dosen wanita di lingkungan Untirta semasa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Kedua variabel diuraikan pada beberapa indikator. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian, didapatkan indikator ketiga pada variabel QWL tidak valid, maka tidak diikutsertakan dalam pengukuran skor QWL. Hasil penelitan menyatakan skor pengukuran untuk variabel QWL adalah 169,938 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Skor hasil pengukuran variabel Produktivitas adalah 159,571 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kata kunci (keywords): Pengukuran, QWL, Produktivitas

Abstract

The globalization of free trade has caused imported food to become an alternative consumption because of the ease of consumption, such as fast food. Wheat demand fluctuates due to increased demand for making wheat flour by factories around the port area. Indonesia, which does not have productive wheat plantations, imports to meet national needs. The stakeholders in the wheat supply and distribution chain are the ports where transport ships from abroad dock. In the Banten region, the Cigading port is a loading and unloading port for wheat, corn and other agricultural grain commodities. Partner companies manage the delivery of farm commodities from loading and unloading with the help of transportation modes such as trucks, trains and conveyors for factories around the port. Imported wheat from country A is docked at the port, the loading and unloading process and delivered to several warehouses between the dry warehouse at the port and the surrounding factory warehouse. The method of transporting wheat commodities is by trucks and trains when shipping. The research aimed to optimize the number of grain truck transportation modes so that minimum distribution costs per truck can be obtained using the integer linear programming method. Minimize total distribution costs of $435.5, with truck routes sending wheat to dry warehouses inside the port and factory warehouses outside the port 12 times back and forth. That is caused by weather, long loading and unloading times, limited transportation capacity, and irregular truck queues. Keywords: distribution costs, imported, truck ration, wheat, wheat flour

Abstract

Facility layout design has become increasingly connected with sustainability-oriented manufacturing because layout decisions influence material handling, energy efficiency, environmental impact, and human factors. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review to map the development of Sustainable Facility Layout research. Publications were retrieved from Scopus using the keywords “Sustainable Facility Layout,” “Sustainable Layout,” and “Sustainable Systematic Layout.” From 24 initial records, 14 relevant articles were selected and analyzed using VOSviewer version 1.6.20 with the Association Strength normalization method. The keyword co-occurrence analysis identified 205 keywords, which were filtered into 16 relevant keywords and five thematic clusters. The results show that current research is dominated by energy efficiency, environmental impact, sustainability, and layout optimization, while machine learning, Genetic Algorithm, and multi-objective optimization are emerging as intelligent optimization approaches. The findings also indicate that economic and social effects remain less explored than environmental and operational dimensions. This review contributes by presenting an integrated taxonomy of Sustainable Facility Layout studies and identifying future research directions related to AI-driven optimization, digital twin-based layout systems, carbon-aware facility planning, and human-centric sustainable manufacturing.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur dengan hasil produknya adalah baja. Kegiatan perawatan memegang peranan penting. Perusahaan perlu melakukan penjadwalan perawatan mesin secara teratur. Penelitian ini berfokus pada unit produksi CTCM (Continuous Tandem Cold Mill ) yang memiliki breakdown time yang tinggi. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan pola kerusakan dan nilai MTBF (mean time between failure), menghitung nilai reliabilitas dan availabilitas dengan corrective maintenance, menentukan waktu preventive maintenance  dan reliabilitas sistem berdasarkan reliability block diagram, serta menentukan availabilitas setelah dilakukan preventive maintenance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reliability block diagram (RBD). Hasil  perhitungan menunjukkan semakin kecil nilai MTBF dari suatu mesin, maka frekuensi kerusakan semakin banyak pada mesin tersebut. Semakin besar nilai reliabilitas mesin maka semakin besar nilai availabilitasnya. Semakin banyak frekuensi kerusakan yang dialami mesin maka diperlukan perawatan mesin yang rutin. Nilai reliabilitas setiap mesin yang meningkat mempengaruhi persentase reliabiltas sistem. Dibandingkan dengan corrective maintenance, jadwal preventive maintenance yang diusulkan meningkatkan nilai availabilitas mesin sebesar 21,18%.

Abstract

Besarnya permintaan air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) di Indonesia, mendorong produksi air minum dalam kemasan yang beraneka ragam. Selain merek yang sudah terbiasa ditemui oleh masyarakat, di beberapa daerah mempunyai produk air minum dalam kemasan sendiri, seperti produk air minum Baros, yang terdapat di Serang, Banten. Agar dapat bersaing dengan para kompetitor, produk Baros harus menetapkan suatu strategi pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Untuk menentukan strategi mana yang dipilih, penulis menggunakan QSPM dan AHP. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari kombinasi 6 kesempatan, 6 ancaman, 10 kekuatan dan 5 kelemahan, didapatkan 5 strategi taktis. Hasil dari QSPM dan AHP menyatakan strategi kedua yaitu meningkatkan akses penjualan melalui media sosial yang paling efektif dilakukan sebagai prioritas.
