Abstract

Acceptance of New Students is one of the existing processes in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to be students students. In general, the process of Admission New Students through the stages of registration, selection tests and announcement of student acceptance.In this research, its application to SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan where in the process of New Student Admission must be decided quickly and precisely therefore it is needed Decision Support System to assist the committee of PPDB in decision making. The method used in this Decision Support System is by Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method.In building this system using the software development method Waterfall model and required tools used for the design include: Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram And Data Dictionary, created using Microsoft Visio applications. Data collection methods used in the preparation of this thesis is Observation, Library Studies and Interview. This system was developed using PHP and MySQL as database server.The result of this research is decision support system in new student acceptance by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which gives more optimal result in management and value calculation so that PPDB committee can give quick decision.Keywords: New Student Acceptance, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Waterfall, DFD, PHP MySQL

Abstract

Suatu penghargaan menjadi dambaan setiap orang. Untuk mendapatkan penghargaan tersebut tentunya harus dengan kerja keras dan berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Mahasiswa terbaik merupakan suatu penghargaan dari lembaga kepada mahasiswanya atas prestasi yang telah diraihnya selama duduk di bangku kuliah. Akan tetapi bagaimana jadinya apabila penghargaan tersebut diberikan kepada orang yang tidak sesuai dengan realita sebenarnya. Karena tidak mudah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan yang terbaik apalagi dari segi kriteria hampir sama. Kasus serupa juga terjadi di Universitas Kuningan dalam menentukan lulusan terbaiknya.Untuk membantu dalam menetapkan lulusan terbaik maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk Sistem Pendukung Keputusan  adalah dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Multi Attribut Decision Making (MADM). Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu untuk menentukan mahasiswa terbaik.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a level 1 health facility. More than 40% of Indonesia's population uses health services at the Puskesmas. It is interesting that the Puskesmas is the health care provider that is closest to the community. Recording medical records of patients at the Kuningan Health Center is still done manually. Data search has time constraints. This happens because the same data is often found. Ineffective management of medical records will become a major problem in health services at the Puskesmas. This problem must be overcome so that the puskesmas has good data and information. One way to overcome this problem is to build a computerized medical record information system. Medical Record is a compilation of facts about the health and illness of a patient. Medical Records become a very important thing in the delivery of health services. Because the importance of a medical record, the author is interested in conducting research with the title "Information Systems for Outpatient Medical Records in UPTD Puskesmas Kuningan Web-Based". The medical record information system is expected to help improve the function of the Puskesmas as a place of health care. With the existence of a medical record system, each patient visit can be taken in a database making it easier for officers in the process of finding medical record data when needed. With the database, the compilation of patients forgetting to bring a treatment card can be done by searching the patient's data by the electronic officer. Making a report will be easier because it retrieves data that is done through the request system so as to facilitate the process and minimize errors in data management.Keywords: php, mysql, medical record, outpatient

Abstract

CV Pustikom is a company that engaged in the sales and service by utilizing Information Technology (IT). The use of Information Technology (IT) become a fundamental necessity in the face of competition in the Information Age. To retain customers, the company used information technology systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a facility system used to maintain and organize the customer in order to remain confident and loyal to the company. The usege and Implementation CRM in the enterprise can improve services, obtain customer data and provide information to customers in order to serve the customer in purchasing the company’s products, increased promotion, and publicity firm. With the application develop a website that allows access anywhere and anytime and SMS support has been more and more use, then using a waterfall system development methods and approaches Data Flow Diagram (DFD) as a system design tool. Abstract

Banyaknya pengangguran dewasa ini bukan karena tidak adanya lowongan pekerjaan akan tetapi disebabkan pula oleh kemampuan calon tenaga kerja yang kurang maksimal. Saat ini calon tenaga kerja dituntuk untuk memilikan kemampuan yang spesifik dan kemampuan individu selain juga pengalaman. Saat ini pendidikan formal tidak menjadi jaminan untuk dapat bekerja pada suatu perusahaan, banyak perusahaan yang telah memberikan syarat tambahan bagi calon tenaga kerjanya. Selain pendidikan formal pendidikan, pendidikan non formal dan kemampuan non akademik menjadi nilai tambah bagi calon tenaga kerja.Universitas Kuningan sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal telah menyiapkan lulusannya menanggapi akan hal tersebut. Lulusan Universitas Kuningan selain dibekali dengan pengetahuan formal juga dibekali dengan kemampuan non akademis dalam bentuk aktifitas mahasiswa selama masa studi, kegiatan aktivitas mahasiswa ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk Transkrip aktivitas Kemahasiswaan (TAK). Aktivitas mahasiswa yang dihimpun dalam TAK akan diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang telah lulus berdampingan dengan transkrip akademik.

Abstract

There is a lot of useful information about batik culture, such as its history, the philosophical meaning of its motifs, to the development of the batik industry. However, knowledge about batik culture, especially in Paseban batik, is still poorly understood by the wider community, especially the Kuningan community itself. Based on the above background, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title "Application Design for Introduction to Android-Based Paseban Written Batik". Information systems are currently being developed using the WEB platform so as to increase ease of access. By taking advantage of these conditions, it is necessary to develop a method of disseminating information that provides batik knowledge that will be loaded on an Android-based mobile device. This study aims to increase knowledge and insight, instill a love of batik culture, and for the younger generation to continue to maintain and preserve this cultural heritage. The research of this batik material will be specified in Paseban Batik, which is batik produced from Cigugur Kuningan. Keywords: Android, WEB, Batik Tulis Paseban

Abstract

Obat merupakan salah satu komponen penting dan barang yang tidak tergantikan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Adanya Otonomi daerah membuka berbagai perubahan di masing-masing Kabupaten/Kota dalam melaksanakan distribusi obat dari Dinas Kesehatan ke Puskesmas yang ada di Kabupatennya. Permasalahan yang kerap terjadi adalah tidak terpantaunya persediaan obat-obatan di Puskesmas, juga sulit mengontrol stok obat-obatan yang telah kadaluarsa.  Belum lagi resiko kehilangan dan kerusakan obat-obatan pada saat pengiriman, ketidaktelitian saat memeriksa kebenaran data akuntansinya, dan penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang mungkin terjadi. Karena itu diperlukannya adanya sistem yang baik dan memadai dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.
