Abstract

Today, measuring employee performance becomes very important for management toevaluate the performance of the company and planning purposes in the future. Variousinformation has been compiled in order to do work that can be controlled and accounted for. Thisis done in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes. Demands ofsociety and the Government's commitment to conduct better service to the community has ledthe Ministry of Finance in particular the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) toimplement bureaucratic reform program. Abstract

Structural violence is violence that occurs subtly and is not clearly visible but is resolved by the lives of many people. Such as corruption, religious intolerance, and drug trafficking in the area. Structural violence is often applied by the Indonesian government fully unconsciously through its policies. To overcome this, there is a figure who struggles to understand everything related to all kinds of violence. Gandhi is an anti-violent struggle figure from India who always holds the struggle with non-violent struggle. Gandhi's life was devoted to community service. Gandhi fought various kinds of resistance, including defense which clashed against religion. The purpose of this study was to analyze and rethink Mahatma Gandhi's political thinking against structural defenses consisting of religion in Indonesia.This study uses descriptive research methods and also literature studies. Type of research literature study is collecting materials in the form of Gandhi's handwriting works and organizing information relating to research. to draw conclusions. In receiving the data, the researcher collects Gandhi's works and also collects works written by others but is still relevant to the research objectives.The results of the research that has been done, that it improves the politics of Mahatma Gandhi about Ahimsa and Satyagraha has several agreed approvals in supporting the violence that unites religion in Indonesia. Because the politicians have raised policies related to problems in Indonesia. the struggle against which resulted in a victory for anti-violence fighters. Several perspectives and discussions submitted to the Indonesian government are to look back on their views on society, be more open to differences, and actively help the community in structural opposition. Abstract

ABSTRACT Achmad Yusuf Roni was one of the candidates for members of DPRD Kabupaten Kudus legislative elections in 2014 were derived from the PDI Perjuangan . Electoral district (Dapil) for Achmad Yusuf Roni was Dapil IV, which includes Kecamatan Dawe and Kecamatan Jekulo in Kudus. Mannered known figure in the community and who are loyal to a political party which he joined, Achmad Yusuf Roni is pure cadre from the PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Kudus. Structurally, Achmad Yusuf Roni was the Secretary of the Branch Council (DPC) PDI Perjuangan Kudus for the period 2010 to 2015. With a relatively young age, which is 31 years old in 2014, Yusuf Achmad get ordinal number 1 (one). The ordinal number of 1 that is identical to prospective members DPRD is expected to be won an election. This study has revealed what are the main factors that determine victory Achmad Yusuf Roni. With the vote total of 5,030 votes, the highest compared to other candidates who also came from the PDI Perjuangan and the same electoral district (Dapil). Victory of Achmad Yusuf Roni affected by his popularity in the middle of the voters and the role of Musthofa. Musthofa is the Chairman of PDI Perjuangan Kudus, and Regent of Kudus. With the support of Mustafa, the party's political machine was geared to help Achmad Yusuf Roni in this contestation. In accordance with the purpose of PDI Perjuangan Kudus, Achmad Yusuf Roni managed to get one seat in parliament Kudus. Although the vote gained much from the original target planned. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim that, to find out how Non -Governmental Organization ( NGO ) Committee of Inquiry Corruption and Collusion Nepotisne Central Java ( Central Java KP2KKN ), as an institution concerned in the eradication of corruption in the roles and functions of supervision, in addition to the also to know what are the factors supporting and inhibiting. This study focused on the period in 2012, the year in which there is something interesting, because an increase in the number of significant cases of corruption is so high in Central Java , when compared with previous years.This study uses qualitative descriptive refer - analitif, with data collection techniques using purposive sampling is taking on a data source with a certain consideration. The subjects in this study were all agency workers KP2KKN Central Java. While the collection and analysis of these data refer to interviews, observation, documentation , and data processing are obtained.These results indicate that KP2KKN Central Java in 2012 had engaged in the prevention of corruption act, monitoring, and to advocate against several alleged cases of corruption and that amounts to 215. While the cause of the significant increase in the number of cases in 2012 were caused by unresolved legal proceedings some cases from the previous year, then the legal process runs in 2012. Meanwhile it in carrying out its role as an anti -corruption NGO, they are have several obstacles, both internal and external organization. But there are several factors supporting the institution to survive.In the fight against corruption requires commitment and cooperation between Central Java KP2KKN with law enforcement agencies, such as police, prosecutors, courts, and correctional institutions in order to obtain optimal results in combating corruption. As they should be implemented in Article 13 of UNCAC, that "the State shall promote the active participation of individuals and groups outside the public sector, such as civil society, non- governmental organizations and community -based organizations, in anti - corruption activities”. Because these institutions are the state institutions should cooperate with NGOs like KP2KKN Central Java.Keywords : NGO, Monitoring, Corruption.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPartnership in the management of Tourism Umbul Tirto Marto Pengging is one of Boyolali Government's breakthrough in realization of good governance in the field of tourism. In the management of the tourist attractions, Boyolali Government's and private parties agree to use a pattern partnership contract concessions, which the private sector is only given the responsibility of providing the service management over part or all of a specific infrastructure, including system operation and maintenance facilities as well as providing a service to the community and the provision of working capital.This partnership can be expressed successfully and can be references as well as recommendations for Governments to develop assets and Boyolali district in other area-based management systems with the use of partnerships. This is because the concept of partnership in Boyolali as minor policy because the policy remains theGovernment's agenda, yet familiar. Abstract

AbstractSustainable forest management is a system of management of the forest resources while preserving the forest as well as attention to social conditions and welfare of the surrounding community or the community itself. In sustainable forest management, promoting maintaining environmental conditions or forest ecosystems such as flora and fauna as well as the water source. In sustainable forest management there are several parties involved in it, which involve Perhutani, social community, LMDH, as well as from external parties. LMDH itself was formed to as a bridge between the aspirations of the community forest with Perhutani. Perhutani act as policy and program makers to be executed in the system of sustainable forest management. Meanwhile, the external function is to provide empowerment training community already programmed by forestry. such as batik traning, snack made, and composting. In the Perhutani sustainable forest management and also LMDH own duty to make people aware of the importance of forest conservation. In order to achieve sustainable forest management need the cooperation of the parties involved so that later Perhutani obtain FSC certification for sustainable forest management. However, there are issues with its implementation faced the impact on the existence of programs that are not or have not been successfully executed. So we need to be able to improve program evaluation that will be made later.Program evaluation is assessing or measuring the extent to which a program or design that can be executed. Or it could mean that the judge or review the programs that have been carried out to find out what deficiencies or constraints of these programs and then find the solution, so that future programs can run on target.This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used to study the documentation and interviewing the parties involved, such as LMDH, society, and also Perhutani. LMDH and Perhutani as a key informant while supporting the community as informants.The results of the study explained that Perhutani and LMDH in creating a sustainable forest management system is realized through three aspects of sustainable forest management includes aspects of social management, production management aspects, and aspects of environmental management. As each of these aspects has its own program. That is from the aspect of social governance in the form of skills training programs to the community. socialization importance of forest conservation. from the aspect of environmental management programs will provide outreach to the public awareness of the environment by not using toxic pesticides, replaced with natural pesticides. ABSTRACTBurial ground is one of social needs that should be fulfilled by theGovernment of Semarang City. They have provided a public burial ground inKelurahan Randusari called TPU.Bergota which has 30 hA in large, but thecondition of TPU.Begota today is getting narrow (overload). The operation ofburial ground’s setup in Semarang refers to Government Local RegulationNumber 10 of 2009 about Operation and Retribution of Burial in Semarang City.The method of this research is qualitative approach with observation andinterview as the method of collecting data. The informan in this research is theHead of Gardening Department of Housing and Residential Area of SemarangCity, the Head of Gardening and Funeral Section, officers of UPTD region IV,and people of Kelurahan Randusari and Meteseh.The result shows that the operation of Government Local RegulationNumber 10 of 2009 about Operation and Retribution of Burial Services inSemarang has not yet operated well. It can be proven by the condition of the placethat shows amount of gravestone that being a house, inappropriate size of thegravestone, no grass planted on the funeral, and not well organized.The recommendation for the Government of Semarang is they had betterhold an open socialization for all of Semarang society and do a revision ofGovernment Local Regulation according to the condition right now.Keywords: Burial Ground, Evaluation, Semarang

AbstractThe lack of employment opportunities available in indonesia force indonesia citizens to work abroad. Indonesia workers who work overseas are mostly people who work in the non-formal sector and have limited protection. This is evidenced by the widespread cases of violence againt migrant workers, ranging from violence, rape, until the murder and no salary fulfilled labor during certain period of time. Depart from this, research raised the theme of the role of government in the protection of migrant workers working in foreign affairs and take the province of central java as the subject of research.The researchers in the study would be profound knowledge on how governments running the protection of indonesia migrant workers overseas. Because of thet, the method is applicable in a qualitative a descriptive.Based on the results of the study on the ground, protection is done by city administration through central java by such a process started from recruitment process in which also incude data and skills training, who collaborated with a placement service PPTKI and PJTKI, they stuble when migrant workers to solve the problem, the law of a country as well as the service which guarantees to ensure the safety of hometown. And to practice extortion and oppression against migrant workers aiready pretty much reduced because the enactment of KTKLN that facilitate the collection of migrant workers.Unfortunately, in the administration issued local regulation no further to describe the UU No. 39/2004, and in the future it published the regulation further to ensure security for their labor abroad. Abstract            Elections are one indicator of democracy, where the people directly involved in determining the direction and policy leaders and state politics for the next five years. But this time they found the lowest participation rate caused by several factors: a decrease in the level of confidence in the behavior of the corrupt political elites, factors critical meaning critical community can analyze the results of the previous general election in realizing the promise during the campaign, a factor the circumstances in which the person does not may vote at the polling station where he lived because the person registered at the polling station other areas eg people who wander, lack of socialization election by the general elections Institute so that people do not know how big the benefits of involvement in the election itself, the lack of role of political parties in political socialization.            Of these factors, the Election Commission of Semarang had planned strategies such as long-term evaluation. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out what government programs Semarang health for the poor, to analyze how the poor gain access to information on government programs and to find out semarang poor accessibility to health services, especially in the area of tambak mulyo. Based on research results this, the poor accessibility to health services carried out through several health programs are Jamkesmas and Jamkesmaskot. Lack of information about the program due to lack of socialization of government. Public access Tambak Mulyo is still difficult to obtain health care.
