Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Price, Product Quality, and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on Repurchase Intention among consumers of the mobile coffee brand "Sejuta Jiwa" in Wanajaya Village, Bekasi Regency. A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected via online questionnaires distributed to 114 respondents who had purchased the product. The findings reveal that Price, Product Quality, and e-WOM each have a positive and significant partial effect on Repurchase Intention. Simultaneously, the three variables also show a significant combined influence on consumers' decisions to repurchase. These results emphasize the importance of appropriate pricing, consistent product quality, and managing consumer feedback through digital platforms in encouraging repeated purchase behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, service, and location on consumers’ purchasing decisions at Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was used. The sampling technique applied was accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The results showed that store atmosphere had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.012. Service also had a significant influence with a significance value of 0.001, and location had a significant effect with a significance value of 0.002. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influenced purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.407, indicating that store atmosphere, service, and location collectively explained 40.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of auditor quality and good corporate governance on the quality of financial reports. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this research was 45 banking companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2021. The audit quality variable is proxied using the type of public accounting firm,good corporate governance protected using institutional ownership, board of commissioners and audit committee, while the quality of financial reports is proxied using return of equity, namely profit divided by equity. Hypothesis testing is carried out using descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Until 2021, there will be 78 observations of financial report data and audit reports. The results of the hypothesis test show that auditor quality and good corporate governance have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on teacher performance at SDI Insan Taqwa South Cikarang. The population in this study were all teachers at SDI Insan Taqwa South Cikarang. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a population of all teachers at SDI Insan Taqwa South Cikarang with a sample of 47 respondents. Based on the research results in the Partial Test (T), the Interpersonal Communication Variable (X1) has a significant positive influence on Teacher Performance with t count > t table (5.889 ? 1.67943) with Sig. 0.000 ? 0.05. The Work Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance by obtaining t count > t table (2.811 ? 1.67943) with a Sig value. 0.003 ? 0.05. Furthermore, in the Simultaneous Test (F), the Interpersonal Communication and Work Motivation variables simultaneously have a positive effect on the Teacher Performance variable with a value (f count) of 9,072 > 3.209 (F table) with a value of Sig. 0.001 ? 0.05. Then the Determination Test (R2) showed that 29.2% of teacher performance (Y) was influenced by Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2). Meanwhile, the remaining 70.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The performance of an organization is determined by the performance of employees. The Organization contribution in creating job satisfaction is needed, so the performance that produced by employees can be maximized. Besides the job satisfaction that can support the performance of a company, extra-role behavior or what is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive impact for the company. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can arise from internal factors that come from the employee’s itself, one of them is job satisfaction perceived by the employees. Dinas Tata Ruang dan Cipta Karya Kota Bandung, as one of government agencies also expects its employees to have Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship of job satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis method used is the correlation coefficient test, test the coefficient of determination, and test regression equation. Based on the result of research, job satisfaction has a relationship which in a very weak level of correlation with Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
