Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Workload dan Reward terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT.XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XYZ yang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrument kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan platform google. Analisis data uji outer model, uji inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil Penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat variabel yang berpengaruh: 1) Workload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,445 kemudian nilai T-Statistic 3.897 > T Tabel 1,96 dan nilai P-values 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Workload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reward dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,466 kemudian nilai T-Statistic 4.084 > T Tabel 1,96 dan nilai P-values 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan 4) Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran mediasi yang signifikan dari variabel Reward dalam hubungan antara Workload terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3,564>1,96, serta P-values 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Pengaruh Burnout dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Generasi Z Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 130 responden. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji outer model dan inner model dalam SEM PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat variabel yang saling berpengaruh maupun tidak berpengaruh, seperti pada penjelasan singkat berikut ini: 1). Variabel Burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Gen Z dengan nilai Tstatistics 2,456 2). Variabel Burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai Tstatistics 11,412 3). Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Gen Z dengan nilai Tstatistics 2,172. 4). Pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel Burnout dan Produktivitas Gen Z melalui Kepuasan Kerja terbukti signifikan dengan nilai Tstatistics 2,103.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap pengembangan karir pada Gen Z (2) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kompetensi pada Gen Z (3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap pengembangan karir pada Gen Z (4) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap pengembangan karir pada Gen Z dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel ini ditentukan sebanyak 130 mahasiswa, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kuesioner yang dianalisis sebanyak 130. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrument utama yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data SmartPls 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa (1) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir pada Gen Z (2) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pada Gen Z (3) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir pada Gen Z (4) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir pada Gen Z dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi kunci bagi setiap perusahaan. PT Jaya Bakti Raharja mengalami penurunan kinerja dikarenakan kurangnya kompetensi dan disiplin kerja, terlihat dari data jenjang pendidikan dan absensi tahunan yang menggambarkan rendahnya kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 responden menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berdampak positif pada kinerja. Beberapa karyawan masih menunjukkan kekurangan, yang mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja. Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang belum terungkap.

Abstract

The mother acts as an educator in the family. In addition, a mother is also an individual who has many activities. Mothers use social media as a source of information, socialization, and knowledge sharing in their daily activities. In addition, women have limited knowledge but are vulnerable to risk from social media users or certain family members. Participants' knowledge and understanding of social media were still minimal. This community service activity aims to teach mothers participating in the Jami At-Taqwa Mosque recitation of Information and Electronic Transactions and learning to use social media wisely. Initial observation and discussion were the initial resistance to this activity. The second stage was the material presentation activities, followed by the third stage, namely discussions with training participants. Participants' understanding increased by 73% of those who did not know at first. In addition, the discovery of social media selection based on the first reason is easy; the second is usefulness. Interestingly, the security aspect is not of particular concern. This activity increased insight and intellectual capital used in the family and the community.

Abstract

Many companies use bookkeeping, but MSMEs are also in dire need of bookkeeping in their business. Bookkeeping does not have to be complicated and confusing. Simple bookkeeping is enough for small businesses to know the profit and loss earned. This research is intended to assist MSMEs in designing appropriate steps to be taken in the future and minimizing losses through the preparation of good bookkeeping using Microsoft Office Excel Applications. The crucial problem often found in MSMEs, especially the fostered partners of NS Creative House, is the problem of financial management. Due to the lack of ability of MSMEs owners to manage and record business finances, financial income and expenditure are not recorded clearly and neatly. After participating in this training, MSMEs fostered partners to become able to implement Microsoft Office Excel applications in doing simple records, which significantly affects business development. Through bookkeeping, MSMEs owners can see the condition and development of the business, including the company's profits and losses. With this, bookkeeping can be used as a benchmark for future business strategies.Keywords: Implement

Abstract

Abstract-Performance problems are not limited to how much the organization is able to empower human resources as members of the organization to achieve the desired work but furthermore is how successful is the organization can encourage motivation and satisfaction of employees to work as much as possible so they can achieve the expected performance. One way to encourage motivation and employee satisfaction is the reward or remuneration in this case is compensated either directly or indirectly adequate, so that employees feel that the organization has noticed at once appreciate what they have done for the sake of the organization, with thus, the employee's performance will be achieved, but on the contrary, if the organization failed to give attention in this case the compensation of employees it is not impossible employees are not motivated to work so consequently performance is not achieved according to expectations of the organization and as a result of dissatisfaction of employees that compensation will make the performance more decreasses. Method research conducted in this study is a survey research design with quantitative research methods. That quantitative research is research conducted to determine the value of self, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons or connections between the variables of the other variables, whereas associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, with emphasis see a causal relationship is a causal relationship. The results of this study variable data Empowerment of Human Resources showed that the lowest score of 67 and the highest score was 93. Thus, obtaining the highest and lowest scores, the range of scores (range) was 26 (93-67). Compensation variable data indicate that the lowest score was 51 and the highest score was 71. Thus, obtaining the highest and lowest scores, the range of scores (range) was 20 (71-51). for employee performance variable data shows that the lowest score was 55 and the highest score was 74. Thus, obtaining the highest and lowest scores, the range of scores (range) was 19 (74-55).

Abstract

This study was conducted to help PT XYZ reduce its distribution costs, which have been considered relatively high. PT XYZ is a mung bean distribution company based in Bekasi. In this research, two approaches were applied: first, determining a new strategic warehouse location using the Center of Gravity method, and second, optimizing delivery routes using the Saving Matrix method. The analysis showed that relocating the warehouse to a new location (in the Jakamulya area, Bekasi City) would actually increase the total distribution distance by 101.9 km, from 284.19 km to 386.1 km. Consequently, the distribution cost would rise from IDR 5,100,140 to IDR 5,581,600, an increase of IDR 481,460. This indicates that the current warehouse location remains more efficient than the proposed new one. However, by optimizing the delivery route using the Saving Matrix method, significant cost savings were achieved. Operational costs were reduced from IDR 2,712,340 to IDR 1,756,830, resulting in a cost reduction of 35.26%. This shows that even without relocating the warehouse, efficiency can still be achieved through route optimization. In conclusion, the Center of Gravity method is less suitable for PT XYZ's case as it increases costs, where as the Saving Matrix method proves to be effective in significantly reducing distribution expenses.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan sebagai wadah melakukan pemberdayaan potensi masyarakat dalam mengelola objek wisata yang ada di wilayahnya diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pengelolaan perkembangan spasial baik fasilitas pariwisata maupun objek wisata serta aktifitas dan program-program wisata yang melibatkan pada aktivitas masyarakat sekitar objek wisata dan memanfaatkan keunggulan prosuk hasil pertanian di daerah tersebut. Upaya nyata dilakukan melalui pola penyebara fasilitas pariwisata berkaitan dengan makin berkembangnya kawasan wisata . dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persebaran fasilitas pariwisata belum merata dan pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata juga belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebaran objek wisata dan mengidentifikasi perkembangan setiap fasilitas, pengelolaan pariwisata, pertumbuhan jumlah pengunjung objek wisata dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan potensi wisata di Kecamatan Rancabali.

Abstract

Local brands are now able to compete with imported products thanks to creative designs, competitive quality, and adaptive digital marketing strategies. This phenomenon is supported by large-scale promotions promoting love for local products. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Aerostreet brand local shoes. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and data collection techniques via questionnaires. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling, with a population of 33 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Program, at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts, who have previously purchased Aerostreet footwear products. Data processing and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all three variables also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for local Aerostreet brand shoes.
