Abstract

Mount Puntang has a lot of potential to be used as a place for development and improvement of the quality of life of the people living around it. One of them is tourism potential. However, the situation on the ground raises several obstacles experienced by the community to develop tourism businesses. To be able to identify the need to overcome obstacles, three activities were designed in this activity. The activities carried out are knowledge transfer, focus group discussion, and field search. This activity involves the community who are activists in the maintenance and development of the potential of Mount Puntang from Cempaka Mulya village, Bandung Regency. The activists in question are activists of the puntang mountain brotherhood, puntang lestari cooperatives, and tourism observer communities. Through these three activities, results were obtained; Mount Puntang has unique potential that can be utilized for the improvement and development of people's lives. Adventuring tourism business is a positive field, however, it requires the establishment of institutional legality to be able to operate community-based tourism businessess.

Abstract

Cooking oil is one of the primary needs of the Indonesian people. The habits of the Indonesian people cannot be separated from the use of cooking oil in processing various types of dishes. This makes cooking oil a crucial role. As the largest Crude Palm Oil (CPO) producing country globally, it should not be a problem for Indonesia to meet its domestic cooking oil needs. In addition to meeting the needs of households and small industries, significant industries also require cooking oil as a component of producing one of the products. For this reason, it is necessary to have a strict policy taken by the government so that the scarcity of cooking oil and the increase in the price of essential commodities can be resolved quickly. This study aims to determine people's purchasing power, brand image, scarcity of cooking oil, and price increases of essential commodities.

Abstract

The Management Information System, which includes Human Resources, Network, and Database, currently has a vital role in achieving the company's goals and sustainability. The information obtained will be processed into data and used for a company's decision-making. Companies engaged in the field of Media and Communication are also very closely related to the above variables, which help determine their company's sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to understand Management Information Systems, especially Human Resources, Hardware, and Databases, to create effective, quality, and valuable information for the company. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the variables above. Abstract

Pengaruh transparan, akuntabilitas dan tanggung jawab terhadap Good Corporate Governance (GCG) merupakan artikel ilmiah literature review. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk membangun hipotesis pengaruh atau peran antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kepemimpinan. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara perkembangan psikologis pada masa remaja dengan perilaku kenakalan remaja, terutama tawuran.. Peneliti juga mengulas alasan di balik keterlibatan remaja dalam tawuran serta upaya pencegahan yang bisa diterapkan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, karena pendekatan ini lebih efektif dalam memahami masalah dan fenomena yang ada melalui hasil pengamatan dan analisis langsung. Remaja adalah masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa yang ditandai dengan pubertas. Pada tahap ini, remaja mengalami perubahan fisik, mental, dan sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perkembangan individu pada masa remaja berkaitan dengan perilaku tawuran. Krisis identitas yang dialami oleh siswa menjadi salah satu faktor mereka masih mencari jawaban atas masalah yang dihadapinya. Selain itu, kondisi emosional siswa SMK di Kota Bekasi yang belum stabil dan cenderung meledak-ledak juga menjadi faktor penyebab tawuran antar pelajar.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the application of artificial intelligence to the productivity of information media companies. Where this research examines previous research to support the problem formulation. A qualitative research approach was applied. Data was obtained from internet sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, DOAJ, and EBSCO. The results of this research include: 1) The application of Artificial Intelligence affects the productivity of information media companies: where Artificial Intelligence will make employee work easier, so that the workload given by the company will be completed easily and quickly by employees; 2) The use of Artificial Intelligence affects the quality of the content produced: where information media companies are closely related to content, including videos, photos and so on; 3) Challenges faced by companies in implementing Artificial Intelligence in their operational activities: where human resources are not yet accustomed to using AI optimally; and 4) Employees' response to the application of Artificial Intelligence in the company: they feel interested, motivated, and want to know more about the application of AI in their company. But there are some employees who consider AI a threat to them and think it will replace their jobs

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty and Employee Commitment to Leadership Style is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables which will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from the online media Google Scholar and uses Mendeley as a reference. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Job Satisfaction has an effect on Leadership Style; 2) Employee Loyalty has an effect on Leadership Style; and 3) Employee Commitment has an effect on Leadership Style. Apart from these 3 independent variables that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors including salary, work environment and work culture variables.

Abstract

Virus Covid-19 awal kemunculan berasal dari wuhan, Hubeii, Tiongkok pada 31 desember 2019. Saat itu, dunia di hebohkan dengan video yang memperlihatkan kondisi seseorang apabila terjangkit virus covid-19, mereka mengalami kejang-kejang, tidak sadarkan diri, dan bertindak seperti zombie. Kemudian virus ini menyebarkan hampir ke seluruh dunia terinfeksi virus ini. Hingga pada akhirnya WHO menetapkan ini sebagai pandemic pada Maret 2020. Hingga 11 Oktober 2021, lebih dari 238.662.395 orang kasus telah dilaporkan diseluruh dunia, mengakibatkan lebih dari 4.867.525 orang meninggal dunia dan lebih dari 215.859.207 orang telah sembuh. Tentu, dari munculnya pandemi covid-19 ini sangat berdampak pada ekonomi dunia, merugikan industri terutama dibidang pariwisata secara global. Tentu, selain merugikan negara karena kurangnya devisa dari sektor pariwisata, dampak pandemi ini tentu akan mengubah pola kebiasaan wisatawan, baik lokal atau mancanegara. Selama berjalannya waktu, pandemi ini terus dicarikan solusi. Agar ekonomi negara dan global dapat pulih seperti semula. Salah satunya dengan pemberian dosis vaksin, kepada seluruh warga dunia. Agar aktivitas perekonomian berjalan baik, dan tentu masih harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Penting bagi suatu negara untuk melakukan pemulihan ekonomi dan ketahanan nasional akibat pandemi covid-19. Walaupun masih ada beberapa negara yang bertahap kembali produktif dan hidup normal, nyatanya pandemi covid-19 masih mempengaruhi aktivitas dunia, yang mendorong mereka untuk segera melakukan pemulihan ekonomi. Ada salah satu model studi yang membahas mengenai dampak lingkungan dan ekonomi akibat covid-19 di dunia yaitu Computable General Equilibrium. Artikel ini membahas Penerapan Manajemen POAC: Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Suatu studi literatur Manajemen POAC. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1)Planning berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional; 2)Organizing berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional; 3)Actuating berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional; 4) Controlling berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Keputusan Pembelian dan Loyalitas Pelanggan terhadap Voucher Gratis Ongkos Kirim E-Commerce Shopee Indonesia di Desa Babelan Kota. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dimana objek pengumpulan data merupakan masyarakat atau pengguna aplikasi Shopee Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan Simple Random Sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh voucher gratis ongkos kirim secara parsial; 2) Loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh voucher gratis ongkos kirim secara parsial; dan 3) Keputusan pembelian dan loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh voucher gratis ongkos kirim secara simultan.

Abstract

Artikel pengaruh capital budgeting dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap kinerja perusahaan merupakan artikel dalam lingkup ilmu penganggaran perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup penganggaran perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur/ literatur review. Data diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Publish or Perish, Emerald, Web of Science, SINTA, DOAJ dan EBSCO. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Capital budgeting berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; dan 2) Evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.
