Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor in running a good company. Human resources play an important role in the ups and downs of company performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect leadership style, work motivation, and career development on employee performance of employee at BPS Provinsi Sulawesi Utara partially and simultaneously. This research conducted using quantitative method with saturation sampling method, which the population are 80 civil employees and for the sample totaling 53 civil employees sample due to a small amount of population. The collected data from questionnaires with Likert scale method was processed in SPSS 25 resulting leadership style, work motivation, and career development are effect employee performance simultaneously, leadership style and career development effect employee performance partially, and work motivation does not affect employee performance partially. In this research, a work motivation does not play an important role because of motivation of employees still less, while leadership style and career development will be considered by employee to increase the performance.   Keywords: leadership style, work motivation, career development, employee performance

Abstract

The idea that a firm’s single purpose is to make profits has dictate the way business are conducted by most organizations, leading to a mindset focus on short term results, with less attention given to most business stakeholders. This study aims to prove that the internal corporate social responsibility affected the employee performance at PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Lahendong. Internal CSR in this research represented by three dimension namely work-life balance (x1), skill development (x2), and workforce diversity (x3) as independent variable while employee performance (y) as the dependent variable. Researcher use the quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires through 69 respondents as the research sample and processed the data through multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that work-life balance, skill development, and workforce diversity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.    Keyword: Internal Corporate Social Responsibility, Work-Life Balance, Skill Development, Workfoce Diversity, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Perceived Credibility and Perceived Benefit on customer Purchase Intention in using BNI Moobile Banking. Mobile banking has become increasingly popular in recent years, offering convenience and accessibility to financial services. This study examines the factors influencing customer purchase intention when using BNI Mobile Banking, with a specific focus on perceived credibility and perceived benefit. Through a survey of BNI Mobile Banking users, The context of the study was BNI mobile Banking user in Manado and a questionnaire was developed with 108 respondents. Three hypotheses were developed and tasted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results reveal there is No. significant influence between perceived credibility on purchase intention, there is a significant influence between perceived benefit on purchase intention and perceived credibility and perceived benefit is simultaneously influence purchase intention as the dependent variable.These findings offer valuable insights for financial institutions aiming to enhance customer engagement and encourage greater use of their mobile banking platforms.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of incentives and work discipline on employee performance at UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of incentives on employee performance, the influence of work discipline on employee performance, and the combined influence of incentives and work discipline on employee performance. The sample of this research was all 33 employees of UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado, using saturation sampling for the sampling technique. The results shows that incentives and work discipline partially have a positive but not significant effect on individual employee performance at UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado. However, simultaneously, these two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, incentives and work discipline at UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado were found to positively and significantly influence employee performance when applied simultaneously, highlighting their importance in improving overall organizational outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether clarity of budget targets and decentralization have a partial and simultaneous effect on local government performance. This hypothesis was tested using the t test and f test. The research sample consisted of 31 employees, namely ASN in the Secretariat sector, Legal and Personnel Sub-Section, and Planning and Finance Sub-Section, and the Head of the Department of Industry and Trade. The research method uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis where the data analysis process is carried out using SPSS version 26 computer technology. The results of this research show that clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on local government performance, while partial decentralization has no effect on performance. local government; Furthermore, clarity of budget targets and decentralization simultaneously influence regional government performance.
