Abstract

Petani merupakan penyedia pangan paling utama yang berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan ekonomi masyarakat. Pertanian merupakan sektor potensial di Kabupaten Malang. Pemetaan dan visualisasi sebaran petani di Kabupaten Malang diperlukan sebagai pertimbangan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merumuskan kebijakan di bidang pertanian. Pendataan dan pemetaan sebaran petani di Kabupaten Malang selama ini disajikan berupa teks dan angka, sehingga interpretasi visual terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang memetakan dan memvisualisasikan data rumah tangga petani di Kabupaten Malang serta menganalisis tingkat kemanfaatan SIG tersebut bagi Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Malang menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). SIG merupakan gabungan konsep antara sistem informasi dan konsep geografis, sedangkan SUS digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna yang memiliki keunggulan dalam pengelolaannya yang cepat dan murah. Data yang dipetakan adalah sebaran rumah tangga petani per kecamatan di Kabupaten Malang yang terdiri dari 4 sektor pertanian, yaitu: tanaman pangan, hortikultura, perkebunan, dan peternakan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian SUS yang diperoleh dari 55 pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Malang, diperoleh skor 78,91, artinya bahwa Sistem Informasi Geografis Malang Tani dapat diterima dan layak digunakan.

Abstract

Matahari Department Store (MDS) is one of the leading retail company in Indonesia that provide equipment clothing, accessories, beauty products and home appliances at affordable prices. PT. MDS outlets spread over 131 stores located in 62 cities, supported by a team of 50,000 people and more than 1,200 local suppliers as well as more than 90% of purchase directly from sources in Indonesia. The number of employees led to the Human Resource Department (HRD) often have difficulty in selecting candidates for Sales Promotion Girl (SPG). Rekruetment policy employees are still influenced by the subjectivity of the decision makers. Subjectivity decision caused SPG received less qualified. SPG mistake in choosing a very big impact on the company because it affects the company's profitability and performance of services. The purpose of this research is the establishment of Decision Support System for the selection of candidates SPG using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) on PT.Matahari Department Store Pasar Besar of Malang. The results showed that the candidate selection decision support system SPG using SAW method can help the HRD in the process of selecting candidates for SPG, so the power SPG received in accordance with the criteria of the company.

Abstract

Hasta Karya Sejahtera engaged in the installation and management of electricity in cooperation with PLN. PT Hasta Karya Sejahtera serve new electrical installation, termination and connection of electricity, and electicity payment online. The problems that exist in PT Hasta Karya Sejahtera is still using the performance appraisal form manually. The research objective is to simplify the Field Personel in assessing the promotion so as to provide objective information and trasparency to the leadership. Data collection methods used were interviews and survey, while. System development method used is the waterfall method. System Decision Support promotion appraisal using weighted product method can simplify the field personel in assessing the promotion so as to provide objective information and transparency to the leadership.

Abstract

Medical record systems in RSIA Puri Bunda Malang currently using decentralized storage systems, namely the separation between file inpatients and outpatients. Medical record system that exists today is assisted by using Microsoft Excel so that between outpatient and inpatient care can not process data simultaneously and allows the numbering doubles as the number owned by two different owners or the owners have two different numbers, in addition to the patients who come often forgot to take control of the patient's card or cards reason lost control patients. This leads to medical records clerk overwhelmed. The establishment of medical record information system on RSIA Puri Bunda Malang to help the performance of web-based medical record officers in improving patient care. System development method applied in this research is the development of the system (SDLC) Software Development Life Cycle waterfall model. Research Medical Record Information System In RSIA Puri Bunda Malang-based WEB is to reduce the double numbering error is equipped with a report that can be used as a reference for decision making or policy for the hospital.

Abstract

The high divorce rate in Malang City is a social issue that requires data-driven analysis to support targeted policy formulation, leading this study to analyze the patterns and characteristics of divorce at the Malang City Religious Court using the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) algorithm with the Average Linkage method. Utilizing a dataset of 5,891 cases from the 2022–2024 period—including attributes such as divorce type, ages of the parties, causal factors, and the district of marriage—the research followed the CRISP-DM framework and employed the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) to determine that the optimal number of clusters was 10 for 2022, 2023, and the combined data, and 11 for 2024. The findings reveal that the 20–30 age range is the group most vulnerable to divorce, primarily driven by constant disputes and arguments, with Kedungkandang, Sukun, and Blimbing identified as the districts with the highest divorce rates. Ultimately, this research serves as a foundation for relevant authorities to design more targeted divorce prevention programs based on specific regional and demographic characteristics.
