Abstract

Menjamurnya jumlah Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) baik di perkotaan maupun di lingkungan pedesaan, di salah satu sisi membawa dampak yang positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, tetapi di sisi lain juga menimbulkan permasalahan baru terkait bertambahnya konsumsi energi listrik baik untuk lampu penerangan maupun untuk sarana hiburan. Sumber energi listrik yang digunakan oleh para PKL diantaranya berbahan bakar minyak yang kurang ramah terhadap lingkungan ataupun energi listrik baik dari sumber listrik legal maupun illegal, yang semuanya akan menjadi beban bagi PLN sebagai penyedia ketenagalistrikan terbesar di Indonesia. Hal ini terjadi karena para PKL berada pada dilema yang terjadi antara sisi biaya listrik serta legalitas sumber listrik itu sendiri.  Dari beberapa pengamatan yang dilakukan pada umumnya para PKL banyak menggunakan wajan penggorengan untuk proses produksinya serta lampu listrik sebagai sarana penerangan warungnya. Berangkat dari pengamatan tersebut maka dimunculkanlah inisiatif untuk memanfaatkan energi panas dari wajan penggorengan para PKL untuk diubah menjadi energi listrik yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana penerangan saat warung PKL tersebut beroperasi. Mekanisme elektrik digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk melakukan perubahan dengan cara mengumpulkan energi panas yang berasal dari wajan penggorengan menjadi energi listrik untuk menghidupkan lampu sebagai sarana penerangannya.Kata kunci: Energi Panas, Energi Listrik, Mekanisme Elektrik

Abstract

Road as the main infrastructure in cross overland to connect starting area to the destination area. The level of damage that occurred after the implementation reduce the road’s service quality. Performance Based Contract (PBC) has stages such as Design, Build, Operation, and Maintenance. PBC is expected to minimize the budget for road construction due to damage that routinely occurs every year. PBC has the maintenance stage to meet the performance who have risk reducing road maintenance after road completion and operation. Risk variables in this study use variables in the maintenance stage from the PBC application in Eastern Java road project. It uses Probability Impact Analysis method to analyze road maintenance risk in PBC application. The results are highest score of risk variable in the maintenance stage as the descriptive analysis references to compare the threat and opportunity in PBC application. Then, it is used to create strategy in order to fulfil dominant risk in the maintenance stage.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting dan strategis dalam mengantisipasi kedudukan perekonomian kedepan terutama dalam memperkuat struktur perekonomian suatu daerah. Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sulit berkembang dikarenakan kompetensi pemilik usaha yang masih kurang dalam mengelola usaha, biasanya mereka berjalan apa adanya atau usaha turun temurun dari warisan orang tua, sehingga apabila dinilai perkembangan usaha mereka hanya terbatas menutupi kebutuhan hidup pemiliknya tanpa berusaha untuk mengembangkannya. Untuk keberhasilan tujuan dan sasaran kegiatan PKM ini maka dilakukan beberapa metode pendekatan seperti Identifikasi masalah, Survey Pendahuluan,. Evaluasi dan Laporan hasil. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan diperoleh: 1) terdapat peningkatan pemahaman pentingnya pelaporan yang baik dan benar; 2) meningkatnya kemampuan dalam penyusunan laporan studi kelayakan proyek; 3) Mitra dapat mengetahui nilai hasil dari pengolahan pelaporan secara mandiri. Penyusunan Laporan Studi Kelayakan Usaha sangat diperlukan oleh Mitra untuk dapat menghindari dari resiko kerugian dengan melihat layak tidaknya suatu bisnis dilaksanakan secara terus menerus. Laporan Studi Kelayakan Usaha ini juga memudahkan Mitra untuk dapat melakukan perencanaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian usahanya

Abstract

Road improvements in the city of Tarakan are mostly carried out to support people's welfare. roads in coastal areas in general are far from good, this is seen from the difficulty of access. the coastal area of the city of Tarakan is very dependent on land transportation facilities to meet their daily needs. this research was taken from a road improvement project, so that risks will be observed from the point of view of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service as the project owner. The methodology used is conducting questionnaires and interviews. respondents from this study were the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. with the type of qualitative description research. The results obtained in this study were in the form of risk identification that occurred during the road improvement project on the binalatung road in Tarakan City which had 93 overall risk variables after the method of analyzing probability and statistical relevance obtained a risk event rank of 35 variables.

Abstract

The Tarakan island is geographically surrounded by seas has the potential to damage by abrasion. Potential occurring in areas affected by abrasion thus reducing the total land area. Reduced land area has caused difficulties in the development of human space activities  in  the  activity.  The  coastal  area  as  an  area  predominantly  inhabited  by fishermen to settle because it was easy access to the sea. Another advantage of the coastal region has a panoramic coastal give more value from the tourism sector, it is attracting tourists to visit. Tarakan city have coastal of binalatung  to tourist attractions as the beach, which is located in the Eastern city of Tarakan. Attraction area is exposed to abrasion so interesting for the case study research done on the impact of the erosion of the settlement. The study was conducted using remote sensing Google Earth, to the extent that it has impacted the analysis of abrasion, and the condition of the settlement around the attraction. Results obtained in the form of reviews the impact of the area exposed to abrasion with increased abrasion settlement that makes the area a tourist area. Keywords : Abrasion, Google Earth, Settlement.

Abstract

Pengembangan wilayah di Kota Tarakan menjadi prioritas pembangunan. Peningkatan di Jalan Binalatung Kota Tarakan diLakukan dalam rangka mempermudah warga kelurahan pantai amal untuk dapat melaluinya dengan alat transportasi atau berjalan kaki untuk mempermudah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan. Fungsi jalan sebagai akses trasportasi darat memiliki peran penting karena itu selama proses pembangunan harus mengutamakan kualitas yang sesuai mutu rencana, Untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang sesuai mutu rencana diperlukan identifikasi risiko. Objek penelitian ini adalah Jalan Binalatung Kota Tarakan, koresponden berasal dari kontraktor pelaksana. metode yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara yang nantinya diolah dengan indeks risiko. Dari penelitian ini di identifikasi terdapat 41 Variabel dari 9 Kategori risiko pada peningkatan Jalan Binalatung Kota Tarakan yang dimiliki oleh kontraktor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas parkir dan model kapasitas parkir motor pada area FKIP UBT. Objek penelitian adalah luas lahan parkir, jumlah mahasiswa, dosen, dan staff FKIP UBT, serta rata-rata durasi parkir motor. Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi diperoleh data mengenai volume parkir motor, akumulasi parkir motor dan durasi parkir motor di area parkir FKIP UBT. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 22. Kapasitas Parkir Motor Sebelah Selatan Dekanat FKIP sebanyak 37 kendaraan, Parkir motor Plasa UBT sebanyak 1496 kendaraan, Parkir Motor Sebelah Utara Dekanat FKIP sebanyak 80 kendaraan, Parkir Motor Sebelah Barat Gedung FKIP sebanyak 50 kendaraan, dan tidak terdapat motor pada Parkir Sebelah Timur Dekanat FKIP. Dengan menggunakan regresi linier diperoleh Model kapasitas parkir untuk motor adalah Y = 0,667X1.

Abstract

Tarakan City is an island that has a coast and as the largest city located in North Kalimantan Province which makes tourism as one of the main sectors. Regional development is carried out to determine community needs in the future. This study used quantitative and descriptive qualitative data analysis research using a scalogram analysis to determine the location of growth centres based on the availability of facilities and infrastructure of each region's infrastructures. Based on the analysis of the scalogram showed the hierarchy area by the division of the category based on facilities and infrastructures in the northern coastal area of ​​the Tarakan city.

Abstract

To achieve the project’s goal, both internal and external organization influencing factors (construction industry) should be aware, particularly at the construction implementation level. The objective of this research is to identify the environmental factors that influence construction implementation from the contractor’s perspective as the main actors in the implementation of construction. The methodology used in this research was library research and surveys using questionnaires as data instruments. The analytical method used is principal component analysis, supported by the SPSS program. Based on the analysis results of the environmental factors that influence the construction implementation level using principle component analysis, the total class produced 15 main components and was capable of explaining the various data with a cumulative percentage of 85.672%. From the study results, it can be concluded that the company resource factor was the most influential factor compared with other factors.

Abstract

Establishing North Kalimantan as the 34th province in Indonesia with the provincial capital located in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency, has influenced the pattern of transportation used by society between regions. Previously, most people traveled to Tarakan city by sea transportation because Tarakan is an island city and has a strategic role regionally as a National Activity Center (PKN) in North Kalimantan. Since January 2020, the North Kalimantan Transportation Service has permitted public transportation routes to Perum DAMRI Tanjung Selor Branch to serve three round-trips (pp) routes, namely: Tanjung Selor-Malinau (TGS-MLN), Tanjung Selor-Tana Tidung (TJS-KTT), and Malinau-Salang (MLN-SLG). This study aims to find the ideal fare for public transportation for people on the route, taking into account the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC), the ability and willingness to pay (ATP and WTP) of DAMRI Bus users, as well as the user's willingness to pay. Pay more or WTP from Contingency Valuation (WTP-CV) if you get better service during the trip. The current single-trip DAMRI Bus fare is IDR 150,000.00 for the TJS-MLN/MLN-TJS route, the TJS-KTT/KTT-TJS route is IDR 100,000.00, and for the MLN-SLG/SLG-MLN route of IDR 50,000.00. The results of the study based on the VOC obtained one-time trip rates for each route, respectively: IDR 135,633.21, IDR 119,046.86 and IDR 35,186.00. The respondents' ATP analysis results obtained a one-time trip fare for each route in a row: IDR 142,994.05, IDR 119.747.47 and IDR 63.750.00. Meanwhile, respondents' WTP was obtained for each route: IDR 110,519.48, IDR 94,545.45, and IDR 39,107.14. The respondents' WTP-CV values were also obtained on each route, amounting to IDR 14,675.32, IDR 11,409.09, and IDR 8,303.57. Considering the captive rider as an economy class passenger and the benefits of the DAMRI Bus operator, the proposed tariffs for each route are IDR 130,000, IDR 110,000, and IDR 48,000.
