Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the process of applying the method (SAS) assisted byletter card media to improve early reading skills in grade II SD Negeri I Togeme, knowing the use of themethod (SAS) assisted by letter card media to improve early reading skills in grade II SD Negeri ITogeme. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitativeapproaches. The PTK stages include: Planning, Implementation, Observation, Reflection which consistsof cycles I and II. The subjects in this study amounted to 16 grade II students in the even semester of the2021/2022 academic year. The data collection in this research are: Observation, Test andDocumentation. The results of the application of the method (SAS) assisted by letter card media inlearning to improve early reading skills in the first cycle showed that students' mastery was 43% of the 16students who took part in the learning process in class with an average number of 63.18% in the firstcycle. . Meanwhile, in the second cycle, 81% of the students who completed the learning process in theclassroom were 81% of the 16 students who completed the learning process with an average of 73.18%.Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the method (SAS) assisted by letter card media canimprove early reading skills in second grade students of SD Negeri I Togeme.

Abstract

The research objectives consist of (1) Increasing prewriting activity through words card at 3rd gradeof SDNegeri Bajo and (2) Increasing students prewriting activities through word cards. There were22 students became the respondents of this reearch and this research used quantitative andqualitative approach with classroom action research (CAR)The result of this research showed that there was significant difference between 1st cycle and 2ndcycle showed up that there were positive and negatively reacting respond by the students. In usingword cards media showed that students were more enjoyable in learning process. Based on theresearch result of learning foundout that 7,1 % average. It is proved that card words media couldimproved students competence in learning prewriting in cycle one with categorize suficiently. Whilein the second cycle became 19 students passed attend their evaluation or 19 students of 20 students,thus the percentage reach 95 %. Based on the second cycle of the research, the researcher assumedthat the students prewriting competence through word cards increase at 3rd grade of SDNegeri Bajo

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes through the use of pictures media. This type of research is classroom action research. The class and subject of this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri 38 Kota Ternate. The research data collection techniques are observation, testing and documentation. The research instrument used observation sheets in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and student activity observation sheets as well as instruments in the form of student evaluation test questions to assess student learning outcomes.The results showed that the process of learning activities through pictures media increased from cycle Ist to cycle IInd  by 18%, this can be seen from the results of the research in cycle I there were 15 students who had completed(passed the KKM) and 7 students who had not completed (not passed the KKM) with a percentage of students' classical learning completeness of 68% and in cycle II there were 19 students who had completed and 3 students who had not completed with a percentage of students' classical learning completeness of 86%. From this analysis it can be understood that the use of image media in sub-theme 1, the types of work have increased in cycle IInd. The results of this study and research could be concluded that the learning outcomes of class IV students in sub-theme I types of work through pictures media  at SD Negeri 38 Kota Ternate have increased and successed.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi PGSD, Universitas Khairun. Sebanyak 30 mahasiswa melaksanakan peerteaching dalam matakuliah perencanaan pembelajaran SD. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa PGSD sebagai calon guru di masa depan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah rubrik penilaian praktik peerteaching yang terdiri dari 17 komponen. Penilaian dilakukan pada kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran, perangkat yang digunakan, proses pembelajaran hingga evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa masih berada pada kategori kurang baik (berada pada skor 3). Dari 17 komponen yang dianalisis, seluruh komponen tersebut tidak ada yang mendapatkan rata-rata skor maksimal. Pada aspek-aspek mendasar seperti menyiapkan kelas, penyampaian materi dan pelaksanaan asesmen mendapatkan total penguasaan yang kurang dari 50% jumlah mahasiswa. Peningkatan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan rutin di dalam kampus maupun diluar kampus.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus, dengan menjadikan 14 siswa SD 41 Halmahera Barat sebagai subjek penelitian. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, penggunaan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PBP) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SD pada materi bilangan pecahan. Hal ini dapat ditunjukan dengan perolehan presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada tes awal kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa sebelum diterapkanya model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, memperoleh presentase ketuntasan 0% (tidak terdapat siswa yang tuntas), setelah diterapkanya model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada siklus I presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 28,57% (terdapat 4 siswa yang tuntas), presentase ketuntasan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada siklus II juga meningkat menjadi 78,57% (terdapat 11 siswa yang tuntas).

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study to measure students' level of comprehension in elementary teacher education at Khairun University toward implementing the principles of the independent curriculum. The independent curriculum makes it easy for teachers and students to conduct learning according to student's needs. Even though it has superior values ​​compared to the previous curriculum, the independent curriculum presents other problems. Therefore, understanding the principles of implementing the curriculum is essential to analyze so that the difficulties faced by students are immediately known as a preventive measure. The subjects of this research were 30 students in semester IV. The instruments used were tests and interviews. The test instrument consists of 36 description questions and an interview consisting of five main questions. Based on the test results, it was found that students needed to understand the implementation of the principles of the independent curriculum well. All students needed more understanding, starting from the learning components, implementation, and final evaluation. The interview results also strengthened the comprehension test results. Students said that limitations in seeking additional information and different learning and assessment processes confused them with the independent curriculum. One of the solutions is special training and assistance for students to develop independent curriculum products such as teaching modules or student worksheets as instruments in carrying out assessments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model Role Playing dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 16 Kota Ternate, serta untuk mengukur efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa pada materi cerpen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Role Playing secara signifikan meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa. Pada siklus I, persentase aktivitas guru mencapai 64,21% dan aktivitas siswa 62,10%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 94,73% dan aktivitas siswa menjadi 86,31%. Selain itu, kemampuan berbicara siswa juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, hanya 2 dari 24 siswa (8,34%) yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Namun pada siklus II, 22 siswa (91,66%) berhasil mencapai KKM. Dengan demikian, penerapan model Role Playing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada pembelajaran cerpen di kelas V. Model ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui proses pengunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada tema 5 subtema 1 Perjuangan Para Pahlawan di kelas IV SDN Nusa Ambu Kabupaten Halmahera Timur (2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada tema 5 subtema 1 Perjuangan Para Pahlawan di kelas IV SDN Nusa Ambu Kabupaten Halmahera Timur. menggunakan siklus yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus I bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada materi perjuangan para pahlawan terdapat 3 siswa yang tuntas atau 30%. Siswa yang dinyatakan tidak tuntas sebanyak 7 siswa atau 70% hal ini membuktikan bahwa pelaksanaan pada siklus I belum berhasil atau belum meningkat yang sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan. pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa diantaranya dari 10 siswa mengikuti proses belajar mengajar terdapat 9 siswa yg tuntas atau 90% yang di katakan berhasil mecapai KKM, sedangkan siswa yang tidak tuntas terdapat 1 orang atau 10%. Dengan demikian model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN Nusa Ambu Kabupaten Halmahera Timur. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), Hasil Belajar, Subtema 1 Perjuangan Para Pahlawan.
