Abstract

Kelincahan merupakan salah satu komponen kebugaran jasmani yang sangat penting bagi anak tunagrahita sedang dalam menunjang aktivitas fungsional sehari-hari. Namun, keterbatasan perkembangan motorik menyebabkan sebagian besar anak tunagrahita memiliki tingkat kelincahan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan gerak dasar lokomotor dan gerak manipulatif terhadap peningkatan kelincahan siswa tunagrahita sedang.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen One Group Pretest–Posttest Design dengan sampel sebanyak 20 siswa tunagrahita sedang usia 8–12 tahun. Instrumen pengukuran kelincahan menggunakan tes shuttle run 10 m × 4 yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Perlakuan diberikan selama delapan minggu (16 pertemuan) melalui latihan gerak lokomotor dan manipulatif berbasis permainan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rerata nilai kelincahan dari 9,62 pada pre-test menjadi 13,25 pada post-test. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p = 0,006 (p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan bahwa latihan gerak lokomotor dan manipulatif memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan siswa tunagrahita sedang.Dengan demikian, latihan gerak lokomotor dan manipulatif berbasis permainan efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif untuk meningkatkan kelincahan siswa tunagrahita sedang

Abstract

PROLIGA is one of the professional volleyball events in Indonesia. Volleyball itself has entered the elite level of sports that are in high demand. Serving is one of the efforts or techniques used in volleyball. This study aims to analyse serves in competitive matches. The research method involved analysing every serve made in the 2023 PROLIGA Men's Volleyball Final through match observation on the official website. The serves analysed were successful serves, serve errors or serves out, and serve points. The success rate of serves in this final match was high, at around 73%, but the success rate of scoring points from serves was less than 17%. The conclusion from the results of this study is that failed serves and easy serves are the two biggest disadvantages in winning volleyball matches, especially at higher or professional levels of competition.

Abstract

The background of this service activity is based on the important need for basic technical skills in basketball games that can support a player's ability to achieve achievement. Basic techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting are very important assets for every player because as a guide in the ability to play basketball, the form of basic technique training models always encourages a player to be able to hone skills well. However, players will also have experience of movement activities related to the form of training models. methods carried out with lectures and questions and answers, and practice. The form of this activity includes preparation by preparing materials and materials to be delivered, implementation related to providing explanations related to basic basketball techniques and field practice, evaluation related to elements summarising activity events related to the existence of obstacles and input for these activities, conclusions The implementation of activities related to basic basketball techniques gets enthusiasm and can be highly motivated by the players.

Abstract

Based on the objectives in this service activity has a desire to find out the understanding of students related to basic karate techniques, basic techniques are the initial foundation in karate sports because techniques are the main things that must be mastered by someone in the world of karate sports. So that later students understand and have basic technical skills in the form of movement skills and in this service using lecture, demonstration, practice and question and answer methods. In this activity provides explanations related to basic karate techniques including punches, kicks, parries, and stance positions. In this activity, an evaluation is carried out to be able to summarise related conditions and also suggestions on these activities, while the results of this service increase students' understanding of the material presented positively. The conclusion is that students' understanding of the basic karate technique material has improved well, and has a positive impact on the ability of skills on how to perform basic karate technique movements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Relationship Between the Effectiveness of Learning Physical Education Sports and Health Towards Physical Fitness of Students Aged 10-12 Years, this study is a correlational study that uses survey methods. The results of the study for learning effectiveness showed a sufficient category of 32 students (41.02%), for physical fitness 32 students (41.02%) in the moderate category, for the correlation test showed the sig value between physical fitness and the effectiveness of PJOK learning was 0.045 <0.05 which means there is a significant correlation or relationship between variables. The conclusion based on the results of the relationship between the effectiveness of PJOK learning and the physical fitness of students aged 10-12 years, so it needs to be understood when learning is effective and students do movement activities will have a positive impact on students' physical fitness.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan jasmani merupakan salah satu media yang mendorong pengembangan keterampilan motorik, kemampuan jasmani, pengetahuan, sportivitas, pembiasaan hidup sehat dan pembentukan karakter (mental, emosional, spiritual dan sosial) dalam rangka mencapai tujuan sistem pendidikan Nasional. . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui survei efektivitas pendidikan jasmani di MI NEGERI 3 Jombang tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 178 siswa dari kelas I sampai kelas VI MI NEGERI 3 Jombang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, lembar angket berdasarkan pernyataan-pernyataan yang telah disusun secara sistematis. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan hasil skor persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase perolehan tertinggi diperoleh pada indikator metode mengajar sebesar 34% dengan hasil “tinggi”, penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan hasil 30%, bahan ajar sebesar 35% dengan hasil “sedang”, pemanfaatan waktu sebesar 43% dengan hasil “sedang”. hasil “sedang”. perilaku siswa sebesar 38% dengan hasil “tinggi”, dan fasilitas belajar sebesar 37% dengan hasil “sedang”. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pembelajaran Jasmani.

Abstract

Physical education and sports are a long-term investment in efforts to foster the quality of Indonesian human resources. The development of motion in childhood is very prominent, especially in locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative abilities. Children perform various basic movements perfectly such as running, jumping, pushing, throwing and others. Improvement or improvement of basic movements occur in childhood. Therefore, alternatives the solution is with game and sport activities. Traditional games boi-boian, baseball, and maccuke contain physical movements or activities, through traditional games in addition to teaching physical movements such as running, jumping, throwing and hitting but also teach sportsmanship and cooperation.This study aims to determine the effect of traditional games on the manipulative motion of students of SD Muhammadiyah Nganjuk in the realm of manipulative movement skills. This research is an experimental research, with a quantitative approach, the Pre experiment design method uses the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The sampling technique uses the cluster method. The sample in this study was 30 students in grade IV at SD Muhammadiyah Nganjuk. Data collection methods in this study used a tennis ball throwing test. This study uses paired sample t-test analysis techniques at a significance level of 0.05 with the help of a computer program SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hypothesis testing is if (Ho) is rejected Sig (2-tailed) <0.05.Analysis results Based on the results of the data analysis above, it can be concluded that the SPSS calculation states that the Sig. (2-tailed)> α obtained by 0.052 and the value of α = 0.05, means 0.052> 0.05. With the results of the calculation of T-count of 20.637 and T table of 1.311. So 20,637> 1,311 so that it can be concluded there is the influence of traditional games on manipulative motion skills in students of SD Muhammadiyah Nganjuk.

Abstract

This study aims to relate eating habits and sedentary activities to the physical fitness of students aged 13-15 years, the study used an observational analytic design with a cross sectional approach. Observational analytics is research that is carried out only through observation, without any intervention on the research subject. the population of this study is 288 students so that when the population is more than 100, it uses a percentage calculation with 25% so that the number of samples in the study is 72 students. The research instrument used the Adolescent Food Habit Checklist (AFHC) eating habits questionnaire, for sedentary activities using the ASAQ (Adolescent Sedentary Activity Questionnaire) questionnaire, the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test age 13 - 15 years. This study resulted in the calculation of data showing that there is a relationship between eating habits and fitness with a sig value of 0.01 ˂ 0.05, while for sedentary activities to physical fitness shows that there is a relationship based on a sig value of 0.04 ˂ 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between eating habits and sedentary activities on students' physical fitness.
