Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a change in the learning system which was originally carried out face-to-face and replaced with distance learning or online. The purpose of this research is to describe distance learning management (planning, implementing, and controlling), the constraints that arise and the solutions to overcome them. The research method uses qualitative research with a case study design and an ethnographic approach. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 27 Surakarta. Primary data sources were obtained from school principals, vice principals for curriculum, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was carried out using source triangulation techniques and double checking. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) Distance learning planning at SMPN 27 Surakarta includes preparation of learning instruments, preparation of teaching materials, preparation of infrastructure, teacher training, and preparation of implementation schedules; (2) The implementation of distance learning has been running well and smoothly. Implemented using an LMS in the form of Google Classroom and Zoom, and supported by the Whatsapp (WA) application; (3) PJJ control is carried out by carrying out monitoring and evaluation activities; (4) The constraints found were divided into two, namely internal constraints (obstacles in the school) and external constraints (coming from outside the school); (5) The solution to overcoming obstacles is to maximize the teacher's role, increase the diversity of file types and sources of teaching materials, optimize features in Google Classroom, and work with parents to guide children's learning during distance learning implementation. The implication of distance learning management is the need for collaboration between school principals, teachers, students, and parents so that the implementation of distance learning can run well.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in passenger and freight transportation services using trains. To improve the existing facilities and infrastructure at PT KAI, one of the factors in the procurement of goods and services that can support and support the running of train operations is the solid wheels of the train. In the implementation of the procurement of solid train wheels, PT Kereta Api Indonesia collaborates with several vendors to find the best vendors in the procurement of solid train wheels. The five vendors are PT. IMST, PT. TU, PT. BI, PT. PEI, and PT. IE. In the implementation of the procurement of solid train wheels, there are times when vendors cannot maintain their commitments, which has an impact on ongoing projects. In this study, the author used the Profile Matching Method to determine which vendor has the best rating. Based on the results of research on the five vendors, IMST vendors ranked first with a final result value of 5.71, followed by PEI vendors in second place with a final result value of 5.64, then TU vendors ranked third with a final result value of 5.58, then ranked fourth, namely BI vendors with a final result value of 5.48, and finally ranked fifth, namely IE vendors with a final result value of 4.92. The results of this rating are used as input for the company in determining the main partner and for vendors as an evaluation to improve their performance so that it can become the main choice for the company.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan struktur komposisi musik iringan tari Puspanjali karya I Nyoman Windha seorang maestro karawitan Bali. Tari Puspanjali yang dipergunakan sebagai tari penyambutan ciptaan NLN Swasthi Widjaja diciptakan tahun 1989, menjadikannya sebagai sebuah karya tari yang monumental. Puspanjali berasal dari kata puspa berarti bunga dan anjali berarti sebuah penghormatan, dengan kata lain Puspanjali adalah taburan bunga sebagai sebuah penghormatan. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif melalui penjabaran struktur dan bentuk musik iringan tari yang terdiri dari kawitan, pengawak, dan pekaad dengan persyaratan mungkus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung baik melihat pertunjukannya ataupun melalui video, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Penciptaan tari dan iringannya sangat spontan yang keluar dari ide, gerak tari, dan melodi yang diramu dalam komposisi yang sederhana tetapi sampai saat ini karya tersebut dapat digolongkan sebagai karya monumental karena masih bertahan dan banyak dipergunakan oleh masyarakat di Bali. Penjabaran struktur musik iringan tari dilakukan melalui notasi balok yang digabungkan dengan notasi dindong. Tarian Puspanjali sangat cocok dipelajari oleh anak usia dini karena kesederhanaan gerakannya, dan musik iringan dapat dipelajari oleh para pemula usia SD karena kesederhanaan komposisi musiknya.

Abstract

The musical composition of  Tabuh Kreasi Durmanggala is a karawitan composition that uses Semarandana gamelan as a medium of expression. This Durmanggala Creation Tabuh is a tabuh inspired by natural phenomenon hints implied in Lontar Roga Sanghara Bhumi, namely Durmanggala, which occurred in Kelan Traditional Village. The concept of this work uses the tri angga structure, which is still based on traditional principles. The tradition is well developed in terms of gending structure and techniques with the arrangement of musical elements such as tone, melody, rhythm, tempo, harmony, and dynamics. This masterpiece of Durmanggala creation was created because it contained four aspects that became the orientation of discussion in understanding ways to design new works, including aspects of ideas, aspects of concepts, and implementation of ideas and concepts into gamelan as a medium of expression, and consideration of taste.

Abstract

Kulawarga Pencon is a musical work that summarizes the fusion of two cultural families in instruments based on Balinese and Javanese gamelan. The method for creating Kulawarga Pencon's work adopts the principles stated in the Method for Composing Musical Works (An Alternative) by inserting the process for creating works by I Wayan Beratha. This creation inspired musical processing based on an appreciation of the technique of playing gamelan instruments with pencon and processing rhythms based on various tempos. This approach creates a harmonious intertwining of tones in the formulation of the work. The musical structure of Kulawarga Pencon follows the Tri Angga concept, which consists of kawitan (precursor), pengawak (content), and pengecet (cover). Kawitan is formulated as an introduction that highlights the elements of rhythm, dynamics, and tempo as the basis for the development of the initial part. The crew expanded its scope by developing ancient techniques adapted to the stylist's perspective. The printer is interpreted as the culmination or red thread that transforms the formulation of the work toward the end. The musical work Kulawarga Pencon is composed and structured into three parts with various patterned characters but sourced from existing gamelan with knob techniques adapted to the stylist's interpretation of the interpretive power. This work's result is music processing through a unique mindset and creative process. An experimental result represents the interaction between two cultures, namely Balinese and Javanese Gamelan, in the form of a distinctive instrument, which is then used as a medium for working on the formulation of the work. For 14 minutes, this work was played by 17 musicians, including arrangers, with support from students from the Gamelan Arts Study and Performing Arts Education program at the Indonesian Institute of Arts Denpasar.
