Abstract

The existence of woman in Indonesia parliament is still far from insufficient. Woman Legislators either in central or region of parliament has not indicate any significant growth. The electoral support is become one of the capital required of woman candidates to compete in elections. In Karimun, a region from Province of Riau Island recorded only three candidates were succeed to become the legislator as one of them able to achieve significant vote. Based on the background of these problems researcher interested to conduct more in-depth study on “Winning Factor of a Woman Candidate Golongan Karya Party in District III Karimun Region Riau Island Province”. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. From the research that has been made known that the required capital with a good management could make a candidate take the victory in Legislative Election. The capital is divided into three part as known as social capital, political capital, and economic capital.The three based capital with prudent management is able to give victory to candidates. Abstract

Inventory is one of the assets contained in the company. Stock plays an essential role for companies because Inventory must be planned and controlled properly. Inventory control is seeking the availability of raw materials so that there are no shortages and excesses. ABC classification is a method used to classify goods based on the ranking or order of the cumulative percentage value of absorption of funds and the cumulative percentage of raw material use, which are then sorted from the highest importance to the lowest value and are divided into groups A, B and C. Inventory is carried out to exercise control using Min-Max Stock; if the stock has exceeded the minimum limit, then a Re-Order must be made, and the maximum limit is the availability limit. The results of the ABC classification with the cumulative percentage of capital absorption and the percentage of use of raw materials show that the factory must focus on paying attention to handling the availability of suitable materials so that no buildup can cause damage and its availability is maintained. Proper handling so that the raw materials are not damaged due to accumulation and to avoid running out of raw materials, the Min-Max Stock method takes into account the amount of Safety Stock that must be in storage so that the production process can run smoothly if there is an additional need for raw materials or occurs late arrival of raw materials. In addition, so that there is no accumulation of raw materials in storage

Abstract

The discrepancy between understanding and practicing religious teachings is a significant psychological phenomenon that often leads to internal crises and behavioral inconsistencies. This research aims to deeply explore the main psychological factors that cause the gap. Using a qualitative approach through case study methods, this research analyzes various psychological dynamics that influence individuals. The main findings indicate that cognitive dissonance is the core trigger that creates an inner conflict between beliefs and actions. This conflict is exacerbated by external pressures from the modern social and cultural environment. Internally, factors such as spiritual crises, character weaknesses, and the dominance of worldly ambitions have proven to weaken religious discipline. As a defense mechanism, individuals tend to use hypocrisy and justification theories to rationalize their actions, thereby presenting a religious image that is not in line with their actual practices. Thus, this research provides deep insights into the central role of psychology in religiosity and offers a foundation for educational institutions and religious communities to design more effective mentoring approaches in helping individuals achieve integrity between beliefs and actions. ABSTRAKKetidaksesuaian antara pemahaman dan pengamalan ajaran agama merupakan fenomena psikologis signifikan yang sering kali menimbulkan krisis internal dan inkonsistensi perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam faktor-faktor psikologis utama yang menyebabkan kesenjangan tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai dinamika psikologis yang memengaruhi individu. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa disonansi kognitif adalah pemicu inti yang menciptakan konflik batin antara keyakinan dan tindakan. Konflik ini diperburuk oleh tekanan eksternal dari lingkungan sosial dan budaya modern. Secara internal, faktor-faktor seperti krisis spiritual, kelemahan karakter, dan dominasi ambisi duniawi terbukti melemahkan disiplin beragama. Sebagai mekanisme pertahanan, individu cenderung menggunakan hipokrisi dan teori pembenaran untuk merasionalisasi tindakannya, sehingga menampilkan citra religius yang tidak sejalan dengan praktik nyata. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang peran sentral psikologi dalam keberagamaan dan menawarkan landasan bagi lembaga pendidikan serta komunitas keagamaan untuk merancang pendekatan pembinaan yang lebih efektif dalam membantu individu mencapai integritas antara keyakinan dan perbuatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas materi pendidikan Islam dari perspektif hadis, sebagai sumber ajaran yang memberikan fondasi spiritual, intelektual, dan moral dalam sistem pendidikan Islam. Dalam konteks ini, hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penguat Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga sebagai panduan praktis dalam merancang materi pendidikan yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kepustakaan dengan analisis isi terhadap teks-teks hadis klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa materi pendidikan Islam yang berlandaskan hadis mencakup tiga aspek utama: tauhid, fiqih, dan tasawuf. Ketiganya memiliki peran signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia, memiliki kedalaman spiritual, serta pemahaman agama yang utuh. Tauhid mengajarkan nilai keesaan Allah dan membentuk fondasi iman, fiqih memberikan pemahaman hukum syariat, sementara tasawuf menanamkan nilai-nilai keikhlasan dan kesadaran spiritual. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya keseimbangan antara aspek kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Integrasi hadis dalam materi ajar bukan hanya memperkuat landasan normatif pendidikan, tetapi juga memperkaya metode dan tujuan pembelajaran agar lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini penting untuk dijadikan referensi dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter Islami secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Various character problems of the Indonesian nation are still very worrying. Various negative character facts have been shown by the Indonesian people with certain pretexts that seem to be right. The method used in this research is maudhu'i/thematic interpretation method. It is a qualitative approach. In the person of Prophet Ibrâhîm (peace be upon him), it contains the perfect human character immortalised in the Qur'ân. Among them are the Prophet Ibrâhîm as ummah, qânit, hanîf, halîm, awâh, munîb, sincere, patient, as will be discussed in the next chapter. In essence, the character possessed by the Prophet Ibrâhîm is a character to be emulated in life, especially by the leaders of this nation and society in general.

Abstract

The rising role of technology in education has caused a renewed interest in studying interactive educational systems. This study focuses into the usage of the Duolingo platform as an interactive learning tool, assessing its potential impact on language acquisition and engagement among users. The purpose of this study is to evaluate Duolingos performance as an interactive learning tool for language learning. This study integrates a case study approach with descriptive quantitative methods. Several instruments are used, such as questionnaires, activity records, and interviewing. Surveys and student activity logs provide quantitative insights into learning outcomes and engagement among users are analyzed. Moreover, qualitative data gathered from interviews is examined using a thematic approach to better understand user experiences and perspectives. The result of this study shows that Duolingo's integration into traditional educational settings significantly improves participants' motivation and attitudes toward language learning. for about 94.7% feeling more motivated as a result of its engaging elements such as scores, hearts, rankings, and rewards. Duolingo also improving proficiency in listening, speaking, vocabulary, and grammar through personalized and repetitive tasks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan strategi manajemen konflik untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim. Konflik dapat terjadi pada siapa saja dan dimana saja dengan tidak mengenal status, pendapatan dan kedudukan. Seseorang yang tidak mampu mengelola konflik akan menjadi bumerang bagi kinerja dirinya sendiri dan akhimya berdampak pula bagi kinerja perusahaan. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan strategi mengelola konflik sebagai salah satu upaya untuk merciptakan kinerja baik untuk kinerja individu karyawan maupun kinerja team. Strategi manajemen korflik dapat memberikan kontribusi pada kinerja tim melalui kemampuan karyawan dalam mengakomodir ide dari rekan kerja, kemampuan menghindari perbedaan pendapat dengan menjaga perasaan dan menjaga hubungan komunikasi, dan melala, kar kolaborasi tentang metode kerja. Saran penelitian ini hendaknya meningkatkan strategi mengelola konflik seperti strategi berkompetisi dalam bekerja dengan memberikan kesempatan rekan lainnya untuk menggunakan keahliannya dalam membuat keputusan dan menemukan solusi penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Abstract

This article explores the urgency of renewing interpretive methodologies of religious texts within today’s multicultural society. By observing religious practices in three culturally and religiously diverse communities, this study integrates contextual hermeneutics with socio-historical analysis. The findings reveal varying community responses to alternative readings rooted in local wisdom and the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah). On one hand, such approaches bridge the gap between scripture and contemporary realities; on the other, they provoke resistance among traditionalists concerned with the risks of relativism. Contextual interpretation serves not only as an epistemological bridge between religious values and cultural diversity, but also as a gateway to more inclusive religious practices. The article emphasizes the need for collaborative strategies among scholars, religious leaders, and policymakers to enhance interpretive literacy and strengthen adaptive religious ethics. Methodological reform is thus not merely an academic issue but a strategic measure to maintain social cohesion amid globalization. Consequently, reinterpreting sacred texts through a contextual lens offers a balanced pathway that preserves tradition while ensuring contemporary relevance.

Abstract

This article examines the dynamics of radicalism among students through the lens of Social Network Analysis (SNA). The main focus of the research is to map social relationships and the influence of key actors in network-based radicalization processes within school environments. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through snowball sampling, in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of digital documents such as chat groups and religious study materials. The findings reveal that student groups inclined toward radicalism exhibit a small-world network structure that facilitates rapid ideological dissemination. Bridge actors connecting different schools play a crucial role in transmitting exclusive and intolerant religious narratives. Theoretically, the study validates social contagion theory and highlights the relevance of the preferential attachment concept in the formation of radical preaching networks. The practical implications stress the urgency of religious digital literacy training for teachers and the development of SNA-based monitoring systems in schools. However, challenges remain, including limited access to closed networks and potential bias in self-reporting. Therefore, collaboration among educational institutions, deradicalization communities, and security actors is essential to building a resilient educational ecosystem against ideological infiltration.
