The number of samples used was 59 taken by purposive sample method. The results of this study indicate that the cash conversion cycle has a negative and significant effect on profitability, the account receivable period has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and the account payable period has a significant negative effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the results for the inventory conversion period show that there is no significant effect on profitability.

ABSTRACT The development of the digital world has permeated every aspect of life, where almost every aspect of human life is affected by the digitization. Digitization has revolutionized nearly all aspects of societal life, including the banking sector. Digital transformation in the banking sector has significantly altered financial services. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of digital banking transaction intensity, digital banking transaction value, NonPerforming Loans (NPL), and diversification as independent variables on bank’s profitability measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. The population in this research consists of commercial banks in Indonesia registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) until 2022. The sample was taken using secondary data with a time series approach, in monthly data from 2017 to 2022, obtained from the OJK and BI’s publication report. Data analysis utilized the multiple linear regression test conducted using SPSS version 25. The results of this research indicate that the intensity of digital banking transactions significantly and positively effected profitability, measured by ROA (Return on Assets), while the value of digital banking transactions significantly and negatively affected ROA. Other findings from this research shows that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant and negative impact on ROA, and diversification has a positive but not significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social responsibility (SR), environmental concern (EC), and the use of social media related to environmental issues (SM) on sustainability intention (SI) and sustainable consumption behavior (SBC) among Gen Z (born 1997-2012). Using a cross-sectional design, data from 383 respondents or students in Indonesia were analyzed using the Sobel test to examine mediation pathways. The results indicate that SR, EC, and SM significantly influence SI, which in turn enhances SBC. This research found that sustainability intention plays a strong mediating role between SR, EC, and SM on sustainable consumption behavior. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing social responsibility, environmental concern, and interaction with environmental content on social media to promote sustainable consumption behavior among Gen Z. The limitations of this study include the use of a limited sample and a cross-sectional design. The implications of these findings involve marketing strategies and policies that support sustainability. Future research is recommended to expand the sample, use a longitudinal design, and consider external factors to better understand the dynamics of sustainable consumption behavior.

Abstract

Environmental, social, and governance disclosure are important for corporations to enhance their performance in these areas. In Indonesia, only a few businesses produce sustainability reports. This study seeks to investigate the role of firm size in moderating the influence of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on sustainability performance as measured by ESG disclosures in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. Using the purposive sampling strategy, 61 sample companies were identified. The data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach and the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The findings revealed that profitability has insignificant influence but positively on ESG disclosure, whereas liquidity and leverage have a significant effect but negatively on ESG disclosure. Company size was able to moderate by increasing the effect of liquidity and leverage factors on ESG disclosure, but not profitability. The study's findings support stakeholder theory in terms of the company's attempts to develop and publicize its sustainability report.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of foreign ownership, bonuses, and company size on a company's decision to use transfer pricing. The research was conducted on 185 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. The approach used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results show that bonuses have a negative effect on performance, with a negative coefficient value of -0.003. This indicates that providing bonuses may reduce a company's tendency to use transfer pricing as a strategy. Meanwhile, foreign ownership also has a small negative impact on transfer pricing decisions, with a coefficient value of -0.006 and a significance level of 0.482, indicating an insignificant effect. On the other hand, company size is found to have a significant positive impact on transfer pricing, with a coefficient value of 0.743 and a highly significant level of 0.000. This study provides insights that company size is the dominant factor influencing transfer pricing decisions, while the effects of bonuses and foreign ownership are relatively small and insignificant. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing transfer pricing practices in manufacturing companies in Indonesia.
