Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted aims to overcoming the difficulties students at once petrified in first grade students of SDN 51 Pekanbaru in the addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers. In particular the objectives of this research is to improve student learning outcomes of Mathematics class I SDN 51 Pekanbaru using Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (IRME). The low yield was due to the students' learning during the teacher in providing rare examples using concrete objects related to the everyday world of students so that students are less motivated to learn. This research was conducted at SDN 51 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the academic year 2014 / 2015. This classroom action research will be carried out at SDN 51 Pekanbaru. As the subject of this research is the first grade students of SDN 51 Pekanbaru the number of students 37 consisting of 17 men and 20 women. The result of research using PMRI can improve student in the learning process. In addition, the activities of teachers also increased, according to the lesson plans were designed. So that the student learning experience increased. In first cycle obtained 38.98% increase in learning outcomes and classically completeness obtained at 97.30% and the second cycle was also obtained increase of 42.71% and classically completeness obtained at 97.30 %. The conclusion of this research is the application of Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education approach (IRME) can increase student learning outcomes of mathematics class I SDN 51 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (IRME), Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aimed to test whether a variable Mudaraba, Musharaka financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) Influence To Profitability In Syriah Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Thesample used in this study is Bank Sharia which displays quarter financial statements during the period2010-2014. The analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis to tRefineries on the data in this study using SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package For The Social Science).Based on the results of the calculations on simultaneous test values obtained Fcount 10.945 and thevalue of P-Value (0,000), Value P-ValuePerforming Financing (NPF) significant effect on profitability, while partially on Financing Mudhabah(0.05), the Musharaka financing variable has no effect on the profitability of Islamic Banks with tcountsignificant impact on profitability is negative with tcount(0.05).

Abstract

Masalah antrian dapat terjadi di banyak kasus, di antaranya terdapat dalam proses pengambilan obat di rumah sakit oleh pasien. Pengambilan obat di bagian farmasi Rumah Sakit XYZ mengalami antrian yang cukup lama dengan rentang waktu yang terlalu jauh. Pasien seringkali harus menunggu dalam waktu yang tidak pasti dan bahkan harus menunggu seharian sampai obat yang di tunggu dapat diambil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisa dan perancangan sistem resep obat untuk mengatasi masalah antrian tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode algoritma Shortest Job First (SJF), yaitu algoritma penjadwalan proses yang ada di CPU di mana proses yang membutuhkan waktu layanan terkecil akan di proses terlebih dahulu. Walau sebelumnya ada proses yang belum selesai namun jika ada waktu layanan yang lebih kecil tiba maka waktu layanan yang sedang di jalankan proses tersebut langsung beralih pada waktu layanan yang lebih kecil. Sehingga akan menghasilkan waktu layanan rata-rata menjadi lebih kecil dan pendek untuk keseluruhan antrian. Dengan demikian maka algoritma SJF ini bisa dikatakan menjadi algoritma yang optimal untuk kebutuhan penjadwalan. Dalam penelitian dihasilkan sebuah analisa dan perancangan sistem resep obat yang menggunakan algoritma SJF. Hasil rancangan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem resep obat di rumah sakit.

Abstract

The Bajo tribe is a group of people who depend on the sea. The Bajo tribe views the sea as a fundamental entity, and believe that the sea is the source of life. The life of the Bajo tribe is inseparable from the noble values and local wisdom that they hold upto. This Bajo tribal area, with its immense marine biodiversity, faces serious threats from a variety of factors, including overfishing as well as fish bombing, coral reef damage, and environmental pollution. This study uses a Qualitative Descriptive method using an ethnographic study with a number of subjects of two people , informant determination techniques using purposive sampling and subject retrieval using triangulation techniques. The forms of local wisdom of the Bajo Tribe that play a role in preserving the environment are: The Bajo Tribe's belief in spirit spirits or the supernatural, the Tibaanca tradition, and the use of traditional fishing gear. Local wisdom has a role in preserving the environment such as: Sustainable use of natural resources, protection of biodiversity, and control of environmental pollution. The Bajo tribe in Torosiaje uses local wisdom that they hold fast to to preserve the environment from environmental damage.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is often perceived by students as a theoretical subject that emphasizes memorization rather than meaningful understanding, which may reduce students’ learning motivation. Therefore, innovative learning strategies are required to create a more engaging and participatory classroom environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of structured discussion strategies on students’ learning motivation, perceptions toward PAI, and conceptual understanding in Islamic Religious Education classes at State Vocational High School 1 Kota Bima. This research employed a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive data regarding classroom dynamics and learning processes. The findings indicate that the implementation of structured discussion strategies significantly increased students’ participation, confidence, and engagement during the learning process. Students’ perceptions of PAI shifted from viewing it as a purely theoretical subject to recognizing it as a relevant moral and ethical framework applicable to everyday life and future professional contexts. In addition, students demonstrated deeper conceptual understanding by moving from memorization-based learning toward more analytical and contextual comprehension. These findings suggest that structured discussion strategies can foster a more dialogical, participatory, and meaningful learning environment in vocational secondary schools. However, this study was limited to a single school context and a relatively small number of participants. Future research is recommended to involve broader samples and employ mixed-method approaches to further examine the effectiveness of structured discussion strategies in different educational settings.
