Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of SSCS (search-solve-create-share) model with worksheet to build students’ creativity on making simple water purifier in chemistry classroom. The implementation of this model including activities of chemistry teacher and the students of VIIth grade junior high school in Bandung. The research method is used in this study is design research according to Plomp. The subjects of this are 1 chemistry teacher and 24 students to implementation and 3 observers. The instruments of this research are activity observation sheet of teachers and learners. Data processing result of this research use scoring process based on Likert scale then interpretation of percentage according to Riduwan. The results of this research describing that activity of teacher and the students showed very good.

Abstract

Purpose: This research investigates the relationship between the audit process and improved corporate governance practices in organizations. The focus is on assessing the effectiveness of the audit process in ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity of company operations. Research Design and Methodology: This study utilized a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through an extensive literature review covering academic journals, books, reports, and relevant publications from trusted organizations. The literature review process systematically identified, reviewed, and synthesized relevant sources. Findings and Discussion: The findings suggest that auditor independence, competence, and rigor are fundamental pillars supporting audit practices' credibility and reliability. Regulatory oversight mechanisms, including audit committees and regulatory bodies, are essential in maintaining audit standards and promoting governance integrity. Audit quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance remain vital concerns that require collaborative efforts among policymakers, regulators, auditors, and corporate practitioners. These findings highlight the importance of continuous professional development for auditors to deal with the evolving business landscape and complexity of financial transactions. Implications: The practical implications of this research include recommendations to strengthen audit processes and governance mechanisms through enhanced continuous professional training for auditors, the application of advanced technologies such as data analytics and artificial intelligence, and collaboration between stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability in audit practices. The research also underscores the need for regulatory reforms responsive to evolving market dynamics to improve supervisory effectiveness and regulatory compliance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuann untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality, kepercayaan, dan customer value terhadap keputusan pembelian online produk tas di marketplace Lazada. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non probability sampling melalui kuesioner. Hasil Uji Instrumen menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil Uji Asumsi Klasik menunjukkan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi secara normal dan menghasilkan model regresi yang bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Produk Tas di Marketplace Lazada. (2) Kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Produk Tas di Marketplace Lazada. (3) Customer Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Produk Tas di Marketplace Lazada. Hasil ini membawa implikasi bagi marketplace Lazada dalam merencanakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk mendorong konsumen melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

The GERCEP Program: The Health Check and Early Prevention Movement The Community Service Program (KKN) team from Sebelas Maret University implemented this program in Dibal Village, Boyolali, as a preventive measure against the still-high prevalence of non-communicable diseases and stunting. Activities included free health checkups, stunting prevention education, and nutrition label reading training, all of which used a participatory approach. The program successfully engaged 104 residents in health checkups, 23 Posyandu mothers in stunting prevention education, and 31 Posyandu cadres in nutrition literacy training. Results showed an increase in community knowledge and awareness of the importance of early detection, as well as improved health worker skills in understanding nutrition information. These results confirm the effectiveness of community-based health interventions in promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals 2 and 3.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) and the effectiveness on online-based licensing services in the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service of Sumatera Utara Province. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the study obtained that the Index of Community Satisfaction with online-based licensing services obtained a value of 86.29. Based on KepMenPAN Number: KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 on General Guidelines for The Preparation of Community Satisfaction Index of Government Agency Service Units included in the quality of service "A" with the performance of service units "Very Good" because it is at the IKM Conversion Interval Value between 81.26 - 100.00. The effectiveness obtained a value of 86.02% with a very effective category because it is on interpretation of 81-100%.
