Abstract

Inclusion education is the education which incorporates children with special needs to learn with peers in regular schools. Extraordinary School is the one which is organized to serve school-age children with special needs (having a physical or mental disorder). With regards to the implementation of inclusion education, people question about the existence of Extra Ordinary Schools. The problem is how the existence of Extraordinary School after the enactment of Inclusion Education. It is important to investigate this issue. The study was conducted in 12 Extraordinary Schools in four districts of Surakarta. The result indicates that most respondents answered optimistically that Extraordinary Schools will exist, due to various reasons: (1) not all of the staff can be accommodated by the School Inclusion, hearing and mentally disabled children (light, medium) which have a special feature that is his IQ below normal child can no longer be admitted to the class with regular normal children, deaf children have difficulty to attend inclusion class, blind children who have normal average IQs can attend Inclusion School with supervision of Special Teacher, disabled children who have normal IQ most likely to be accepted in the Inclusion School, slowlearning children and children with autism also can be handled by special teacher Inclusion School, (2) The most parents of children with disabilities still entrust their children educated in special schools who have enough experience rather than send their children to Inclusion school, (3) Inclusion Education can be managed in collaboration with Extraordinary School nearby (4) the majority of people, especially young parents do not know about Inclusion School, and (5) the existing Extraordinary School is well established, with adequate infrastructure, has a strong legal basis, and professional teachers. Thus Extraordinary School will remain there despite the existence of Inclusion School.

Abstract

The society service has aimed at accompanying the teachers on understanding and conducting the program of sustainable professionalism development (PKB) based on curriculum 2013. When the society service program has finished conducted, it is expected to acquire the four goals as follow: (1) the emergence of a professional teacher group and acquire the teaching competence by implementing the active learning strategy with scientific approach based on curriculum 2013; (2) the learning devices based on curriculum 2013; (3) the research proposal is classroom action research; and (4) the scientific publication article. The method applied in the society service program was conducted with the same model as the PLPG program conducted but the program implementation was simpler or could be called as mini PLPG. The program activity was beginned by deepening of material activity which related to the concept of PKB and the concept of curriculum 2013. The concept of PKB emphasized on three points that should be developed by the teachers, they were the self development, scientific publication, and innovative work. The concept of curriculum 2013 has priority on the changing understanding of the paradigm and the basic concept of curriculum structure, the prominent were about the core and the basic competences. After the deepening materials which conducted in the first phase has finished, the activity then continued by the workshop of the learning devices which emphasized on the concept of scientific approach, the active learning, and the authentic assessment which followed by peer teaching activity. The worshop activity of learning devices was conducted by facilitating the teachers in arranging the learning scenario based on the materials determined. The peer teaching activity was conducted by divide the participants into some groups to conduct the teaching practice by turns and apply the scientific approach. The third phase was the arranging the academic writing, and it has the priority on the arranging of classroom action research (PTK). The teachers were assigned to propose the classroom action research title based on the problem emerged on their classroom. After the teachers have determined the title, the society service team divisible the job to accompany the teachers in arranging the classroom action research. The strategy used in conducting the third phase, the society servicec team acted as the consultant. By the strategies applied, it is expected that the teachers would be more directed in writing and arranging the classroom action research in order to produce the quality academic writing.

Abstract

This study explores strategies for optimizing energy consumption in Indonesia's New Capital City (IKN) to achieve net zero emissions by 2045, focusing on energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, and renewable energy through the Low Emissions Analysis Platform (LEAP) model. Sustainable cars, such as renewable-energy-powered electric and green hydrogen-powered vehicles, can reduce energy consumption by 43% in 2045 and 33% in 2060, respectively, compared to BAU. GHG emissions per capita will drop 70% in 2045 and 63% in 2060. In NZE scenario, IKN can reach 100% green energy by 2045 with a 4.4 GW solar power plant, a 0.92 GWh BESS, and a full load hour capability of 4 hours. By 2045, 1.1 GW of hydropower and 143 MW of wind power are expected to be utilized. In 2060, hydropower will be 2.8 GW, wind power will be 184 MW, and solar power will be 8 GW with 1.6 GWh of BESS. Lack of legislation, technical expertise, high prices, inadequate grid infrastructure, and renewables shortfalls restrict Indonesia's BESS. Solar installation criteria, subsidies, and off-grid project incentives can all help ease BESS use. Forecasts predict 0.53 GW of rooftop solar PV capacity by 2045 and 3.35 GW by 2060. Net metering and solar tariffs boost rooftop solar system profitability. One ton of green hydrogen production requires 55.7 MWh from a solar power plant. Solar power plant capacity will rise to 0.49 GW by 2045, producing 19,359 tons of green hydrogen, and almost quintuple to 89,594 tons by 2060. Hydrogen generation, storage, transit, and distribution require specific infrastructure due to high capital costs and a lack of networks, yet interest in them is growing.
