Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Intellectual Capital on the company’s financial performance and market value. The population used in this study are all large trasing subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2009-2018 studi period. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique that uses criteria that have been determined by researches in order to obtain a sample of 13 companies. The testing tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 2.0. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of intellectual capital on the company’s financial performance and intellectual capital also has a positive and significant on the company’s market value.The suggestion in this research is companie wish to consider the use of intellectual capital to improve financial performance and market value of the company.

Abstract

Abstract

Balancing work and life stand as an on-going challenge in contemporary times. In organizational context, a high quality of work–life balance is crucial to continue attracting and retaining its employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between WLB and OCB through OC as a mediation. A survey was conducted using a set of established questionnaires on work–life balance, organizational citizenship behaviour and organizational commitment with employees of State Civil Apparatus who work in the Office of Education, Youth and Sports in Kudus Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 86 employees. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical tests and software SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that WLB had a positive and significant relationship on OC and OCB. OC is also shown to have a positive and significant relationship with OCB. In addition, OC was shown to be able to mediate the relationship between WLB and OCB. Theoretical suggestions for further research are to develop independent variables other than WLB and OCB and choose respondents from other sectors. The study has suggested implications for researchers and practitioners in the field of human resource management and experts in the area of organizational development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of dividend policy on stock price volatility in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2020. This study also examines other factors that ar thought to have an effect on dividend policy and stock price volatility, such as: firm size, earning voolatility, and leverage. This research method uses a quantitative approach, using secondary data derived from the company’s annual financial report. Purposive sampling method uses in this study. The sample used was 62 companies with a total of 124 observations. This study use multiple regression method. SPSS 16 is an analytical tool used in this study. The empirical findings of this study indicate that dividend policy has a negative effect on stock price volatility. If the dividends paid increases, the possibility of stock price volatility will decrease. The control variable of firm size dan leverage have no effect on stock price volatility. Furthermore, it is also found that there is a positive influence between the control variable of earning volatility and stock price volatility.

Abstract

Companies with diverse boards provide various resources to the organization. The existence of good governance will result in good decisions as well, thus directing the company in generating high profits. This study aims to analyze the effect of board of directors diversity on the company's financial performance (ROA).This study develops and focuses on the variables of gender, nationality, age, education, and independent commissioner as variables that describe the diversity of the board. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sources. The population used is banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis, the results obtained that national diversity and educational diversity have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, gender diversity, age diversity and the existence of independent commissioners have no significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, gender diversity, nationality diversity, age diversity, education diversity and the existence of independent commissioners have a significant effect on the company's financial performance

Abstract

Based on Observation , The Cooperation Management Information System (SIM KS) was initially developed due to the need for data and information related to work unit activities at UNNES with external partners who have implemented agreements documented in formal legal documents of cooperation. SIM KS was developed to facilitate work units in digitally reporting and documenting cooperation documents that have been implemented with partner external . Information systems are used as data processors that can present structured data as an effort to provide information to the public, both internally and externally. Destination study this for analyze SIM KS optimization is limited effectiveness service information public . Study this is research using _ method combination Among quantitative and qualitative with object study is SIM KS and data collection techniques are carried out with observation to the system, deployment questionnaire and interview with system users . Data analysis techniques with use the TAM ( Technology Acceptance Model ) method. Research results this show that SIM KS optimization already enough effective in gift service information public in accordance with TAM constructs , namely perception convenience use , perception usability , attitude use technology , intention behavior for use as well as use technology actually . Effort necessary optimization _ upgraded is for give access to user external .
